So I came in early this morning with my daughter, and I’m used to it being totally chaotic (toddler) and it was probably the most smooth transaction in any store I’ve had since she was born. I wish I was better with names, but I’m not, but this man in this picture was the biggest sweetheart ever! totally awesome with children while the other staff were completely knowledgeable and helped me figure out why I like the strain that I do. This is a beautiful place to shop

I look on here all the time trying to give this place a chance but i have yet to step foot in here and I live so close I could walk to it. To start the prices are astronomical, they never have much of a variety, and the THC content in their products is never more than mediocre. You can get way better right down the road at a couple different places such as Sunnyside and Ethos and for alot cheaper. Whoever the people are that shop here and give this place good ratings need to shop around a little more because you're not getting good deals or product. I hope this place closes down and a better one takes its spot. What a waste of something that could be great and convenient.

Staff has been really friendly and always willing to chat about any up coming deals or anything else. Very clean and fresh feeling when you walk in and the drive through is absolutely clutch! My only small complaint would be that they only take cash but the have and atm on site like most dispensary’s. * edit* they now take cards and aeropay online.

My first time here, I am a new card holder and know nothing. They explained what I needed to know, showed several options, explained some more. Went over prices and discounts.Made me feel comfortable.They have a drive thru, which is helpful.Only thing, out of their control, no credit cards accepted.

Knowledgeable staff polite curious recognize Veterans and give discounts For VETS as well as for others different sales etc. Which helps as with the sales you earn points and can earn credit toward future purchases in addition to the 22% discount for veterans.

Public service announcement!! You must show your card to a camera or they leave you yanking on the door over and over until you give up and go away. No sign that I saw. No intercom to talk to someone. And apparently no one cares enough to help you just point and laugh at me on the camera probably.

It was my first time going here, and I definitely loved the customer care. Travis was my sales guy and he was very kind and friendly also very informative. Customer care is key. Definitely will be returning!

I’ve had my card for well over a year but have been to anxious to go to a dispensary. I thought I could order online and pick up through the drive thru thus reducing my anxiety but I was WRONG! Order online … pretty easy. Go to drive thru and I’m told I have to come inside since it’s my 1st time. Immediately I am anxious and on the verge of a panic attack but I take a deep breath and head to the front door. It’s LOCKED! Of course it is because that makes sense. But how do I get in?? Nothing is posted about how to get in!!! I stand there feeling stupid and panic sets in so I head to my car where I start to cry and hyperventilate! Cause the whole ordeal has now cause a full blown panic attack! Thankfully a kind man who caught me in their camera came outside and showed me what I need to do to come inside. I’m sure he saw me crying also lol! Once inside the employees made me feel comfortable and all is now good! Only thing I would suggest is some signage at the door telling customers what to do. I’m sure I’m not the only anxious person who will come there! It would for sure help an already anxious person get through their visit a lot easier :)

It has been nice having a Zen location near by. Menu is filling up to a nice selection, and there are some good discounts and great sales.…& the staff is also quite helpful & knowledgeable. Today I met Pete, & I think he is the one & only person that ever described phenotypes and backcrossing of strains accurately…and with great confidence too. That was great; good stuff, Pete!

Zen Leaf is definitely behind times compared to other dispensaries, you can only order during the hours their open,you can't get zen leaf site to work unless on a tablet smart phone don't really work,their sales are wack usually Sunnyside beats them in price for same or similar items and zen leaf is cash only zen leaf needs to accept at least debit cards or canpay app, credit cards would be amazing and their atms aren't even free like people still carry cash with a change shortage and the possibility of getting robbed Zen Leaf needs to get on Sunnyside, curaleaf and trulieve level

Wow what a great experience! I apologize I didn't catch the name of the super friendly girl that checked me in, which was very quick since I already placed an order on the website before I stopped in. You were great though, so thank you for being so welcoming! After a very fast check in, they buzzed me to the sale floor area. When I walked in I was greeted by the employees running register with big smiles. I was immediately asked if I was ready to pay for my order by Lisa. I was making small talk with and her while we waited for my order to be brought out by the gentleman with the gauges and tattoos, sorry I missed your name as well, but you were quick at grabbing my order and it was 100% correct! Lisa and I were chatting about some other strains similar to the ones I ordered today that might help me in the future, and funny enough I already do love the one she recommended. Joel was the other register associate today and after he finished taking care of his patient, he also was involved in the conversation which made me feel so comfortable as I suffer from social anxiety. Lisa went over all my order with me, and told me about any regulations I would need to know about. Lisa you do a great job and should get a raise. I would have only been there for maybe 3 minutes, but found myself talking to Joel and Lisa because they were so nice so my visit, by my own choice, took a little longer lol! This dispensary offers a drive through, so if you are immunocompromised or have trouble standing there's an easier option, but any patient is allowed to use it too of course!Overall if you're looking for a dispensary to shop at in New Ken, this is THE ONE to go to! It's so inviting, clean, fast, and the employees know their stuff! I will definitely be stopping back.

Staff is nice but that's literally the o ly good thing. Prices are terrible and so is selection, can go to Sunnyside 5 mins away and get literally the same things for like $10-$30 LESS or go to Ethos in Harmar and pay $24 for a qtr like I do. $96 an Oz at ethos (when they have the ground flower which they always do) they have 20% flower 3x a week, and daily sales on other forms as well. This place won't survive the surrounding competition if prices don't change. Now changing to 1 star strictly due to the fact that this company emailed me about my original review, made attempts to ask for my personal phone number. Then proceeded to directly ask me to change my review,extremely unprofessional. Still more expensive then any other dispensaries in the area,never bothered to fix that and their products are also mislabeled on the website.
