Great store, never too busy and never waiting around long for anything or anyone. It is a very big plus that they still have the ability for people to independently print out pictures that they want. Riteaid used to do that and got rid of it, so it was very convenient that CVS still has that as an option. Fair prices on them as well.

Stop at the drive thru to pick up meds for family on 2/7/24. They got notified that they were ready. Girl said none are ready I said that's odd . I texted family member and they told me the meds due . So I went inside and a guy checked and the girl said you have to go online to check. I don't know why she couldn't check after I gave them name of meds. She then started getting snippy saying people don't pick up there meds blah blah and they get put back. I said the notication was on Sunday 2 days ago. I personally don't have a need to go there to be spoken to like that. Avoid this store if you can go to another pharmacy.

I was at CVS Nazareth tonight just to stop for some milk, which I use a lot of for my 3yo son. A young gentleman had assisted me at the register, all I checked out for was milk and some hotwheels car that my son picked out. He was very kind and happened to see that the milk expired that day and ensured to go back and exchange it with a newer one. I had not noticed and he went out of his way to get a new one, which means a lot as my son is the sole drinker of the milk. That goes a long way and I wish I knew his name to be able to credit him - thank you.

I've been using the CVS for the past 4 years & never really had any major issues. One Friday night (March 31), on my way home, from work, I pulled into the Rx drive-thru, approx 7:45pm.I had 1 medication to pick up. I also realize the new hours, pharmacy, closes at 8pm. There were 2 cars, at the drive-thru, myself & the car, in front of me, being helped, at the window. This person was sitting at the window, for 15 minutes. ( I contemplated parking and going in, but I figured it would probably take more time, to do that, rather than waiting, where I was. )As soon as the car, moved forward, I followed, immediately, because, now it was 8pm, on the dot. The people working in the pharmacy literally closed the window, right, in front of me. A young heavy set, blonde, looked right at me as she closed the pharmacy window. I completely understand people wanting to get home, but that was unnecessarily rude and inappropriate. Gas isn't cheap & now, I will be transferring my scripts, somewhere else.*FYI - I have never written a bad review about anything before. This was just ridiculous.

I always liked this location and thought workers were nice. This is definitely not true anymore. There is still one nice lady who works there, but she wasn’t there today. I was there at self check out today and needed help so hit the button that makes the light flash on top indicating I needed assistance. This light is up high and they can see it from the registers. I stood and waited , and I was waiting a while and patiently because I could see how busy they were. But they did not acknowledge me at all and kept helping customers in line. It’s not my fault they don’t have anyone else to help. And I am a customer too who deserved to be helped. I finally had to say loudly excuse me can someone help me at self checkout? And the cashier gave me such a dirty look and made a noise, and then came over to help. With an attitude. I needed an item voided because it was not the price it said on the shelf, but double. Again, not my fault something is marked wrong. I even said sorry I know you are very busy, which again I just got a look and attitude. You shouldn’t be in customer service if you can’t be nice to customers, or handle a busy holiday.

Horrible pharmacy. Literally the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. One of my children is medically complex and has 12 prescriptions and durable medical equipment. They can’t figure out billing to save their life. They were perplexed when I asked why they believe in vaccination against a virus while also advising that there are no medications one can take because viruses have no cure and have to run their course… You would have thought I had two heads. They didn’t know what to say. They are literally worthless. You’re better off going ANYWHERE ELSE. I finally switched all of our prescriptions elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY.

So myself and another three cars wait in the pickup line for 15 minutes and they shut down for lunch? Gas at $4.00 gallon and two trips to pick up a script. You have to do better for your customers in this economy

