Every time I go to Lowes, I'm reminded of why I never shop there. Good luck getting assistance in the store for anything, even if it is just unlocking a tool so you can buy it.

This stores management team has got to be the most incompetent group ever assembled! 8am and your team shuts down 3 aisles with lumber and drywall. Now you’ve got 15 contractors standing around waiting! And no you weren’t restocking! Praying for Home Depot to come to the area!

The web page stock and store stock DO NOT MARCH UP!!!! Many times I've went in there ty pick up a product to only find they don't have it. After sho my phonev each time it reset and they told me my phone was not up to date. The last time i had video and witnesses and we searched out side of the store. And by chance it was wrong again. The manager had no answer this time and walked away. This is not the only Lowe's i had this happen to. I say this because i drove 50 miles to cranberry to pick up and i even called and was not there. This Lowe's is not the Lowe's you wanna go to. Ordered a tractor from the over the summer. They called me the day before my delivery and told me they had to give me the floor model and it was scratched, but they would give me a discount. I agreed and it was delivered the next day. So I called to get my discount and talked to numerous people before I finally got a hold of the manager who originally called and he gave me a dollar number for the discount and said he would take care of it. Well after many attempts and numerous phone calls with no answer (caller ID) 5 months later, it never happened. Just smoke blown up the a** for a defective product they wanted to pawn of on someone. So go to any other Lowe's than this one. Shady a** people work here.**UPDATE**And you'll notice I posted this a year ago without any acknowledgement on their part or seeing how they could fix the problem. So you know I'm not lying.

If you could give a 0 out of 5 stars, I definitely would. I recently purchased a washer and dryer there. When we took the slip he wrote us to the cashier, she didnt know what to do. The manager came over and did not help her and treated her badly in front of customers. The cashier was really trying to help us and that manager should not downgrade one of her employees in front of people. Then we waited 40 minutes for them to bring it out to us. It was all a really bad experience.

Typical inventory for lowes. Only 3 stars because the majority of employees are not willing to help customers and areas are messy & not labeled properly. When paged for a certain department, help will be at least 10 minutes (if anyone actually shows up). The no contact pick up is poorly run as well & orders have been lost or delayed for unknown time. Customer service center has long lines and always a bunch of items laying around that the customer must navigate through to get to desk & leave desk area.

Avoid this place like the plague. You are just a number and they do not care about how they treat their customers.After an awful experience I was made to re tell this story various times to be told “we apologize” I was denied a purchase because the manager was too busy to assist me. I waited 20 minutes and had to make 2 trips to buy 1/2 gallon of paint. Home Depot and Busy Beaver have amazing customer service and comparable prices.I won’t spend my money at Lowe’s. I will go somewhere where i am treated like a valued customer. Take your business elsewhere.

I order a new dishwasher in the beginning of January. First they said it would be delivered in 7-10 days. It was over two weeks. The dryer on the dishwasher did not work so supposedly they ”ordered” me a new one. Twice they set up delivery and called the day of delivery and said they didn’t have it or it was the wrong one. I called Monday April 24 and they said it has been sitting in the store for over ten days. The store said to call the installer. I paid Lowes not the installer. I shouldn’t have to be waists g my time tracking down my dishwasher They should be calling. However I did call the install and they blamed the delivery person who had emailed to see if it was the correct item before he came out and wasted my time again. Apparently no one responded and that was the delay. They said he would call back by day end Wed. No call as of Thursday April 27 now 3 1/2 months later. Spoke to the salesperson Jimmy, appliance customer service rep Dustin, appliance manager Zach and store associate/delivery manager but no one has been able to get this new dishwasher delivered. Heading out to shop for a new dishwasher elsewhere today!! I am done with Lowes. With this kind customer service they will be closing their doors as well but I won’t miss them!!

Ordered fifty feet of cable wire and they only gave us forty two feet. How to drive twenty five miles each direction to get the extra footage. They said it would be quick and it took forty five minutes waiting. I'm extremely upset not happy with this store.

Lowes is a good place to shop. The bad thing about Lowes is that they are understaffed. It's not the employees' fault. Waited about 45 minutes to just talk to someone about their washers and dryers.

When you call them, you cannot get in contact with anybody in the New Castle phone number. So It is impossible to get in contact with anybody in the New Castle department.

This is a very decent lowes. It's clean and well organized. They have a good outdoor section for plants and flowers. The wood section has a great selection.

Terrible service. We waited 10 minutes at the self checkout for help because their prices were incorrect. There was 1 cashier running the self checkouts while 5 other employees were standing around. The cashier then helped another lady that came after us before would help us. He walked back back over to his station then I yelled that we needed help and he ignored us for another 2 minutes. Will not be returning.

Had a great experience at Lowe's today. I was met by Renee from the pro desk as I was searching the aisle for electrical supplies. She did not just tell me where to look for what I needed she walked with me and showed me exactly where the items were. That was not the end, she then brought me to the register and rang me out. That is customer service at its finest.

Plants are way overpriced for the quality of care they receive. A great deal are dead or close to yet cost over 15 bucks. It's insane. Checked out the clearance plants which were even worse. Most dead and not even half off normal price... Unless they were 18 bucks and over. Veggie plants are overpriced as well.Don't get me wrong, they have a decent selection of different perennials/annuals/shrubs/bushes that you don't find everywhere, but that doesn't even make up for the quality and cost.

Don't bother doing curbside pickup at this store as you would be better off going to get it yourself as calling from outside, they can never find your order and getting assistance to take items to your car, you have a better chance of having a politician tell the truth. I'll never come back here again as they have no idea what curbside pickup means.

Worst experience today, went to purchase a lawn mower. They only had 1 left and they wouldn't sell it to us because they need a display in the store. They were more than willing to take our money to order one and if they got enough people to place an order they will. It may be the end of summer before we would get it. We were rushed into making a purchase of a custom window and professional installation. We were given an estimated time frame of 4 to 6 weeks. Nearly 4 months later they finally came to install the window. The installers damaged my wall, ruined my paint and did an overall sloppy job when they put in the window that doesn't even work properly. Lowe's hasn't been helpful in getting this issue resolved. I'm going to have to contact a lawyer. Don't give them your business!

I never really have a problem with the store, except stuff in the isles all the time. Stuff everywhere. Displays all over the isles, ladders in way, sometimes it's like an obstacle course, to get up and down the isles. And if your in a handicap cart, good luck!!! Because they're either stuff in your way or they ain't even charged for use.
