Nice tavern type bar & grill. Service was great, very friendly staff. Food was good.The Mac & cheese entree was enough to feed 3 people so I had leftovers for a couple days.Pretzel was good but the cheese was served cold. Wings were good size and had good flavor. We were there for lunch and will definitely go back to try dinner sometime. Recommended.

Very disappointed in my first experience at OTOWN. I ordered via Ubereats and got fried pickles and the OTOWN burger. The pickles were overlapped in a few spots and were not cooked fully. That's fine and somewhat expected with pickles. The burger looked great but once I bit into it I realized it was RAW. I was shocked how uncooked it was. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat it. The fries were good, at least?

We came to OTOWN after hearing it talked about on the radio. The lobster burger sounded really good so we gave it a try. They give you popcorn with a slightly spicy butter for the table. I love popcorn personally so I enjoyed it. It would be better if it were warm, but not bad. We ordered the boomin onion as an appetizer; not too bad but slightly smaller portion than expected. I got the Cajun lobster burger. It was pretty good. It was definitely a bit messy, but still good. The fries were decent too. Overall not bad but I wouldn't drive the hour to go back. It was also very cold in the restaurant. We were freezing the entire time.

Came in, sat at the bar accompanied by 4 other patrons that were already there. With 3 or 4 bar staff, the service was exceptionally slow. I wasn't never addressed after sitting at the bar for over 5 minutes. The vibe from the staff was definitely off, not friendly whatsoever. I finished my beer and promptly sought somewhere else to enjoy my evening. Kind of a bummer really.

My wife and my first time tonight and we'll be back! My wife wasn't fond of her lobster Mac, but I'll let her review it herself. My food was excellent! Prime rib Grilled cheese was delectable! Fries were scrumptious and the bacon Mac stuffed wings were out of this world! Will definitely be getting them again! The Buffalo chicken and waffles was... oddly great!

Slowest and worst service I've ever experienced. Sat at a table for 30 minutes and never had anyone even greet us. After 10 minutes or so we got up and actually got our own menus. About 10 minutes later we got the attention of a wait staff member about our wait and being ignored. She apologized and said she would get someone ASAP. Waited the final 10 minutes just watching the wait staff walk around us.Needless to say, we left at that point. It honestly felt like they were playing a game with us, kinda strange to be honest. First and last time for that place.

Spent $120. bayou pasta was pretty good with one slice of bread cut in half as supposed garlic bread, wasn't even an attempt to try. Burger with lobster was NOT loaded, cheap iceberg lettuce, no flavor, just average. Steak and cheese egg rolls were small sections, not stuffed. Pickles were burned some and not much there, rated 2 stars because had french onion and red pepper bisque were good and so were the wings, I said wet and they weren't at all, so ask twice so they know you actually want sauce. Hot wings come with jalapenos no real sauce, weird. Fish bowl is $15 Mostly paying for ice and watered down, not worth it. All in all, mad we waited so long to try it and were completely disappointed. Reviews are from hometowners I guess, because that place is below average. First and last time there, 👎

I recently visited this establishment. The service was slow or non-existent. We received our appetizersand dinner all together. With no plates or silverware. I eventually retrieved our silverware.Not only that I got my dinner first which was cold and tasteless, and then received my salad 10 minutes later.

Friendly service and good food.They have a unique appetizer they serve which is Sriracha butter popcorn. I am not usually a Sriracha lover but it was very good.We had the BBQ Nacho and the fish and chips.The Nacho wasn't quite what we expected for the price but it was pretty good. The fish and chips were fantastic. The fish was cooked perfectly and the French fries were delicious.Would eat here again.

Went to a restaurant across the street and had a terrible experience and wound up walking out. We came over here where they told us they were happy to have us and seated us immediately even though we were a large party of 10. Michaela was our waitress and was fantastic. Our food was great! 10/10 experience after a 0/10 experience at the other place. Will be back 100%

Came in as a party of 2. We ordered the chicken and waffle slider, spinach and artichoke dip with nacho chips, California artisan flatbread and california artisan sandwich with fries and hot apple sides.Our waitress Danielle was great; very attentive and did well with relaying our order to the cooks. All of the food had fresh ingredients but the chicken and waffle slider was the biggest disappointment. Both the original and remade order were made with a frozen waffle that was directly fried instead of thawed. It wasn't only burned but hard, dry, without flavor and didn't meet the value that it was priced. The 2nd came out worst than the first. I expected at least a fresh Belgian waffle or some sort of funnel cake like take on the dish, but the chicken wasn't enough to save it.

Very disappointed and very disgusted!!! We waited a half a hr for a table that was fine but when you finally get a table not one person came over to serve on us. I had to ask for menus and waited another 30 mins to ask for a waitress and still waited another 30 mins and still no waitress. We finally just left. Never again will I go there!!!

My husband and I always make a point to stop at Otown anytime we are in the area! Which is about twice a year. Their food is awesome, service is great,and the amount of food for the price you pay is unbeatable. They also make the best mixed drinks and have cute little names for them. Don't forget about the fish bowls also very delicious!

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I had high hopes and high expectations for this place but was beyond disappointed. I ordered delivery through uber eats and when my food arrived the smell alone was a turn off…. It smelled like wet dog & dog food. I ordered the short rib meal and honey garlic chicken. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes….. low quality just nasty and the short ribs 🤢… Idk what they served me but it deff wasn’t short ribs. The smell taste texture… I wasn’t bout to risk food poisoning so in the trash it went….I was hoping the wings would’ve saved the day but they were wet dry and unflavored all at the same time. I wouldn’t eat from here for free…. I don’t see how they can turn this place around

Terrible. Took clients here food wasn't bad before but, it's on the decline. Got the smothered chicken with bacon. See photos bacon as tough as Jerky. Chicken all odd ball sizes not cooked properly. And then the mashed potatoes ahh let me say this if you are going to serve instant potoes please atleast you a better quality. These were terrible tasted like water no flavor. It's unfortunate this place was good we will not be returning here with clients.

Incredibly slow service and marginal cooked wings with almost no sauce. I ordered 3 flavors and they didn’t even taste different. I also could not even get my iced tea refilled by the red headed bartender during my meal despite only 7 people at the bar. When I asked for a to go container (yes had to ask) she literally tossed it at me. My credit card was worn on the strip so it didn’t go through she acted like I stole it and was very rude. So in finishing not a customer friendly bartender at all and sub par food that takes forever to receive

Food was excellent! I've had the parmesan fries almost every time I'm in! They're delicious. This time I tried the New Orleans quesadilla coupled with a delicious chocolate martini! Out of this world! Bar service was excellent!
