Staff are kind and offer help finding and reaching items. I felt very much like my business was both welcomed and enjoyed. Certainly a great little store for those looking for the environment that is reminiscent of a small shop in a cozy neighborhood, where your experience is both personalized and relaxed.

Wish DG carried some fresh food, that's why only 3 stars. People who work at the Lakeville store are always great tho!!! UPDATE a few months later, adding a star... Staff is always friendly and helpful. Denise the manager always great attitude. Store is clean. Well lit. My only complaint is that I cannot get a bag salad, that would definitely make this 5 stars instead.

Montoursville, PA DG is very nice. Well stocked, and staff is friendly and helpful. I think it very tight in there because of the amount of product and the lay out. If claustrophobic, I wouldn't want to be in there. Not all DGs are created equal. This one is one of favorites.

I bought all there dark chocolate. I told the lady I really their dark chocolate. But she wasn't very friendly, unlike the other people used to work there

I shall be woebegone at the redundancy and unpredictability of dollar general. They do not seem to know what holidays are which months. I think they need a calendar. I propose a petition to buy dollar general a calendar. Come on everyone. We can do this.

Dollar General by Lowe's in Montoursville: I will never go back to this srore. Very unorganized, dirty, and poor service. Most Dollar General stores I woul give 4 stars. This is hardly a 1

This is a good store for holiday decorations or to just pick up a few things. The cashier's are usually busy but are friendly.
