Always have what I'm looking for and the online order pick up is always in and out. Plenty of knowledgeable staff to answer questions about locations of items. Their hardware isles are second to none. I can always find the correct nut, bolt, or screw and everything in-between. I'm so glad this location is where its at. It saves me the trips to the other stores that are 20-30 minutes away. Always a 5 star experience.

Have most of the basic, residential grade tools and supplies. Service is a bit over done IMO. Hard to look for yourself without turning down help every 2 minutes.

Everything you could possibly need. Very courteous atmosphere. Only drawback is they are a bit more expensive than large chain stores. But sometimes it's worth paying the extra few dollars to avoid a 20 minute drive to Home Depot. Especially when I only need a couple items.

My favorite paint is Benjamin Moore paint. They have that in stock. Very helpful and courteous.

Figure on overpriced items especially grills. Their paint department guys sre great, but man the prices for stuff! They charge an arm and a leg! Currently looking for a leg donor

We really like this hardware store. They are very well stocked,with what we want or need. Store associates are very very helpful and polite. When we are in Myerstown we always stop there to sometimes just look around or to just shop. If we can't find anything at a hardware store near us, we are willing to come and shop here.They usually have that item.

Went to Ace in Myerstown for the first time recently. My dad has been there many times. His sump pump broke when I was visiting my parents. My dad is 80 and is having some issues that come with age, so I drove him to Ace & went inside. My dad always gets his money's worth, so he probably hasn't purchased a sump pump in 40 years. I was EXTREMELEY impressed with the above-and-beyond level of customer service that Dean in plumbing provided! Seriously, I was blown away. Dean was friendly, funny, extremely knowledgable and very patient and kind to my dad. Dean even opened two boxes to make sure we got the right one. He practically hooked it up right there in the store. My mom & dad told me they've had outstanding service with other employees at yhis Ace, as well. I highly recommend Ace in Myerstown, especially Dean in plumbing.

Great store to visit for your home and garden needs. Very clean and organized. I stopped in for a power washer. They had exactly what I wanted. The associates I had interacted with were top notch people. Very polite and very helpful. I recommend this store before the bigger stores anytime. Thank you for a great experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Be sure to sign up for a rewards card. They have some really good sales if you keep an eye out (getting bird feed here can be a steal).

I've had good experiences overall they have a good return policy/warranty for Ace products. Some moodiness with cash register people but everyone else is extremely friendly! Have most common place products. Don't go looking for pressure washer parts here though. Do a good job at keeping store clean and organized!

Ralph is my paint guy, if I need any color he finds it, and makes it, if I don't like the color I picked ,he help, he will work on it till we get what I want, he is totally awesome 😎 if you need paint he's your guy!

After Wilhelm's Hardware closed, I went to this store more often.The layout is nice and spacious.THE HELP:The guys are nice but they cannot find anything, over and over and over.So I asked for something I bought there before, they said they never soldthat. After hearing this too many times, I drive home and still had a little of the product left, drove back, finally found the guy and showed him.He said "Hmm", looked at the number went to the display and found the item tag/number but sold out. I asked can you order it. He went to thecomputer, looked it up and said "I would have to buy 10 and you just want one, so I cannot".I have driven home to bring the product I was looking for that they saidthey NEVER had 3 times to try to find it!Another time I was looking for a card of button batteries, I asked where do you have them. They took me to single button batteries. I said you had a large card with about 30 button batteries of different sizes. He said we never had that, you bought it somewhere else. I picked up another item and went to checkout, and there in the discount area is where they were!So I went back to the guy and showed him. He said "OK".Now this has happened so many times, and the employees I am writing about are not temporaries but long term full time workers that I recognize and have bought from before..This has happened so many times.Another time we were looking for a plumbing part, plastic. They looked and looked and could not find it. Then my wife found it.The same with rubber and plastic/nylon washers.THE PRICE:All ACE products in this store are generally higher than the same BRANDname products, and ACE products are generally inferior, such as ACE Nylon packing tape comapred to 3M nylon filament packing tape, ACE's paint equivalent to Rustoleum brush on paint, etc.So now I just drive to Lebanon, HomeDepot or Walmart or Lowes.For fasteners, I drive to Goods Ace in Schaefferstown. The selection is less but better organized. Both regular screws, bolts, nuts and stainless steel.I miss Wilhelm's in quality, price and experienced help.This review is long but it is accurate and depicts my frustration and tryingto purchase specific items that really are not rare and they them.And pricing of ACE brand items is better at other ACE stores.Stainless steel hardware is about 50% less at Lowes. Wow!

The lady at the checkout especially blessed me, I said I have a coupon and she said she’d be happy to do it for me! This is a great hardware store! I almost always need help finding the right nut or bolt or whatever it is and the guys on the floor help with a smile. There was one time one of the cashiers up front gave me a hard time returning an ACE branded sprinkler that had a warranty, but when I talked with the owner, he quickly did a generous exchange. I highly recommend this place!

I like this place because you can find things in this store that no other stores have. The staff is so friendly& helpful. Also an important thing to me is the store is very clean & organized. Another nice thing about it is it's beside the Ice Shack so after or before shopping you can get something to eat & ice cream. Check it out.
