FD Drivers: Back door is a dock located on 8th St. You can get there 2 ways, either right on 8th and back into the back lot or go up to 9th, turn right, turn right on 4th, turn right on 8th blind side from that side. There's a lot of space back there. Their dock is the closest one to the building (of the bay doors straight back)

Carts always in the rows, workers always swearing and smoking in front of the door's. They even have the door's open and let the smoke go in the store. Half the time, it's closed due to different reasons all the time. Almost all the workers talk rudely about customers or other workers. Things are, if not all the time, but most of the time, are priced wrong.

First of all, the cashier is a sweetheart, and while I was shopping/ checking out, I noticed that everyone that came into the store, she knew them all by name. Nowadays, it seems like it is hard to come by someone who is as kind as she is & it made my day to see that. As for the store, it isn't bad! They had everything I needed & anything they didn't have, they had good alternatives. I have nothing bad to say about the store!

This family Dollar doesn't know how the truth are employees. They close close like 11 minutes to an hour early that never puts anything on the door saying why

I had to check out while a customer was leaning on counter using his phone while it was plugged in and charging from the cashier's side of the counter, they let people hang out both inside and outside of the store and bum money from customers. Price's maybe marked at a price but cost much more when you check out. Not a great store to shop at.

Store in itself is okay,they need to get some people in there ,that actually work , That not are all family related you could tell . The store is a mess,worse now than it was last year!!!

Nice family dollar. Good place for if you need a few things in way of food. Clerks are friendly. They do have calling card if you need them. Overall a nice place. No public bathroom though.

This store is gross and impossible to walk through. The aisles are cluttered with boxes, (today is a good day, only 1 aisle is impassable, usually there are 2, 3, or more). As soon as we walked in, we had to move a chair out of the way to get through. There is a melted popsicle on a shelf by the freezer. The floors are extremely dirty. On the upside, the staff is extra friendly.

Empty shelves merchandise all over the floor 1 person working couldn't find half of what i went in the store for. Then upon checkout i tried to use the bank card as a credit and the cashier made me use it as a debit which upset me even more the only good thing about family dollar is its convienant, its close for a quick pick something up if u can find it....

Another awful experience at this Family Dollar. No customer service training what so ever!!! This store should be a disappointment to it's coporate office. Simply learn how to treat people well when they are spending their hard earned money, or find a new gig!!! GEEZ

The cashier was rude cuz she knew I was right then she had to slam the stuff down on the counter and said her manager could deal with it then I told her the cashier was wrong and she denying it then I get told I'm not allowed back to the store it's cool they will not get my business no more there's lots of other stores out there
