Better prices than zen leaf, rise and ethos on troches. Really nice people, honest and helpful. Zack is a super great employee who worked out my discounts to save me money. So I will definitely be back. The New Ken location is WAY nicer than the Sunnyside in in strip.

Went to this dispensary for the first time last week and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Mike P and Mike T went above and beyond to make my time there one of the best shopping trips I’ve had in a long time. I felt welcomed, important and that my time was valued. Love this place!! Makes me happy coming here sometimes. All of your workers are very knowledgeable, kind and great conversationalist. Would love to see a birthday program here like they have at Zen leaf but the deals they always have here are pretty good so I can't complain. Parking is the only downfall of this place.

Zackwas a great help .he answered questions I didn't even have to ask about the product he explained everything about the product in detail. Best mmj dispensary in the area!! Always a helpful and friendly staff keeping the atmosphere relaxed but professional. On my last visit Jared was very informative and was able to help me take advantage of a nice bundle discount that I didn't know about. I really appreciate having such a great mmj dispensary in New Ken, always look forward to every visit! Thank you!!

Prices are great!! service is terrible. It's a shame too!! they let their employees talk however they want when your in there, tons of side conversations, very unprofessional. Will go out of their way to make sure you don't leave with your product. Countless ways they have pissed me off. Plus they beg for tips from medical patients...sad.

Least favorite dispensary in the area. Staff are perfectly nice until you have an issue, and then they become belligerent. I've never yelled or been rude or anything. They just only want to have positive interaction. Have gotten molded flower from Cresco before, which is presumably why their containers are now clear. Their selection is lacking. Their prices are not that great, like Ethos absolutely is better.The parking situation is horrible; genuinely have no idea why they decided to open in that specific location. I realize that the garage was, for a time, functional. But given its age, the owner of Sunnyside really should have considered how safe the garage would be if not simply for the sake of not having a parking garage tip onto their building. But the garage is not safe. So you're either going to park in front of the garage, where there are very few spots. Or you can park in the street where it's public, but you'll get told off by the security guard that the high rise people have a problem with that. You can park on the weird side, where they receive truck. This is all a long form way to say that it's bad.Waiting in line OUTSIDE is absolutely insane. Every other dispensary has a lobby where people can wait to check in. Heck, Ethos and Rise have chairs there. Sunnyside? You walk into a tiny chamber, as if you are visiting a rehab facility and not a business. You have to present both IDs, they hand you a slip for some inexplicable reason that is a step not performed at other dispensaries, and THEN you get to go to the room with chairs. Except you'll rarely sit in there, usually walking straight to a door that is often non functional....which once again begs the question "Why do you have people waiting in a line outside?" Then you stand in line, for REAL this time, go to the counter, give them the slip, even though every other dispensary just pulls your order up, and then you have to present both IDs again. Really drives home the fact that they don't trust their customers, or their front employees, enough to check IDs only once. Nope. Gotta open and close your wallet 5 times minimum.Do the employees talk about terps? Literally only 2 employees have said anything to me about terpenes since I got my card. And neither of those employees were the person who did the little "tutorial" at the beginning. The employees are just people who like pot, not people who understand it. But you can tell that just by how they talk about it. They're not allowed to use the word high, but they do. They're not allowed to have their phones, but they do. They're supposed to be understanding that their patients have a number of conditions that may prevent them for standing for long periods or mental disorders that don't respond well to employee angst and general passive aggression. Unprofessional, to say the least.I stopped coming here entirely a while ago, though just now reviewing. I will DRIVE PAST Sunnyside to get on the bridge to go to Ethos instead. Because their employees are tolerable, considerate people. Because money stretches farther there. Because their staff knows what they're talking about. Because they don't make you check into the dispensary as if you're dropping off clothes for a loved one at rehab. And because everywhere ELSE has parking.You've lost $200-$350 a week from me. That might not be a lot to you, but I'm still glad you didn't get that money. You chase away the customers that aren't buying RO ground flower when you run a business like this. You're only rated highly on Google maps because you're a weed store and people like weed.

They have zero parking. They make you wait outside in the rain before you can be seen. They don't seem to process orders ahead of time so you're stuck waiting even longer once you are checked in. 50/50 chance you'll get someone kind who tells you the right info. There are limits to the amount you can buy but they don't tell you until you've already waited and wastes your time. They're quick to get a manager so they don't have to deal with anything but even the manager just wants you to shut up and get out of the store.

This is an awesome dispensary that always has the medicine that I need. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about phenotypes, lineage, genetics, and have given me suggestions that have become part of my daily regimen. I can always count on them to have the Cresco RSO’s that I use daily. I travel to this location even though I have 2 dispensaries that are much closer because they’re always stocked with whatever you need. Product, accessories, etc are always in generous supply. Thank you Sunnyside for your knowledgeable friendly staff and for always having what I need for pain and anxiety. You help make life a little easier. I recommend this dispensary to everyone with a card who is looking for true relief to whatever condition they have their card for. Sunnyside is AWESOME!!!

The manager there was extremely rude to me about having my 2 special needs sons in the depo. They are 5 and 7, non verbal, and literally just standing there and she came out yelling I need to control my kids that weren’t doing anything. It was a power trip from an extremely overweight bigot who discriminated again special needs children because she doesn’t understand the disorder or kids in general. She should not be in charge or anyone or anything in my opinion

I have watched them be patient and kind to the most disrespectful customers. Overall sunnyside has amazing deals great employees and is always stocked up on the best products.

Since I was in the area I thought I would visit PA's newest cannabis dispensary. I had trouble finding it at first. Look for a large parking garage. CY+ validates parking. The dispensary was well stocked, and the staff are very friendly. I appeared to be the only visitor. The prices are the usual exhorbodent PA rip off the patent prices, which may be the reason there was no wait.

How do you NOT know how to handle concentrates yet in this program? I get an frx 1 gram of concentrate, and am now scrapping in between the threads to obtain my terpenes. This is not acceptable! I understand that this happens from time to time, but this is not the first incident, hence why I waited to write a review. This is all on top of getting my order wrong, regardless of your three step process. Do better Sunnyside…Edit: left the initial review roughly a year ago. Ever since then, they have significantly improved. Zach is the man here. You have any questions pertaining to concentrate or medicine related, ask this gentleman.

Fair prices, great inventory. you can always find great products at a good price! Horrible parking situation! Had to move my truck and trailer 3x trying to pick up my order on lunch! MANAGEMENT, will pretend to be cool, but will sic their rent a pig on you, and threaten you with no access! Going down hill IMO

I have had amazing service each time I’ve been there. Many of the employees either know you by name or remember who you are. It’s nice to have that interpersonal relationship with the employees. The selection of products is always vast and changes regularly so it’s never the same product on repeat. They do have some pretty good deals always going on. All of the staff is very knowledgeable on all the products.
