I love supporting this small business. Do not be fooled,the staff goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome! They provide all the information & products you are in need of. They DO NOT make you feel like a bad pet owner by guilting you into buying unnecessary products! If by some small chance they do not have what you need,they direct to another business that can. The owner and her employees are always more than accommodating. She is always read and willing to find an answer if she doesn’t have one. The store offers a wide variety of the better quality products for your pet. Also, they are always supporting the local community in raising money for pets and their parents as well as local trainers K9. I highly recommend Reeds on State Street here in New Castle.

This place is totally awesome. Has everything you need to give your dog a great spa day. Plus, the facilities are really clean. The owners are super friendly to people and furry friends. Just a great place to go and have in Union Township! Worth your time to stop and see what they have for your pets and animals.

Love Reed's they only carry dog food that is 4 stars and above. They are extremely helpful in suggesting items for your pets. All are very knowledgeable about their products they sale. I'm very glad they came to town!

Place has a cute country vibe, has very reasonable prices for any number of items for your pets. Their cornstalk and pumpkins were priced reasonably. My pup loves his new harness and leash set up! Glad I stopped!

We just picked up a puppy for our daughter and stopped there to get food and supplies. We got there right before they closed actually they were closed but let us come in and helped us like they weren't closing or closed. Super helpful love the people and the place.

We stopped by here the other day to take a look around and see how their pet washing stations are set up for our large dog. We were very impressed and cannot wait to take our pups here! We will be going here for baths, food, toys, fencing, etc. They were super friendly and helpful - support this awesome local business!

The owner was very nice and helped me alot with some items I needed for my dog. The prices are soooooooo reasonable. (Before I stopped here, I visited another pet store in the area that I won't name and I couldn't believe how much more expensive the other pet store was). I will do all of my pet shopping here from now on. And they are open till 8PM!!!!! I'm a nurse and I work crazy hours. It's nice to know there are a few business owners that don't think everyone works 8am-4pm! Keep up the good work!!!!

I went there today on a friend’s recommendation and I loved it!!! Customer Service was excellent and the equipment was above par.... They provided everything... Even itchy skin oatmeal shampoo... For My Fydo’s skin problems. And it was way less expensive than taking him to the vet to have him groomed.

A gem of a feed store. We buy for our dog and to fill up the bird feeders. But the have what's needs for a lot of other critters from cats to horses to things with scales. Shop local!