Worst pharmacy I've ever worked with! My dog is epileptic so I have his anti-seizure prescription with this CVS. Every single time this entire year I go to pick it up (it's a monthly prescription) they tell me it's not ready or backordered. The pharmacist tried to tell me the prescription doesn't come in on Saturdays and to fill it during the week. Okay, fine. I refilled the prescription during the week and went to pick it up on a Thursday after I was told it was ready. I went to pick it up and again the pharmacist said it wasn't ready and wouldn't be until June 4th. I was told to call right after the pharmacy opened in the morning Saturday and they would fill it for me. I did that and went to get it, and was told that it was backordered and they won't get it until Monday. The woman who worked there said I could go to a different CVS to have them fill it. This was the final straw for me, since the pharmacist was the one who told me to come in on Saturday to get it after trying on Thursday. I'm never even notified the prescription is backordered or not ready with a call or text. They are so unprofessional and there's absolutely no excuse for this! The pharmacist acts like he can't even be bothered, and no apologies either this final time for this error that's clearly on him. I don't know if it's because it's for a dog or what, but would this be acceptable if this was a human who needed anti-seizure medication? 6 months of this is enough for me, I'll go to a different pharmacy, there's no excuse for this.

After trying to get my prescriptions transferred to this Pharmacy three times and each time they said they were successful. So I went in to pick up two scripts last night. And the woman behind the counter said your prescriptions aren't here as I was explaining my situation to her I'm assuming this guy was in charge some way. I don't understand how but any way. He bursts into the conversation bereating me and telling me that they can't help and to step out of the way. I believe his name was Carl. He had no mannered or empathy for me and my situation. If you he can't handle the fast pace there maybe he should be in a slower store with less customers. He insulted me and thank God for this wonderful woman who actually cared about her customers and took care of getting my scripts filled. I only wish I got her name. Any way This experience at the CVS in Nazareth was horrific.Thank God for the wonderful woman who rescued me with tons of empathy.Bill Gumhold

I have always been pleased with my shopping trips at this location. I don't often use the pharmacy, however on the few occasions I did pick up a prescription I never had any problems. The staff that work the front register's have always been very pleasant, patient, and helpful. The manager has also gone out of her way to assist me with ongoing issues I have involving the coupon center. I really appreciate all of the staff who work in the front of this store. They really are great associates! Thank you ladies!I really wish the corporate office would actually do something to help me resolve this matter with the coupon center error message I continuously receive every week. Then I would be able to shop at this CVS, which is my personal favorite & most preferred location, more often.

Something is very wrong lately with this whole store. It has been good and I have been going here since 2013. Just in the last few months, the pharmacy is horrible. They didn't have a specific dosage of my meds and now I have to go to 2 places to fill one script. Absolutely no communication to you. It took them 2 weeks to say they didn't have the dosage and only told me when I asked. Today, there was 6 or 7 people in line for the regular store and the cashier just ups and walks away without a word! We were next in line and waited about 3 minutes. She never came back. We put our stuff on the counter ended up walking out. What the hell is going on here?

I was there 3/01/2022 and had above and beyond customer service experience from Cheyenne. Was having difficulty with blurriness on 8x10 I had ordered online and she took the time and helped me fix it and even honored the discount code I had gotten on line! Truly professional. She did enlist other employee to also help with the final product..called me when completed and it looks great! Give that girl a raise..you are lucky to have her!!!

I would like to thank Joseph and another CVS employee who's name I unfortunately did not get. Thank you for helping me with my transaction and also the mess that I made with it. They were both quick to help and I was still able to get a great deal with their help. They both kept working with me through it and were calm and amazing. Thank you again.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s never a smooth process of just picking up your medication and leaving. Nothing is ever ready on time and if there is an issue filling the prescription, don’t count on them to call you and inform you. They would much prefer for you to come in and then proceed to tell you it’s out of stock or not ready.I won’t touch on the rude pharmacy techs, as I would be able to withstand it if it wasn’t for their added incompetency.I would suggest picking up your drugs anywhere else (including a dark ally).

Every pharmacy employee has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. I am a chronic pain patient with a surgery in the near future and they treat me like garbage every single time I’ve had to contact them/pick up my scripts. Switching pharmacies ASAP.

Worst CVS I've been to. Been filling my meds at CVS for 34 years and they constantly lose my scripts, or they won't fill a 30 day script until 32 days or more. They'll lie and say the insurance won't fill it, which on more than one occasion, I called my insurance company who said they never even tried to fill it. For some reason CVS feels the need to make you go 3 days without your medication. The staff is often rude. A select few i should say. It's been about 5 times where they tell me " we can't fill it until xx date, which marks 33 or more days on a 30 day supply. The last 3 times I went to get my meds filled, I had to go without for 3 days. On more than 1 occasion they don't have enough in stock, so they give me a few days worth then order more in. So I'll go to get it filled next month, and they'll say you just picked up on the 23rd, no i filled it on the 20th, and picked up the remaining on the 23rd because you didn't have my full script. So again, 3 days with no meds.

