very nice store! was greeted immediately and offered help. everyone was super friendly and they carried a wide variety of products. their prices were very competitive. they also carried products i haven't seen in other pet stores and told me that they offered special orders if i needed something specific. i also heard that a majority of what they carry is american made, which is always nice. will be back!!

Great place if you want to get high quality pet food for your pets. I found the prices to be reasonable. Equal to or better than shipping online. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The connecting second hand store was nice to shop at as well.

This place is amazing! The woman are kind, and compassionate. The tanks are clean, fish well taken care of. I couldn't be happier!! UPDATE: This has been my fav pet store for a year now, still happy and now with the small businesses vendor store next door, and the framing company, this family is amazing!!

I stopped in to see what they had to offer. I was greeted by a sweet little dog and cat! The staff was very helpful in helping me find the right food for my aging dog. They are not only knowledgeable about the products they carry, but if they don't know, they have lots of literature they can give you to help make an informed decision. They carry the better foods for your dog, and cat. They also have flea and tick control, lots of treats, toys, and general pet supplies. I noticed they also have pet cards and gift items! They have a rewards program where you get $$$ off your next visit after you have spent a certain amount! Good for me!! I enjoyed looking at the fish and the ferrets. Made for a fun visit!

Love the Family Atmosphere! Your not treated like a customer, they treat you like part of the Family. They carry all the best brand foods and if they don't have it they will carry it for you. I Buy all of my pet supplies there as well.I hope they are around for a long time to come. Stop and see for yourself and support one of our local community businesses and get personalized service and NOT THE BIG CHAIN STORE TREATMENT!!!

While visiting my daughter an hour away from where I live, I just happened to see this store n stopped in. I have two dogs a 3 yr old n 16 wk old lab. I loved everything bout the store, the owners were there n I got excellent customer service. They have a wide range of inventory, which I was very pleased with. I stop in every time I go over. I've used fromms for years n I buy my dog food from them now. U can donate books n they donate the money. I could go on n on bout all the stuff in this store. I absolutely loved it.

I always get my dog food from them. They carry food from American companies sourced with USA ingredients. They are super friendly & well help you with anything. You can also get your kitty & puppy fix with the stores animals! They also have fish! I will not but my fur kids food any where else!

Elaine and Erin are so sweet they treat you like family and they know all 3 of my animals name's and who are the picky eaters and my Angel that is allgeric to everything. They helped me find dog foods that she can eat and they have ordered me whatever I have asked if they could get for me. I have been to other stores and they couldn't help me . They really do there research on the foods they carry for your fur babies. I'm a customer for life.

I had my dog here for grooming. They basically didn't groom her at all, yet charged me 53 bucks for a bath, they told me she had bad behavioral problems and tried to bite them. My dog wouldn't even bite a burglar and is very well trained with the AKC Good K9 Citizen completed training. They also told me I would need to pay a 25 dollar behavioral charge next time I take my dog there. It appears that they don't know how to handle dogs and I will never take my dog back to Pet Parlor.

We were taking our pup to Pet Parlor and receiving good service. Each time we picked her up, we were enthusiastically told by the owner that Sophie was good and so cute, etc. Today I called to schedule a grooming appointment and was told that they were unable to take Sophie back due to bad behavior at her past appointments. After hanging up and stewing on that information for a few minutes, I called back and asked for the owner. I was told that because some customers get upset when told that their dogs are "bad", they don't always tell what really goes on. I suggested that their policy needs to be HONESTY. Sophie is apparently not welcome back nor would we take her back. She has an appointment at a 2nd groomer that we often take her to that has no difficulty with her.

My Dog "Shayna" loves everyone at the Pet Parlor. The entire family treats her with total TLC. From her Blueberry shampoo to her detailed mani & pedi. We look forward to visiting Aaron and her family every summer.
