Good Store, Some Great Employees. If you have a high maintenance animal, their discount program is well worth it. I, myself, am raising a bearded dragon and need supplies constantly. One of the only downfalls I've run into and only recently is that they are starting to put a limit on how many crickets can be purchased at one time. A month ago, I would go in and buy 100-200 crickets at a time, no issues, but now, I was told there is a limit of approx. 50 per day.ÿMy dragon eats 15 crickets at a time on any given feeding. But I will say, A deal is a deal. The tank in this picture was originally almost $300. With sale+discount=$109.39.

Visited with a new puppy that we just adopted. Store was very clean for the number of customer pets that were walking around the store. Staff there were very friendly and took the time to visit with our puppy(who doesn't love a puppy). We found what we needed but were also asked multiple times by staff if we had questions or of they could help with getting started with the new dog. Great store and great people.

Truly helpful and considerate. For a big named store it has a small town vibe. I do recommend taking a look for yourself.They helped find the "right" cat food and that can be confusing!

There was a king snake and milk snake in an ‘enclosure’ together. King snakes earned their name because they eat other snakes.. milk snakes are also very territorial. Ball pythons should also never be in the same tank…

Went in twice, first time we had our dog's nails trimmed and buffed and it was perfect! This recent time it was done more then twice as fast, when we got the pooch back the nails were all jagged, you can tell they weren't buffed at all. It's disappointing because our first time was a great experience. Our pup wasn't exactly cooperative this time either, but if it wasn't doable then someone should of just said so and we would of brought her back. Being charged for something you didn't get isn't right.The staff is extremely friendly and polite as well. The girl doing her nails wasn't having a good day I guess so we wasted a few bucks. Just check your dog's nails before you leave.

I came in for a dewormer for my kitten. I had purchased another one elsewhere that wasn't the right kind and didn't know much about it and had asked for help and the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for my kitten. I've come to this Petco for years even had my dog registered there for grooming before she passed.

Usually I don't have any issues, but trying to get around all the pallets of food is annoying. They're sitting everywhere and it's hard to maneuver or get what you want.

I love this petco! The staff are amazing and so so friendly! I buy my fish from here all the time and i have no problem with sicknesses or keeping them alive. I also got a few rats, and a chinchilla from this pet store and they are always healthy and lively. I love watching the grooming station and the staff seem very friendly with the animals aswell!

I went to the Williamsport store in search of a few freshwater fish. The gentleman who helped was was insanely knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious that he held passion for his job. The checkout girl was also very helpful. I will absolutely return!

I'm giving 4 stars because their selection of pets, accessories and service is top notch.... With that being said, some of the animals are in rough shape as far as habitats and safety, mainly the hermit crabs... Limbs scattered throughout, no bowls to soak, no room to burrow... Just not cool... other than that great place to go for pet stuff 🙂

This is disgusting, I went to the Petco in Muncy and saw that they put 3 female fancy bear hamsters all together in one enclosure, first of all that breed of hamster shouldn't be together AT ALL, they were covered in bites from fighting because guess what, THEY AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE TOGETHER, not to mention the one hamster she was huge, for all anyone wanting to hamster please go somewhere else besides here , they obviously don't know how to take care of their hamsters.

It is not that the store is bad, their corporate is bad. For 2 years now they have 3 vital care and rewards accounts in my name and I have called corporate multiple times in those 3 years where they told me they took them out of the system but then I go to the store and check out and the accounts are still there. The workers in the store seem to want to do little about it because I have asked them to call and help get the accounts deleted and they give an excuse about why they can't or won't.
