Our regular neighborhood gas station at the junction of Church and Trindle Roads in Mechanicsburg. In addition to gas, they have a good selection of fast food and an indoor place to consume it. They also stock a limited selection of beer, sodas, etc. Good for a quick lunch and is popular with construction, landscaping and other passers-by. Always busy!

Stoped in this evening around 1200 they are at least 5 orders behind and making breakfast sandwiches on massive trays instead of working on current customer orders. Not sure why you ignore all the people standing here waiting on food placed my order at 1221 according to receipt posting this at 1244 and have yet to see anyone leave with food.

I went to Rutter’s tonight to get some air and grab a sandwich. Olivia is not only detail oriented with delivery, but her safety measures to decrease cross-contamination are also priceless.Her future endeavors will allow her to execute her goal of becoming a Radiology Technician.Praying, her skill set will allow her to scale greater heights.The overall store is always friendly and they all should receive a raise and an appreciation to get something for remaining loyal.Again, Olivia and the team at Rutter’s.

I like to accumulate gas points with thr purchase of snacks, tea and occasionally alcohol, never had problems before this week. Went in to buy snacks and a wine slushy, was told that I couldn't buy wine after 11pm which was news to me. Went back next day about 7pm and asked again, I distinctly said Wine Slushy but was given this God awful off pink thing that tasted of syrup and grain alcohol...terrible!

So, I was going to give 1 star. But after a 29min wait for 6 sliders I left and the very flustered young girl who was in a panic about my order getting missed had left a note in my bag apologizing and did an excellent job making my food. All other aspects of this store are terrible. The layout is annoying and doesn't make it easy to get anywhere, there are always issues with the registers that make the checkout slow, and if you have the misfortune of dropping by for a quick bite at the wrong time you'll wait longer than stopping and grabbing food and a beer down the street. Save yourself and go to another location for anything other than fuel.

Late night service is very slow. Employees do not seem to be able to handle several customers at one time. It took 15min just to get simple heated tornados with only 3 other customers around. Far from quick or hospitable service. On top of it all, the food was cold. Thumbs down

I like this place because of the convenience. But the service is iffy. Usually one person working and everyone else standing around. My pizza wasn't cooked all the way. The chicken is good but sometimes burnt.

This place shorted me on over $7 worth of food. I stopped there on my way back from Walmart to grab tacos and they charged me for my requested guacamole and sour cream, but didn't provide it. They also charged me for the jalapeno bites I requested, and also didn't provide them. It was a 20 minute drive back to my place. I'm never going there again. 0/5 rating.

Morning and mid-afternoon crew here is always pleasant and quick to open up another register when things get backed up. This location gets hammered in the morning and around lunch time being a central and easily accessible location on the west end of Mechanicsburg. Food orders have always been spot on and their drink selection is pretty good as well.

Slow is an understatement for food prep. One person working food prep and the other person literally just standing back there not doing anything. Toon 20 mins to make a quesadilla and they made the fried appetizer right away...so instead of putting the app under a hot lamp, it’s just sitting on the counter for 15 mins. One of the cashiers is just standing behind the register eating and drinking. Terribly run establishment. The kid who made my food was working his butt off so I’m giving it two stars just for him. Will probably not return and I’ll stick with sheetz instead...at least they have their act together.

I've been goin to this Rutter's since it opened up in the fall of 2013. Got off to a rough start but it's by far the best Rutter's I've been to yet. It's also two blocks from my house so I can just walk there whenever I want. The take out and selection is wonderful. Fresh and cooked all the way. The store is very clean, tidy and organized. But above all...there staff...so friendly. Like me, there are a lot of people workin there in there 20s and teens. The guys and girls are always polite and crackin jokes and havin fun with each other and the customers. I go here a few times a week and I ALWAYS see people restocking and replenishing supplies, beverage machines, and the grab-n-go sandwhiches. This place is a well oiled machine run by wonderful people. I've been to Rutter's in York, Harrisburg, Dallastown, Red Lion, Etters, and Carlisle. And this is my favorite. Keep it up guys and thank you for your continued impressive products and customer service...I'm also a coffee enthusiast. I've had Turkey Hill, Sheetz, Exxon, and Giant. Of course I love brewing my own, but I gotta say Rutter's coffee is outstanding. Always bold (with a couple light brews) and always hot-n-fresh.

Not bad. Bananas are only 2 for a buck. Their green tea is cheaper than Turkey Hill's, has less sugar, and doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup.

Well it’s always open. Long wait for MTO food but they do have a very wide selection that you can’t find at similar establishments. Coffee is subpar. Prices are also higher than Sheetz and Turkey Hill for food.

The food takes forever and the food prep area is always messy and littered with garbage. Sheetz is faster, cleaner, cheaper and has better food. The convince of this store isn't worth it.

This place is horrible! I went to order food and I get told by the staff I have to wait because its the end of shift when did a 24 hour operation refuse to make someone food because its the end of shift? That is just totally being lazy. Then they want to tell you to bad take your business to sheetz if you don't like it totally unacceptable. You know what I will take my business to sheetz

Good for coffee or a fast food meal. Convenient location. Rewards program not easy to follow. Parking close to store is very limited for SUV's and trucks.

I am a regular customer here. Everything is always fresh, the store is always clean. The employees are very friendly and are quick to remember names and individual preferences. They always have everything in stock as well.

Absolutely the cleanest and well stocked Rutters I have ever seen. Very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing.
