20 year customer and now I'll never shop there again. Your employees USED to care. It's been going downhill for awhile, but today was it for me. Giant is right down the road. From reading reviews I'm not the only one noticing this.Even when I called to talk to a manager she didn't care. She never asked what the problem was.

Great shipping experience until checkout. I understand if you don't have the employees to staff four registers, but that's what the lights over the checkout lanes are for. Four lights on, plus Express. Two lanes actually open and the two associates behind the express counter aren't taking customers because they're waiting for their computer to (something, wasn't paying attention since I was already upset).Turn off the lights if the registers aren't open.

My favorite go to grocery store in the area. It's small enough to get in and out but large enough to get everything you need. My dogs love fresh pet refrigeratrd food and they have it here. My favorite product by far is the jessup sweet sausage. They have a hoagie and pizza area, deli, fresh meats, prepared food, bakery, salad bar. During the week, they have a meal of the day, great for lunch time. Their catering can't be beat, it's super delicious and affordable. Plus they offer the renting of Sternos and racks, it's a no brainier if your having a party. Always fresh and great food here. Everyone is friendly and they remember you. I used the store in peckville, the staff is very nice and courteous. They are very helpful. It's always a pleasure to go there. Best grocery store in the area.

Becoming more and more disappointed with this store. The younger kids working are not the quality of employees that you used to have.It’s like too bad we made a mistake and F-you. Seems like the customer no longer matters.One employee says one thing the service desk says another and rather than helping the customer, the customer loses.The sales are governed by 2 different sale rules. Don’t expect to get the price marked on the shelf.I will go elsewhere.So sorry I don’t feel special in my own hometown.Very sorry for your customers.

I went to the butcher for soup bones .I asked for some meat on the bones and was given just bone.Wrather then argue , I put them down in the meats and grabbed smaller ones that had meat for the same price 2.99 lbThe butcher came out while I was still there and was screaming up and down the aisle about how people do not put things back and then yelled out to another employee about the woman who left the bones . MeWell he succeeded in embarrassing me.After 20 years of shopping here, I will not return.I’m sure my money is good down the streat….Update; The owner called me to apologize, which is niceBut he doesn’t owe me the apology, the butcher does

Though the store is modern and clean, it has an old fashioned charm I love and am willing to drive an extra 10 minutes for.Most notably, they sell full grown bunches of spinach!!! Sounds weird, right? But seriously, why do stores think we just want plastic boxes of baby greens? All their produce is beautiful and priced fairly.They also carry unique and more local brands of canned goods and baking supplies.The staff are all very nice and seem happy to be there.

Very good customer service. I had a very large order and they offered me brown bags as a choice without me having to ask. They insisted on someone helping me out to my car with an extra cart. I was able to find everything I needed. The only disappointment that I had was some if the produce I was looking for didn't look good at all. Particularly the asparagus. Otherwise, great experience!

Very clean, great prices, a good variety, even if GF products. The employees are super cordial and helpful. I saw it a few times, and yesterday we decided to stop by I needed GF breading, and a few other things. Will definitely be coming back, is super convenient to us, since we go to the gym a few blocks from there, and it's on our way back home.

This seems like a nice grocery store but I'm reviewing my lunch. I had 3 Texas wieners for $3.15. These are foil wrapped chili dogs they have in the deli. They were excellent and the price can't be beat. I have no idea what they're made off but the texture and flavor were that of a high quality hot dog. 3 for a $1 bags of chips too. What a cheap and tasty lunch!

Quinn's is clean and well-stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. My family loves their smoked kielbasa, and they have great baked goods, especially the cream puffs, cakes, and macarons. Produce is fresh, and their deli has great options.

Give 2 stars. For lower price. However they would get 1 star the cashier was rude did not double bag knowing that I had heavy item's when I got home the bag ripped and lost things that was not doubled bagged and broke a bottle of juice. I will never ever return.

Quite pricey for area. Employees are helpful and pleasant. Managers do ignore customers. I recently observed an older male customer ask a "manager" the location of an item. That individual called over to an employee and told them to assist. You are never too good for your customers.

Small town grocery store that employs high school kids.It is what it is. I prefer to give my money to small businesses like this, however I wish they would get more modern inventory (organic section, non-gmo, keto, etc...) Perhaps even a wine/beer section? They already have cigs.

I was there mid June and can confirm they do not disinfect the handles of the shipping carts or baskets, even with a deadly virus currently killing countless people. I asked the boy at the Customer service desk if the baskets in front of him were sanitized and he kind of giggled and said he wasn’t sure. He was just standing there doing absolutely nothing and apparently couldn’t recall if anyone had sanitized the baskets directly in front of his face. Besides the lack of cleanliness, the store is expensive (which can be expected from a smaller grocer) but convenient for people in a small town who don’t want to deal with the hassle of a larger store.

At 4:15 p.m. I checked out at the front counter, the express line. Cashier never said hello, goodbye, thank you, never made eye contact. Was more concerned about talking to the other young lady working behind the counter with her. A little professional attitude could be used when they are trained

Quinn's Market is emaculate with fresh produce, a Great selection of deli meats & cheeses, large selection of products, and is well organized.Their staff is very helpful and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere to do all of your shopping.

I really like this store and so do a lot of other people. It reminds me of going into a local grocery store when I was a kid. People that actually know what they are doing work there. The pre made food is like homemade. There is something about the lighting in a grocery store that tends to remind me of days gone by. I may be crazy but go in there and let me know what you think.
