WOW!We have Roadtripped every continental state in USA, and this is one of very few Welcome Centres we have entered and gone wow!This stop is very well maintained, organized, and decorated. Personnel are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.The bathrooms were spacious and clean.There are sitting areas and maps/mini museum type areas!Also a TV with road condition and news updates.

In daytime, this is a great rest area with free wifi and I can absolutely appreciate that overnight parking is permitted here. That said, it's down from the highway into the lot so you have trucks using their engine brakes. That makes it super loud and you will not get a good night's sleep here.Restrooms are clean and definitely check out the Miner's Monument that commemorates an event that took place 460 feet below where you're standing.

Nice place...very nice. Overall the whole building was very clean. Clean restrooms, lots of seats inside and outside to sit down and rest. Very pleasant staying

Not a bad little rest stop, plenty of parking. But noth sides has a section closed and then the bathrooms themselves were pretty small. Hand soap smelled like a combo between gas and dial soap. I would stop again bc it gets the job done.

A very nice, clean rest stop with good bathrooms, vending machines and a staffed visitors center. Lots of displays showing Pennsylvania spots of interest including a small antique glass display from a local museum. Such a great idea!

Cute lovely welcome center. Very well organized, super clean, fast WiFi. This place gives true PA vibes with little bit of history here and there in the Welcome center. Truly artistic in nature, well designed welcome center.

This is a very clean and maintained welcome center, bathrooms were clean and fully stocked, there’s a nice vending area as well as picnicking shelters. Theres a small history center on Pennsylvanias historical coal mining mills and workers. There’s a nice pet area to the left. But unfortunately there were two people who took there pets to poop on the opposite side and didn’t clean it up. :(

Nice rest stop with coffee and snack machines. Took a quick nap under a tree on my sleeping bag. Busy clean and comfortable.

We always make a point to stop here! Our 18-month old was in desperate need of a leg-stretch and the welcome center didn't disappoint. Some displays were at eye level for him and they even had coloring books for littles (along with thousands of brochures to browse, of course). Very clean and phenomenal, friendly staff.

- places was clean and organized.- staff were mostly friendly.- restrooms were pretty clean, the stall locks a weak and open easy so be careful with that.- had a little shop, vending machines, and some little history items.- overall not a bad place to stop stretch your legs and all.

Historic place and fascinating story of the lost miners it honors. Great museum with interesting tools from the miners of the past. Rest stop is very clean always.

This is an awesome place! Great information, their new information room looks good (even some nice art), is exceptionally well-organized, well-stocked, and the lady there friendly and helpful.Got great info about places I never knew of and am more likely to go to them, now!

Clean area and restrooms. Picnic areas, coal miners info inside and outside. Gift shop, vending machines. Also not a lot of road noise if using picnic areas.

My family found this iphone at the place, sadly it was closed so we couldn't put it in the lost in found, were planning to drop it off at an apple store, if you know the owner or are the owner reply to this and we'll figure a way to get it back to you.

Nice, clean facility. Lots of information and a small museum area. Has a family restroom. Wi-Fi is provided for free, but only for 30 minutes every 24 hours.

Nice stop to stretch legs, sit down, eat some thing on one of their benches. Restrooms are pretty clean and the best part, they have paper towels to dry your hands.

Gorgeous, beautiful and amazing place to wander around and look! Stunning views, beautiful sunsets and sunrises! I love the inside of the Welcome Center. Places to sit and enjoy your coffee, read the paper, and enjoy the view all at the same time! Wish there were more places like this!
