I am done being a customer of CVS pharmacy. I am tired of being taken advantage of through extrabucks rewards and % off coupons. I just purchased 3 items $1.99, $1.99 & $5.99 non tax items. I had $8.00 rewards. My 4th item was a 40% off item $10.49. My total owed came to $10.13??? Every bit of math I do brings my total I should have paid to $8.64. EVERY time I shop here I am cheated at the register. Am I supposed to ask the employee to do separate transactions so the computer/register does not pro-rate items to benefit CVS and scam the customer? CVS Pharmacy with their mile long receipts play games with their customers. This should be illegal. I'm not spending 1 more dollar here, I'll shop at elsewhere.

Had to give one star because 0 wasn't an option This store has gone downhill. Starting with the pharmacy. Management needs to take note of all these reviews and start hiring friendly knowledgeable people that know how to deal with the public. I've been shopping here for many years and really enjoyed my service. For the past year this pharmacy has been nothing but a nightmare. Trying to order medications calling and being put on hold and not to mention getting hung up on because of a certain someone didn't want to hear about how slow they really are!! I am considering moving my prescription elsewhere. I hope this store gets better people soon 🙏

I don't like the manager he is mean to me and my brother's we we're getting some snacks and then he thought we were stealing something but we weren't. We had an empty bottle. It was from foxes. Love thaf place. That's it. But the store I like it.

Worst pharmacy in the world. I mean it...they are dead from the neck up. Specially the guy who works in the middle of the pharmacy. I am the only person in the store....no pickup window. Guys looking at me for 5 min. I had to ask to be waited on.CVS on e. Washington Street is much more PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Their service sucks. every time I go there it's the same story, we're working on your prescription now it will be 15 minutes, my prescription was called in 2 days ago, and this one is my favorite OH we are out of your medicine , they told me last time we will order it now so you have it for next month but that didn't happen, I give up, got to find another pharmacy again.

The manager here is a jerk!! Got kicked out for no reason, me and my 3 younger brothers walked to this CVS to get some quick snacks, and the manager said we had to leave. I dont get it.

Waited 20 minutes at pharmacy counter before walking out. The woman in front of me also walked away after waiting an extended period of time. Always seemed to under staffed. Will be canceling my CVS Care Pass.

This is hands down the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life, I would give them -5 stars if I could. Don’t expect to sit in line for for any less than 20 minutes. Prescriptions are never ready when they tell you they will be. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointed in being the only customer but forced to watch the manager and counterperson start and finish a FULL conversation about skus and stocking before acknowledging my presence (at the counter). When you're a customer, 2+ minutes of being ignored feels like an eternity.

Stood at the counter for 10 min before anyone spoke to me, yet three people saw me. Was told prescriptions would be ready by 7 o’clock. They were not. This is an every day occurrence with this location. Everyone is so cold. I will be looking for different pharmacy soon.

I mostly pick up prescriptions through the drive through, and that's usually fine. If there are three or more cars in the line, i just come back later. They usually have a nice selection in store for the hallmark holidays, mothers day, valentine's day, etc. Flowers, candy, small gifts. That's pretty convenient.

The staff in pharmacy is very helpful BUT the way the drive through is set up and its the exit of the parking lot it's very miserable when ppl are pulling out and honking and yelling at you because of u blocking the exit. IT'S HORRIBLE NEEDS ANOTHER EXIT!!! what are u to do when you are in between cars and you can't move I know what u can do have miserable ppl hot your car!!!!

The staff is usually miserable for some reason, and it probably has something to do with the fact this place can get insanely busy.The bread and butter if the operation is Lisa though. She’s probably the best pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

Greta a pharmacy tech is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in retail. She over talks you and is always mistaken. But never apologizes. I’ve transferred my 10 scripts back to Walmart where the only problem was spending money in the store…

Worst pharmacy ever! They're drive thru is the slowest of any drive thru's anywhere! They literally had over 24 hours to fill my script and when I went to get it it still was not done. I am def changing pharmacies!

Waited over 10 mins for an employee to check me out, no one came so I tried self checkout, didn't work. Finally woman came to front of store and instead of assisting me. Who had been standing up here waiting for assistance for over 10 mins, decided to take customers who had just arrived at the store instead of assisting me, who had been standing up here forever. Ridiculous, rude, disrespectful.

Not usually THAT crowded for pharmacy line. Front register is usually very slow though, leading to lines at the ONE open register.. 🙄. If you can find your items elsewhere, get them cheaper there (Wal-Mart and Amazon) because the prices are REALLY marked up here. (My printer ink is $19 at Wal-Mart and $29 here at CVS! HUGE markup, eh? Also the "Rewards" coupons that you earn for certain purchases do NOT count to use for medicine costs at the pharmacy and a bunch of other categories - look carefully at the fine print before using! Also, and extremely frustrating to me, those "earned rewards" are usually only good for a week before they expire - and they won't accept them or override the date. Lots of lost money..
