Waited 10 minutes at checkout while someone was applying for a store credit card. This should NOT be done at checkout if it's holding other customers up. Have a separate area for people to do this so it doesn't inconvenience others please! As a regular customer, I don't believe I'll be back since this has happened twice during recent visits there. Also, the other employee that finally came up to checkout to help thought it was more important to chit chat with another customer rather than get me checked out. Very poor customer service!

Stores in PA ILLEGALLY selling BRADFORD PEAR!. This is a USA known non- native invasive. Banned for sale in PA since 2023.Banned in several states!You can order this on-line and it will be shipped to you- and again-is illegal in PA.

This has been my store for 12v pumps & parts for last 3 years. I have 3 remco pumps on my truck at all times. (Eye wash & mix station) They do not last more then 6-8 months so this is why i purchase a 1 year warranty on them.Returned my dead pump today for a new one and the two ladies at the front huffed & puffed and even at one point slammed my receipt down in frustration. Then proceeded to tell me they aren't going to keep honoring my warranties since i use them “commercially”. As we were finishing the transaction, she asks me “would you like to purchase the 1 year warranty for $30”?SERIOUSLY????I prefer to shop locally but looks like AMAZON will be getting all my business from now on!

Purchased a pelpro pellet stove. Staff went above and beyond with courtesy and service. Stove was loaded by a gentleman that took great care in handling the forklift. Helped make sure it was properly secured and wouldn't accept a tip. Definitely won my business over. (Zoey's Farm 🚜)

They always have the hard to find items. Tractor supply always gets a 5 star from me. Hassle free shopping. Essentials for the farm or yard. Essentials for work clothing and automotive and trailer needs. Great place to help you get work done.

I have shopped at your store ever since it came to Lycoming Mall. A few months ago I noticed a sweet helpful clerk in your store. When entering the store I was always greeted with a smile and friendly greeting. I was appalled when I heard that even though she had a medical form stating that she could not wear a mask the manager called the police on her. Is this really how you treat an employee that any company would be proud to have working for them? I checked my financial records and spend as over $2000 in your store this year. I do not support this harassment of employees and I can get the supplies for my business at other stores. In the past I have chosen your store please do the right thing by this young lady.

I felt rude customer service. They weren't green yet. Employees were not wearing face coverings. There was no sigh stating to wear a face covering. We had a question about a couple things they didn't seem to care. I really don't care if I ever have yo go back there. I'm only visiting family

Very poor customer service. Three people were standing around the cashier register chatting and couldn't be bothered to say hello or welcome to the store. Shelves were half filled. When we asked for help, we were told no, don't have it. So, you don't have any chicken scratch? Any chance you could tell us when it's coming in? Won't be back to this Tractor Supply. During this time, can you really afford to lose customers due to bad customer service.

Poor selection, whole shelves empty, it’s worth the drive to Lowe’s instead. I haven’t been back in 8 months and it’s the shabbiest selection ever. Do us a favor and close so someone with stock can put a store here.

You might have to search for assistance, but once you find someone they will get you sorted out. Competitive pricing on a few big ticket items if you watch the sales flyers. UPDATE: Miserable experience today 11/16/20 (per Google, about 1 year after my formerly positive review), will shop Milton location from now on, would encourage you to do the same.

Nice store, I think it's a shame they don't offer a discount for seniors. I bought a dog bed out of a 12.99 bin that was 24.00. They need to mark things better.

We were looking for one item, a tow bar pin. The service person we talked to said, " I'm not 100% sure we carry that, I don't know where it would be and I don't know who to ask?". I think this person needs to know who his supervisor is, and get some more on the job training. Very poor representative of the company. First time we have had problems at this store.

We have had several different occasions where we needed our propane filled. Not only was it us, but a few other people we work with needed theirs filled. The last 4 times we have gone to the store there hasn’t been anyone there “certified” to fill it. First they told us no one can do it after 530pm so today it’s 1030 am... still no one to fill propane. The manager told us we were out of luck. This place is a disgrace as far as customer service and providing the products you advertise. We will find somewhere else to fill our propane because this is just poor business.

A few months ago we went to the one in Muncy to purchase two 10x10 dog kennels. We drove from Williamsport with the attached trailor. After arriving we were told that work was being done in the yard and we could not buy. I talked with the manager, who was very rude and unprofessional, that we should have know there outside yard was closed. What?? How stupid of her. She finally said ok if we could get back to the rear entrance which was completely open and no problem. She then had a lady bring us two out on a lift that were badly damaged and said here you go,even though they had nice undamaged ones visible to my wife and me. Long story short I got my money back and will now only go there when only absolutely necessary. By the way I would think a $650 sale is a big deal. On way home we were able to purchase the same at Lowes at same cost and they were very happy to help us out.

Terrible service, couldn't find product I paid for..half an hour ordeal and left empty handed. Poor chicks had FILTHY living quarters...Watar was full of shavings. Milton store much cleaner and much better employees. Will NEVER visit the Muncy store again!

I like tsc in general just not the muncy Pennsylvania store. The people that work there are rude and unhelpful. No one ever has time to help you or answer questions. We recently bought 4 turkeys there, by the next morning 3 were dead. When we called the manager and explained what happened we were asked ,"well what do you want me to do about it? Its not my problem." After calling the corporate office we got a call back from the manager who told us they would replace the 3 but would have to buy another one to keep it at 4. So now its loose my money or spend more on a fifth turkey i didnt want. Worse store ive ever been in. I'll be shopping at Norms Farm Store in turbotville from now on. 100 lb. bags of feed for the price you pay for a 20 lb. bag at TSC... You just lost a loyal customer.

Better selection than most other TSCs in the area. What you can't find here, you can usually get at the Milton store just a few miles down the road, but I would check here first.

Tried to buy a cub cadet, zero radius turn, lawn mower last month after I studied the internet for a month on the sizes and structures of what I needed for acreages. None of the T.S. stores around me had what I wanted. They said they could order it for extra hundreds of dollars to their store only. Really? In the past I couldn't even buy tires for a C.C. Mower I bought from the chain.

They have just about anything you can think of from led light bulbs, to welding supplies, to rain boots. Prices are pretty much in line with competitors and sometimes better.
