My experience at CVS has always been positive. The employees there especially at the pharmacy are very pleasant and efficient. They are always in a friendly mood and I am always greeted. They have been very helpful to me when I need to find something other than my scripts. I can't say enough about CVS employees.

CVS Corporate worries more about making money as early as possible over customers getting their prescription ON TIME. I just picked up my 90 day supply of medication on Day 89 and had to wait because they filled it to early and it was returned to the shelves after a 15 day no pickup and I had to again Wait until it was filled which has been up to 45 minutes when they are Busy. This has been going on for almost 10 years of me calling Corp. and they have done nothing to fix the problem. My suggestion to those that don't have to deal with CVS is to go elsewhere as their ready fill program is broken and they don't care. You would expect that when you come to a CVS Pharmacy a day before or on the day or your prescription due date it would be ready for pickup, but they have yet fixed the problem of filling your meds to early after 3 pickups on the due date or just before it has already been returned to the shelf because they fill them to early and don't care about the REAL DUE DATE or the WAIT the Customer has to wait because they have to do a refill of the meds returned to shelf.
