I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. They weren't even busy at all. My fries were cold by the time I got my food! This is not the first time I waited way too long for my food at this location. Other locations are way quicker.

Slowest MTO I’ve ever experienced. 24 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. 4 employees behind counter seemed to not know what they were doing. One girl just stood there mouth breathing at the screen for long stretches of time, then looking down at the sandwiches, seeming not to know what to do. The two guys cooking were moving so slow I think someone had maybe drugged them. I know sheetz has many locations and they’re usually great. This location must be where they send employees who are on performance plans or something. Awful.

Have been a loyal fan since the late 90s PRE-remodel. Therefore I am an authentic fan. For me, it’s the mac-n-cheese. They know how to microwave it right. Love the toy section. Brings joy.

Why WHY do you guys keep screwing up my hotdogs?? I NEVER order ketchup on my hotdogs but you guys still consistently add it. And what's even more funny, the receipts never say anything about ketchup or any other toppings, but you guys always still ADD IT!! Wth is going on? It's always this same location too!!!

Very awesome gas station because their customer service along with their hot chocolate drinks with their car wash is the best so every once in a while i do come the employees are super friendly with very helpful so i do recommend them

This Sheetz is my happy place. I love it. My only complaint is that sometimes, whatever I get from the soda fountain tastes like pure soda water, but that doesn't happen very often.

The staff is incredibly nice and very diligent. It feels like I'm always greeted with a smile and a genuine "thank you" from the crew either at the cash registers or at the food pickup counter.Not only that, I have never waited more than 1-5 minutes to receive food orders (on average, I'll wait maybe 2 minutes and that's honestly the best estimate I can give) and that's regardless of the order being something big or something small.It's just not only one of the best Sheetz I've ever been to (if not the best), but it's definitely one of the best gas stations I've ever been to (hands down) as well, and it's nearly entirely due to their wonderful staff and the quick and excellent service they consistently bring to the table.

Nice Sheetz with plenty of pumps and parking. They have some beer and wine selection, a drive thru and there is a car wash (soft and no touch) on site that can be very busy at times.There is an ATM inside and a lottery ticket machine. Bathrooms are small but always clean.

This place has anything you need for snacks, meals and drink choices! Car wash. ATM. Lottery purchases. Just need careful driving in and out because it is busy.

Wow!!! Had a delicious fresh grilled Ruben Panini and fresh crispy fries that are better than McD's fries! All at 2:30 am on a weekday!!! Fantastic, seriously! We really need Sheetz in Illinois!

This is a reqlly great Sheetz store. Not only is it much more upscale than others, it is very well maintained and huge. They have a 24/7 drive thru which is great for convenience. It is really easy to navigate to and from in both directions of route 22 and there is ample parking spots in the lot. They have a very good beer selection as well. Highly recommend stopping here next time you need something in a pinch!

Ordered , paid and then waited 45 minutes to get an order of French fries. Gave up and asked for my money back. Slowest Sheetz ever, definitely do not know how to multi task!! Somebody help them please!!!!! The one good think was I ordered a hot chocolate and it was delicious and quick.

Your employees working weekend nights in the kitchen deserve massive raises. I waited an hour to get cold food because it was too busy for the number of employees working. Post an estimated wait time for current orders so people know up front how long the expected wait time will be, staff better-be proactive if you know this is a consistent issue. Putting your employees in this environment is ridiculous and cruel. You are the business. Protect your employees or you won't have any. Save your bs auto-reply and just figure out a better system.

The 2 ladies who directed the flow of cars on the 4th of July deserve a raise! We stopped twice that day cause of the others store were crazy!!!! Again a big shout out to them!!!

They like all Sheetz are now lying to there customers. The have prices marked on there shelves that on average are $.30 less than what they are charging at the register. Not only is this illegal but it is also bad bissness. If you say something about it to the manager they just turn there back and walk away. I'm a card holding Sheetz freak. I go there every working day of the week. I will not be using this place anymore.

I go to many sheetz all across PA as I travel for work Ive been to this sheetz 4 times and each time disappointed in service toilets that dont work and food that is disgusting and improperly made

Check your order before you leave. I waited 20+ minutes for my drive thru order, only to be given the order of the person in front of me. They got tired of waiting and left before even paying. I told the person at the pay window this, and figured they'd delete the order. Now I'm stuck with their $2 worth of food when I paid for like $10 of food.

I'm hoping sheetz employees here were just having an off day because if you want a royally jacked up order.. That's what todays orders were for both my husband and I.Items weren't toasted that were supposed to be toasted, Items were missing that were listed, Item's burnt, Items not cooked enough; it was pretty bad. There was definitely no extra random fry or anything like that though, so that could be good I guess.Places like these are hit or miss, next time I'm that way again.. I'll stop again probably, and hopefully it won't keep the same consistency. It will be awhile, but will update this when.

It takes SIX minutes for ONE car to go through their car wash. There is nothing that tells you this when you get in line. Be prepared to spend a very long time waiting if you decide to use their car wash. Seven cars still ahead and been waiting for 30 minutes now. Do not waste your time here.

So; I stopped at Sheet in Murrysville to get a few sandwiches. My mom's was fine. She ordered an egg sandwich on a bagel; with a few toppings. I ordered the same; but on a pretzel bun and I wanted cheese. We paid for our order and WAITED. The store was slammed. One customer asked the worker what was taking so long; and was told that she was the only one making sandwiches. The clerk apologized and said that it was typically busy on weekends. Eventually; we got our order. We left. As I drove and ate my sandwich; I felt like something was off. So; I turned on the light. In; what I would guess was her rush to catch up on orders, she left me a little surprise, which I ended up eating. She forgot to take off the wrapper for the cheese.... It wasn't all that appetizing. The only real reason I give this low rating; is not; necessarily, for the service. She tried. And; eventually, her manager did help. I give the low rating for two reasons. 1. Because; you still need to still take the time to make sure that you're making the San who right. I mean; I ATE PAPER.... YUCK. 2. If you're that busy on the weekend; and know it, get some extra help; ahead of time.Jackie Stoklosa

Quick stop for restroom and snacks on our road trip. The store and restroom was very clean and well stocked. I'm always impressed at how much they cram into places like these as you travel, stopping to get gas or go to the restroom or to get snacks (hot and/or cold). This place is near a field and there was a tournament going on so the local teams were in there getting snacks too. It got crowded and lively real quick, glad we got there just before they did.There was outdoor seating and plenty of choices for cold and hot drinks, snacks, pizza, sandwiches to order, etc... Good candy selection too (got a sweet tooth, especially when I travel.)

Stopped at 11 pm on the way home from a week away. The men's room was dirty, towels all over the floor. Bought food, my wife's was cold and had to take it back. The eating area was dirty with things on the tables.Not what I expect of Sheetz

It's a Sheetz, much like every other Sheetz. Five stars in its category, even though I obviously wouldn't choose it for a nice dinner for date night.Low gas prices relative to the area, discounted further with a loyalty card. Lots of selections for things to drink on a road trip, and made-to-order counter service food options. All the things you'd expect of a convenience store positioned to serve both locals and travelers.

Sheetz is a great convenience store. Clean, well-lit, many open all night, you can't beat it. I like that I can get a banana or an apple there, since none of their prepared foods are allergy safe. I get it, they're not really catering to the food allergy market, so I don't mind. Sure wish I could have their chicken salad though!
