Wow, so much to say here. So.. went shopping around 830pm. Had to use the bathroom & walked into absolute chaos. I had to pick and chose the stall with the LEAST disgusting appearance, and grab a roll of toilet paper from another stall. FLOORS COVERED IN URINE, EVERY SINGLE TOILET PAPER HOLDER FROM EVERY STALL KICKED ON THE FLOOR WITH NO TOILET PAPER, CLOGGED TOILETS, AND A BOX OF FROZEN FOOD ON THE BABY CHANGING STATION. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Wondering how many hours went by before someone attended to the restroom. After this, I began shopping and I felt this man watching me from behind. Supposedly, this was the store manager. I did not catch a name. He apologized for "being creepy", but proceeded to BE CREEPY and comment on EVERYTHING I was touching & looking at. Another associate came up to him & was clearly upset, saying something about "dating life" and "unprofessional". She stormed off, and I looked up at him, smiled & turned away. He felt the need to tell me that "she's upset because I have a date on Saturday and I'm retiring". I walked away and said "That's not my business!!" LOL.The store was COMPLETELY under stocked. And forget about the produce section. The mandarin oranges were so moldy, that they were LEAKING onto every other bag. Same with the strawberries. All the produce that was out was either on its way to the trash, or already contaminated with mold. Couldnt use my coupons because there was nothing consumable to use it on. The associates upfront were rowdy, loud, on their phones & could quite honestly care less that there were upset customers around. I was speaking to my friend about all the produce that was bad, and how disappointed I was that I couldn't buy the things I had come in for. The cashier's were absolutely oblivious & disrespectful. All around, horrible experience. VERY disappointed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Their produce section is amazing. Always well stocked. The price and quality is always aligned.The staff in the meat department is very helpful. They helped me find the item that was in the flyer and showed me the alternatives I could use based on the recipe I was actually making.The people behind the seafood counter are also really helpful. My husband usually handles cooking the seafood - but I wanted to do it myself. I wrote down their instructions and it was perfect!

The store is great the deli is not went there today and they had 2 mobile orders and the lady behind the counter had an attitude and she told me it would be over 15 minutes to wait on me I said that's fine then someone else comes up and she mumbles under her breath next time we need to put a big sign out that says we are closed the guy heard it and asked if they were closed and she said technically yes but we will take you anyways real cocky then they took my order and didn't ask me if the cut was okay or how I wanted it cut at all just took it upon themselves to cut it how they want and it's boars head I was getting and I wanted a pound and it was over a pound didn't ask if that was alright because they were too moody ill go to the store because the store has more stuff then the one by me but won't deal with the deli anymore

Zero stars are more accurate. You've done me wrong once again. 1 half pound of thinly sliced provolone cheese should not come to 6 slices. Do Not Recommend. Buyer Beware. Fire the entire deli staff.

Overall pretty good experience. Liked the layout, clean and prices were competitive but had to wait 5 minutes (was only customer at deli counter) for service because one employee was working on another order and 2 other employees seemed to have ignored me. Acknowledging one's presence is proper customer service. Will give Giant another try.

I use Giant Direct at this store as the primary source of shopping. It is a surprisingly quick and efficient grocery app and experience. Every pick up is quick within 3 minutes, the bags are packed smart, the employees are kind and the parking for pickup is clearly labeled in the lot. Definitely recommend using this store and the pick-up service (*also NO fee added on like Wegmans)

Giant has a number of hidden values. Especially, in these financially challenged times.Food has experienced one of the highest price increases during these inflationary times. I want to provide everyone following me w/ the hidden gem sections in Giant (Stop & Shop elsewhere). DEALS BABY..... DEALS BABY!!!The first place I head to is the cooked cold food area. There are constant bargains on chicken quarters (BOGO), plus Barbecued Rib Slabs (My two (2) favorites).The Ribs and Chicken are ready to eat. They only need to be heated and devoured. I usually season and cook them to my liking.The Chicken I roast w/ Olive Oil over the top, Garlic and Onion cooked at 405 degrees, until crispy.The Ribs get added "Sweet Baby Ray's" Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce. Nothing else need be added. Cook at 405 degrees until hot. Just lick your fingers and say, "OH YEAH!!!!".The price is "great" too. The Ribs are usually sixteen ninety-nine (16.99) and The BOGO Chicken is five (5.00). They are "Tasty Bargains". OMG!!!!Next stop, The Fresh Fish Area. There are several types of bargains to be found. Shrimp, Salmon, and Tilapia are just a few items. Some have store sauces and seasonings on them and are ready to be cooked. Others One can freeze or cook immediately yourself.Some reading this review may think the food is old or expired. It's NOT!!! Be vigilant in examining The Expiration Date on any food item. Always follow food care and cooking instructions. Be Safe!!Lastly and most importantly, take inflation head on!! Look for viable food bargains. Take a look the next time shopping and save some "REAL" dollars.PLEASE LIKE, RATE AND FOLLOW ME.....

Usually I don't have any issues at this giant but I am disgusted by the way one of the employees just treated me. Her name tag said Joni on it she was an old woman with blondish color hair working as a cashier and she was extremely rude! I could not find my card and I was holding my son who was crying and she horribly rude to me.people like her give these stores a bad name and ruin them. If she doesn't want to be even slightly nice to people maybe she should not work there

How not to succeed in business! How can you turn down $1,500.00 in sales just like that? That is exactly what this store has done. For the last several years I would call & then go to Giant before Thanksgiving to buy a $25.00 gift card for each employee at my company. No issues, they would prepare in advance, the cards and I would buy them with an Amex card. Done.This year I called and they said I could not do that I would have to get them online. I asked why and they said I had to talk to Hector. I called Hector- I imagined he could make the decision and he said he would find out and call me back. So I gave him my Full name, My company Name and my Phone number. Hector NEVER even tried to return my call. You lose Giant! Congratulations Weis, - you are getting 60 new customers through your doors!

Honestly this place is just a nightmare. The prices are higher here than other giant stores in the area. Whenever I have an issue with my bonus points, the costumer service staff are always useless and claim “my supervisors aren’t here.” Not to mention, employees are treated terribly.

A very clean and nicely stocked Giant location. The workers here, such as the cashiers and the customer service desk employees, have always been very helpful and friendly. They definitely go the extra mile to help you find the product that you are looking for.

I come to this store all the time whenever I am in Easton for work. Today Aug 31 around 735pm 750pm I was in deli area front of wine register and I needed some help. There was a gentleman who kept walking back and forth I tried getting his attention at least twice. But he just walked away. I knew he heard me but it wasn’t a big deal. 3rd time I walked up to him to ask for a product I was trying to find. He looked at me from head to toe and walked away saying “ I have a customer”. I am in customer service industry business and I know how it is dealing with people especially in grocery stores but what this gentleman did was completely wrong and rude. Even if he was having a bad day there’s no need to ignore and look at someone in a weird way as if they don’t belong there. He was a white male, 5’7 ft wearing black hoodie, Jeans and white sneakers.
