I brought my Shetland sheep dog here after he started to get very nervous at his prior groomer. I was happy at the location and decided to give it at try so that my dog wouldn’t be afraid. And I’m so glad I did! His grooming came out wonderful, and I could tell that he had a good experience based off his personality when he came out. They took really good care of him and I will be bringing him back from now on. The place is very clean and big, easy location to find, and features a shop as well!

Boarding kitties is just not easy… They recommend to keep them home. I was skeptical to board my Lulu-girl. Well, how wrong was I… These people are truly “Pet Angels”! Mary and her staff are nothing short of AMAZING! Pets are kept in a loving environment, clean and very well taken care of. I cannot imagine going anywhere else to board my cat as she was treated with such kindness and concern! THANK YOU Mary!♥️♥️♥️♥️

Jessica is absolutely amazing with my hard to handle Carkie, Benson. He's been there 3 times since 10/22. He isn't afraid to walk in, Jessica has a great demeanor, truly understands canine behavior and meets them where they are! I would definitely recommend their grooming services.

I took my Bengal cat, Coconut, here once before, and they did a wonderful job. Today, she got her nails trimmed and had a wonderful experience. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Thank you.

I’ve brought my cat, Axl Rose, to Homestead several times so far and I’m grateful to live close by. The staff always take great care of Axl and I believe the price is very fair for the care he receives while he stays with them. Highly recommend!

I tried this place out twice for grooming for my goldendoodle puppy. I was expecting just a typical puppy cut the first time. The second time my dog was terrified and they kept her there for under 3 hours just for another puppy cut. Both puppy cuts she received here were awful and very poorly done. Professionals do not work here. My puppy cried for 2 hours when I left with her and she had diarrhea. When the groomer spoke with me she dramatized how my poor puppy was and I didn’t hear a word of how she tried to comfort my puppy when she was in distress. I WILL NEVER BRING ANY DOG HERE EVER AGAIN. I left a voicemail wanting to discuss what happened with my puppy and no call back. They could be busy, but if they really cared about having her as a client and wanted to check in on her they would have called back. The owner doesn’t seem to care about animals , just money. I’m disgusted with the treatment here and there lack of cleanliness. Shame on the owners and groomers.

I will follow Jacquie wherever she goes, but I do have to say everyone at Homestead makes it worth the drive! Not only is Jacquie great with my dog Benny, but she also communicates with us if she ever finds anything wrong! I 100% trust these girls with my baby, and let me tell you, I don't say that often. If you're on the fence about going to a new groomer, give them a chance you won't regret it!

Homestead was the first place I used to board my dogs. I was nervous because I normally leave them with relatives, but I decided to give it a chance. They were very good with my fur babies! I also love that the same household dogs are allowed to be in the same kennel. This is my go to place to board my pets.

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Sent me videos & pictures while I was on my vacation. Allowed me to make my dogs kennel feel as much as home as possible for the time. Would definitely recommend & use again.

I booked homestead for a weekend for my dog after reading thru the reviews. I have to say my experience was very different from the reviews posted here. I felt very rushed by the woman at the front desk while dropping my dog off on Saturday morning. When we went into the kennels, my dog got the kennel that had no outdoor access. When we picked him up there was pee all over his kennel and he smelled so badly. His bed was soaking wet so I’m unsure how long he was left in the kennel without a bathroom break but I’m guessing it was multiple hours as he is a smaller dog and can hold off on going to the bathroom for >10 hours. I do not recommend taking your dog here at all. I was very disappointed with the service here.

They were wonderful! We had a family emergency and took our cats on the fly. They were very understanding when we had to extend our pickup by two days, and they let me know when one of the cats wasn't feeling well.

Fair price for boarding cats and dogs. The staff were friendly and genuinely were invested in the animals in their care. It was my first time here,and I was on vacation for 7 days. They called me and gave me an update about my pet when I left a message. Quarters: Each canine “resident” had a private pen with access to outside. Dogs couldn’t see or interact with neighbors and there was no off leash, open play yards. If that’s a must for you just know it’s not available. I’m not sure if there’s heat. They had a fan. There was a store to purchase small treats and they offered grooming services. There were no yard or walk options that I saw. That’s why they were given a 4 star.

when we had hard time finding a good groomer for My Morkie ( Peanut) one our friends recommend Homestead Grooming in Nazareth pa. they were able to get her in on short notice.we were very pleased with their staff and service as for pricing very reasonable.

The owner went above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about her & this business. I had to board my 18 yr old cat for 1 week and gave her same day notice as my elderly mom got very sick and could not watch my cat. Not only did she make room for my kitty but due to traffic was late for cut off time but she stayed knowing I was leaving that night. Also my former groomer stopped grooming my car due to his age & liability should anything happen so my long hair cat had many mats they I was too afraid to try to shave for fear of cutting his skin. I informed her of his hyperthyroidism ( need to eat much more frequently than a normal cat), his attention needy personality and was scared his condition would worsen in a kennel because he had always stayed home with his Grammy watching him when we traveled. Not only did she take super care of my aged baby but to my surprise when I returned she had removed every single one of his mats BY HAND so as not to injure of cut him by clipping. It was truly an act of kindness. She did not ask for anything but I insisted on paying her for what no other groomer would do. She is so sweet and kind and truly loves the animals she takes care of. What a gem of a find. I will never go elsewhere! Thank you for everything you do and taking such good care of my little old man Sammy while we were gone.

I don’t know what I would have done without them that weekend. We had a situation in the home where all 4 of us had to leave the premises and the house had to be aired out and checked. They immediately took my 2 Tibbies ( 1 is 16 and the other a difficult 8 yrs old) and my precious 3 year old cat who has never been out of the house but to the Vet. No questions asked. Best care ever!!! I recommend Homestead, they are very caring dedicated pet people.

I've been taking my dogs here to be groomed for 15+ yrs. The owner & the staff are all very nice & professional. They always confirm you want the same cut for your dogs & ask if anything has changed since the last grooming. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

I have boarded two cats at this place over the weekend. One cat has been boarded elsewhere several times, and while he can be finicky because he is scared, he typically warms up to the workers and gets comfortable. The other I do not know how she does. During this past weekend I provided both wet and dry food for both cats, currently both are using different wet food. I picked them up and received every unopened can of wet food I had provided for the stay. Not a single can had been opened when I should have received only one can each upon their pickup. Additionally, it appeared both had wet food in dishes in the kennels that did not appear to be the brand I had brought. And upon asking what they had fed my cats, they said they didn't eat and only opened a can or so to try to feed them but avoided opening more because they weren't eating. I never received a call to note they werent eating, additionally, the one who has previously been boarded elsewhere has never had trouble eating in a new place or strange situation. The dry food appeared to have been used with very little left, so at least they got that as expected.I also noticed that my one cat was wet and meowing like crazy. Her kennel was soaked and the bed we brought and t-shirt were also soaked from the weekends hurricane. It appears there was a leak above her kennel and it went unnoticed. I did receive some money back which I appreciated, but I was still upset by this. It had been raining all weekend and the leak into my cats kennel went unnoticed. I understand there was an unprecedented amount of rain over the weekend and flooding in the area, but I can't understand how the building hadn't been checked for issues during or after the rain. The leak traveled down to the first floor where I saw a puddle below the same space my cats kennel was.

Such a great place. Suzanne has been my dog's groomer for years and she does a great job. My dog is getting older with heart problems and she takes good care of him and just knows what to do so that he doesn't hurt himself. I know I can trust them there with my dog.