Super helpful pharmacist and staff! They helped me with merging profiles and filled my prescription within 2 hours after another cvs pharmacy messed up my records and didn’t have my medication. Would go back to this location, thank you.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy and staff. Rude and unhelpful not only to customers, but also to the doctor trying to help us get our prescription. Pharmacist was completely useless. We went to Giant and Rite Aid instead and received the help we needed. I will be contacting corporate to issue a formal complaint.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had prescriptions filled at. Thankfully, I was picking up scripts for another family member as I personally use Bath Drugs. If you want reliable service I suggest you do the same as 3 trips in the span of two hours to pick up meds due to their poor communication style is totally unacceptable. I've also NEVER had a problem at Rite Aid in Nazareth.

Not sure if the issue is Incompetence, poor systems or poor management, It's clear they have big issues. My Dr. called in a Script for me the 2nd week of December. I heard nothing so I called CVS Monday a week later to check and they said they have the script but did not fill it out yet. I asked them to please fill it out and have it ready. I called the next Monday and they said they have the script, it was filled out and they returned to stock. since I did not pick it up. (WHAT)- I said i never got a call that it was ready (W.T.H. 7 days I waited for them to call)? They said they would fill it now and it would be ready by 12:30 today. I go to the CVS at 1:20 pm, stand in line waiting for 3 people ahead of me, took the staff 10 minutes for 3 people? When it's my turn they said it was not ready, did I want to wait....NO! ENOUGH. Another issue I have with this store is I have the same script with CVS for 10 years. Since I have been using this store (2.5 years) my 3 month supply mysteriously has a different price almost ever time I pick it up..very odd. I have the same Insurance...Not Good! I am going to leave CVS the next time I have the Dr. refill this Rx

Pharmacist wanted no time with me and basically in a summary told me to get my script myself rather than her picking up her phone and calling the company who has my prescription on file. The company’s pharmacist said that all CVS had to do was call their pharmacist and they would give them the info and my script. Yet the CVS pharmacist told me i had to get the script from my prescribing doctor and sent me away. Even when i told her i need the meds right away.. Lazy lazy lazy, along with her huffing and not even having customer curtesy and putting at least a little smile on her face. Wanted no time with me at all. Huffed under her breath because i asked a simple question and gave me a “you know what..”. Should’ve gotten her name. That’s rediculous.

I took a prescription to get filled. The girl told me that they didn't have it and that I would have to come back the next day at 3pm, drop it off and pick it up after 4pm and she handed me back my prescription. I asked if I can drop the prescription off now and come back tomorrow after 4pm for the meds. She said they're not allowed to hold drugs. I then told her that I'm not giving her drugs to hold, I'm giving her a piece of paper. She looked confused so she asked another pharmacist (Kourtney or Courtney).In short, Courtney said the same thing the girl had said, they're not allowed to hold drugs. I once again said that I'm not giving them drugs to hold but merely a piece of paper. She said, "that's our policies and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else".I understand they have policies and they have to abide by them. What I don't understand is Courtney's attitudes. She didn't explain to me (the customer) in a manner that I can understand, so she tells me to go someplace else if I didn't like it? Well guess what? There's a Rite-Aide right across the street and they're more than helpful.Not everybody is a pharmacist or an expert in your company's policies (that's in any business) but don't talk to people like they're stupid and tell them to take a hike.

This is by far the most unfriendly Cvs I have ever been in. Walking by 2 workers I didn't get one hello or can I help you. Lady at register has no customer service skills. Makes no eye contact and no smile. Sad because when this store opened it was #1. Will continue with Wind Gap Cvs.

The staff is rude and not very accommodating. Several time they didn't have the medication and when I asked them to call other neighboring pharmacies they were annoyed. Will never have meds sent there again.

Clueless employees, asked for tylenol was given something "equivalent" because they had no tylenol left, turns out they gave me laxatives, i took 3 of these and i've been on the toilet for hours, why is this place still open??
