The gentleman working was very sarcastic when I asked about a recycled paper bedding. He said very sarcastically "I never heard of that" told me his big seller was pine. I had explained to him that I can't use pine as it causes respiratory issues for this certain pet. He was very rude u will not return to this establishment again.

I usually go to Agway in Hermitage, but when I went to get some cocoa shell mulch they were out. So I called New Castle Agway and they told me they had it in stock. Not only did they have it but it was cheaper than what I last paid on Hermitage. In spite of the COVID restrictions I was able to get my mulch without any problems!
