**Update**Was called by the owner when the parts arrived. FedEx lost them. Lycoming Lawn and Garden offered a full refund on the shipping. They are the fee when it wasn’t even their fault.I went in to pick them up and dealt with a completely different person, very helpful and professional but down to earth. Completely different experience.They’ve changed my mind, good place!8/9/18Went in to order two simple current Stihl chainsaw parts. I even provided the part numbers. Guy at the parts desk seemed annoyed to have to help me. I was the only customer in the store.I was told the parts would normally take about 1-2 weeks to get but I could have them in a week or less if I paid to have them expedited, which I did (an additional $10).He said he’d call when they arrived.8/16 Officially a week now since. No call. I called and the guy said he’d check into it and call back. Never called back.8/20 I called again day and the guy tells me the parts still aren’t in, in fact the were just sent out and haven’t arrived yet. I asked for my expedited fee to be refunded, he literally laughed and said there’s nothing he could do.

Great company great service quality workmanship what impressed me most is all their certifications/training they have. Good prices too. They treated me well and I've purchased several times from them and they repair all my power equipment and zeroturn mower

Have purchased so many items from Gary always a pleasure to work with. Four weed eaters four blowers three chain saws one very big zero turn . Before ask I have adult children i believe if you buy high quality and take care of it it will take care of you for many years. Stopped in 8/5/19 about 9:45 to get a power takeoff switch. I had the old switch in my hand. Went up to the guy at the counter no customer in the store that I could see, asked him if I could get a new switch. He asked if I had numbers. I said I had the old switch with me and it had the numbers on it. He said, "Nope," and stared at me. I said "alright I'll buy it on amazon" and started to leave the store at which point he replied hope you get the right amps. I went home ordered it on Amazon one day shipping should be here tomorrow. I won't make this mistake again.

The fat guy behind the counter was very rude. I came in to rent a U-Haul trailer and when I told him what I wanted he just stared at me and said you're late. He then walked away and told me the U-Haul guy was washing his hands. You need to find somebody with some customer service ability to work in this store behind the counter. That guy should not be dealing with customers.

The staff are very knowledgeable in their product and materials plus parts. If they have to order an item you will usually have it in a couple of days. Prices are reasonable.

Hands down the worst experience with a company who repairs tractors. If you need a part expect to wait a month for your tractor back and don't think for one minute that they will ever call you with an update you will have better luck watching a YouTube video and fixing it yourself.
