Have been shopping there for years. Prices are pretty good. I lost a gold ring there[my grandmother's]. They have tried to help me find it. I think someone saw it on the shelf and took it. Most everyone is nice but there is a cashier that doesn't like me,so I never go to her. I always ask for the bags to be lighter weight so that I can carry them for I am an older person.

Not what it use to be- this was our primary market for 20+ years. I don’t think we’ll be going anymore. Awful service, one check out person tonight so we opted for self check out, we miss entered one produce item and the person overseeing self check out basically grunted at us. The prices have gone up and the service has declined. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Redner's Food Market is OK!! It is not my favorite food market. I only come here as my last resort. Redner's has unhealthy food selections and do not carry brands that other food markets have. Not to mention the products are overpriced for such small amounts of the product you get. Sale items to not come up when the cashiers ring you out. What a rip off!! I wish another food market would take its place. Redner's Deli is horrible. They are short staffed, or the associates need to be trained better. The Deli Associates can never slice things properly. Just recently, I found thick plastic in my cheese. It is probably from the packaging. I hope they do not do this to somebody else; especially if they have small children. They will choke. The associates need to pay attention and do their jobs. Another complaint about this store, get new freezers!! They are always leaking, and they do not clean up the water. Redner's just puts up warning signs without cleaning the water. I fell and I saw somebody else fall. I smell a lawsuit if they do not take care of this. Most of the time they have no cashiers. It is sad to say, down the road, no retail store will have cashiers. It will be self-service.

They don`t even have Brown Bags available for customers. I spend a lot of money but will change my shopping habits if Brown bags aren`t available.

Love this store! It's bright, spacious, well laid out, and the employees are very helpful. They have a good variety and quality of products. I highly recommend shopping at Redner's!

I guess when I wanted to buy Progresso soup I should have gone elsewhere, not one can of Campbell's Chunky, 2 kinds of Rao's, which were priced to high for my comfort, and at least 6 kinds of chicken broth, which I didn't need. When you advertise "warehouse market" I guess I expected more.

This review is about the ready to go hoagies. They are now charging more then Wawa for hoagies. I understand it's a convenience item but the price increase is too much. Also my tuna hoagie had no cheese?? Weird.

I shop here at least once a week if I am able; sometimes more.The employees are friendly and if you are a good regular customer, there is always a listening ear to talk to.They remind me of days long ago with the supermarket in Olney which was across from a Roman catholic church. You had a good repore with the people. Keep it up Redner's. Your people are very good 👍.

If you enjoy ringing up your own groceries you will love Redners. They don't have any employees at the checkout counters. It's all self checkout. Prices are very high for such a no frills grocery store.

This place is never crowded and when it has sales it's unbeatable. I will say their variety is impressive for almost everything. Their staff is friendly yet slow and steady. This isn't the best place for a quick in and out but it's ideal for a powerhouse session of grocery shopping. The store is always clean and well stocked but mostly I buy very specific things from Redness - hot foods being one of them. Stop by this store don't pass it up you won't regret it!

I needed Milk, OJ, and a few other things. Redness prices were good, so I purchased a few more things like Birthday cards, and facial tissue. I was in and out of the store quickly. There were quite a few Handicapped parking spaces. The electric carts were charged and ready to go. I was very happy with my visit today. I will be back.

Me, my husband, and my relatives shop at Redner's North Wales millions times and today I ran into a very rude old cashier Donna. She gave me a bad attitude and kept staring at me. With her bad attitude and being rude they will loose customers.

Good for what I need. Reasonable pricing. Close to home. I do wish they still were open 24 hours. I used to go after working out at the gym, but now they are closed whenever I have a late gym visit.

Poor customer service at meat department! Went there today to get some fresh cold cuts. Store was not very busy and when I went to the meat area their was one other person being waited on. I began looking at my choices and the woman employee behind the counter began asking who had number 33, then 34 and so on. After no one said anything she looked at me and said does anyone have a number? After saying that I hadn't gotten a number yet she rudely looked at the one other person being waited on and myself and rudely said next time you all need to get numbers if you want to be waited on. I looked at her and said there is only 2 of us here and she is already being waited on. She made an offhand comment that we needed numbers again. I looked at her and said never mind I'll just skip buying anything. She then said I'm putting any gloves on to help you! I replied, once you earn some customer service skills maybe I'll be back. Hard for me to believe the lack of customer service at this store. Save your money and go to another store where they appreciate people who spend their money with them!

I have only been in here maybe once before today. I fruit was not the best quality. The strawberries were not good at all. The staff was nice and the store was clean however the vibe and food was not good quality. I really wanted to give this store a shot!

Usually not a Redners shopper but today they made a good impression to me.I searched 2 different stores looking for distilled water for my husband’s CPap and Redners saved me.Location was simple since it’s on Main St and situated in a busy shopping center with 2nd Ave and the American Diner.Staff was so nice.Service was quick in the 12 or less lane.Aisles seem to have lots of items stocked compared to other grocery stores.Prices are great and competitive to the bigger grocery chains.Cleanliness was great!I was impressed and will consider Redners more often now.

Clean place with a decent selection. They just started carrying Waiakea my favorite water brand. they're prices are generally pretty low too. In summary I would say it's a good shopping experience

Had a scary moment was racially profiled by 3 Redners white male employees. Omg every isle I walked in they were there never saying anything, making me extremely uncomfortable. It's year 2022 I'm just shocked that this behavior is still going on. I had just got off a 12 hour shift from my Postal job and was wearing my uniform. Redners is not my usual grocery store, but I pass it on the way home from work. When you walk in your hit with a loud blast of constant country music. There were white female employees, none acknowledged me, just gave me crazy stares. It kind of gave me a 1950's Jim Crow vibe. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in this store. When I got home I told my son about my scary experience, My son preceded to tell me about an incident he experienced when checking out at this Redners in the self checkout register. A female walked over and opened his bags, peeked inside and walked away without saying anything. My son was in shocked that someone would do that. She never provided my son an explanation or apology. My son advised me that incident left him disturbed and he never went back to this store. He didn't want to upset me so he never told me until now.This behavior racially profiling black customers without any explanation is disgusting and disturbing. I advise anyone black or brown especially a female to not shop at Redners. If you do go you may want to make sure you have someone with you. I was really scared shopping alone at night with 3 white males following me.Update Called the corporate office and they said nothing. Told me sorry it happened and that was it. So they will never get my business
