I took my LéLu for first time to this place and very impressed. It is convenient to get to versus my last groomers location..I was very happy with her cut but was alittle taken back with the deposit you have to put down to set appointment. I NEVER had to do that with any other place but it is not a deal breaker because of the results of how well LéLu is treated and at least that deposit is also used towards the total price which is alittle higher than previous groomers I went to. They even put a cute little bow on her. No other place has ever done that. I will be happy to using them again.

I took my Nike to be groomed today. Carrie was amazing, making me and Nike feel very comfortable. When I picked him up he looked like a little teddy bear…perfect!

Been getting my boys taken care of for about 2 years and Crystal does an amazing job! Everyone that I have encountered has been so very nice and kind! Couldn't recommend them enough!

My boy Dozer loves going to daycare once or twice a week. It gives him a chance to run off some energy and socialize with other dogs. I have used all their services, daycare, boarding and grooming. I’m very pleased with them all.

Our dog Piper had a great two days at Walkers! She was exhausted when she came home from all the fun she had. It’s so nice to know she was being cared for by professionals and had a lot of play time while she was there. We will definitely use them again.

Have our Persian cat, Shadow, groomed at this facility. While a tad pricey, there aren't very many establishments that accept cats.

My husband and I have been taking our pets here for 8 years. We love Walkers. They always give great care to our furry children! We love that Walkers offers grooming, boarding, daycare, training, and a veterinarian. (In which we have used and love them all!) The puppy parties are great also if you have a puppy that needs socialization. My husband and I call every single day to check on our pets staying there when we are away and the staff is always so wonderful to let us know how everyone is doing in detail for our peace of mind. Our pets are our world and we don’t trust them with just anyone. We highly recommended Walkers!

We love using Walker’s! As soon as we even get close to the place, our dog goes crazy. She pulls us inside and cannot wait to go hang out with her doggy friends! We also use their grooming services and are thrilled with Crystal! Everyone at the front, and in the back are always so friendly!

I love WALKER'S! Just dropped off our Dog Son Cooper. They are caring and very professional. Clean facility, they have daycare, vet services and grooming. They play areas are great!

I has to board my newly formed Tripaw for a a little over a week. I can say this is not just a boarding, day care facility. They have all the right staff in place with people that genuinely care and love your pet. My dog absolutely loved his stay and we absolutely loved the care and attention he received while he boarded. We will definitely board with Walkers.

The staff was very accommodating with dates when boarding my Shiba Inus. I was pregnant in late April 2023 and was about to deliver any day, Walker's in Murrysville was great with their flexibility on when I was able to drop them off and pick them up.Shiba Inus aren't an easy breed, but I felt confident and comfortable that the staff there was knowable about the breed. I also felt secure that their outdoor play yards were well secured.

I previously used another daycare boarding facility in Monroeville, but for personal reasons I have switched to Walkers. I’m impressed with the friendly staff that greets my Olivia and me when we arrive. They have a large staff to take care of the animals, a grooming salon at the location and a vet on call in case of an emergency. When we arrive, Olivia is excited to get inside and play with her new friends. I utilized the boarding service this past week and Olivia had a great time. In fact I found out she has a boyfriend named DJ. I can’t say enough great things about Walkers

The people at Walkers Pet Hotail are so kind. My dog loves it there. We have done the daycare and boarding my dog had a blast. The people there really care about all the animals. I was nervous the first time dropping her off and trusting my fur baby to someone else but they are so good with her that I am at ease. I will be using them many many times in the future.

No one wants to ever leave their precious baby dog or cat with someone. But if you have no other choice, choose Walkers Pet HoTail. The staff welcomes you and your pet like you were the most important clients in the world. They never complain about the numerous telephone calls about the status of our dog. They give you a full update on how our baby is, how many new "friends" she made that day, if she kept her "room" clean and so on. You can always count on great, loving care so you can actually enjoy your vacation 😊!I would recommend Walkers to anyone.

This is the best pet boarding and daycare place on the planet. We have been taking our dog Finley here for over a month and she absolutely loves it. They have a variety of playtime activities for the dogs and their staff all are great people. Couldn’t ask for a better place to take your dog. The workers do a great job communicating and letting you know how your dog is doing as well as any needs your dog my have.

This place and these people are wonderful! We were in town because my father passed away and we needed a daycare to leave our dog at so we could attend the funeral. Our dog is a rescue who was abused and neglected, and she has severe separation anxiety and cannot be left alone, but she is usually ok among other dogs. We were able to get her records to the Murrysville location, and drop her off there so we could attend the funeral without worrying about her. When my husband picked her up he could tell she'd had a great time. She was relaxed and howling (beagle mix, she howls a lot, lol) so he knew she'd loved the place! This place, and these people, are a blessing, and we hope to use them again when we're in town.

They take such great care of my Josephine and are so friendly and welcoming. Clean place with the best care provided for your pets. They give attention to detail if you have any special needs for your pets and watch over their behavior carefully so that when you pick your pet up they can tell you exactly how your pet did. They also give attention to your pet at many times during the day. They said my Josephine was one of the most social cats they ever had and that just brought me so much joy. I will always use Walkers Pet HoTail when I go away and need a place for Josephine.

Walker’s Pet HoTail is very deaf friendly and accommodating! Wonderful clean atmosphere. I was permitted to host my ASL Pop Up with their puppy party. It went amazing and everyone was so good about communication. I even met the sweetest dog, who is also deaf! Our time here was professional, friendly, and genuine. Highly recommend!!

Walker’s is great. They are always super friendly and accommodating and my nervous dog seems happy there. Today I wasn’t going to be able to make it in time to pick her up but I was able to make a last minute change to use their taxi service, and they brought her to me instead. I can’t recommend them enough!

We board our dogs here regularly and our younger, more energetic dog spends a couple days/week at "daycare" as well. The location is very convenient and the employees are all wonderful. I know that they truly care about our animals and our dogs are always happy to see them. It's great to have a place for our guys to stay when we're traveling. The prices are a little steep but the service is fantastic.

We have been customers here for 10 years and have been very happy with our experience! The Walker's staff knows our dog well, and looks out for her. Our dog always wags her tail when she enters Walkers so she can play outside with other dogs . Our dog is deaf and the staff has adapted very well to being responsive to her!
