The gentleman who I believes runs the pharmacy, has gone above to help me get the best price, and get my prescription figured out. I appreciate them! Store is always clean and put together

I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes today waiting on pain medication. I sat and watched the pharmacist look at me… then look down. And again. And again. He didn’t walk over to help or acknowledge me. He just stood at the computer looking at me every now and then.Eventually the person behind me honked, so I left. Good luck fella.I’m transferring all my meds ASAP. This place has steadily declined over the past 2 years; no staff, extremely variable hours of operation, extremely rude staff when there is staff… it’s ridiculous.

My wife and I made flu shot appointments and waited 20 minutes in line to sign in. When signing in we were rudely told that we would not be given the shots because it would take too long for the pharmacist in charge to administer them. We wasted 45 minutes driving in, waiting and going home. This is a rude pharmacy with poor service. Go to a different pharmacy that is competent and client-focused.

Aside from the pharmacy techs being extremely rude and unprofessional, they also can’t keep their store hours straight. Every single tech has an attitude problem except the one older gentleman that’s almost never there. They’re also too lazy to update their audio message so it loops you over and over instead of telling you they’re now closed on Mondays. I will NOT be using this pharmacy again.

The pharmacy isHORRIBLE!! The Pharmacist is rude and mean. They don't fill your prescriptions when they are supposed too.. I called to complain and the Rite aid manager at the time Michelle stood there and allowed it all to happen. She wouldn't call the real manager Paul to help. I got it all on video. You lost my business and will be reporting all this to corporate. So sad. I went to CVS and they were amazing and fast! The Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and nice and caring.

I’ve been a long time customer at this rite aid. I’m considering transferring my prescriptions to another chain because the service has declined sharply. The gentleman who’s up front is never friendly and is at times downright rude. The pharmacy has declined as well. Moving at a snails pace and often very rude. They don’t greet you or tell you they will be right with you. This has been going on quite a while and I don’t feel my business is wanted or respected. I used to be in the store 3-4 times a week, now I only come if I need to pick up a prescription and usually go through the drive thru, which could use some training as well.I feel bad about leaving but don’t want to feel bad every time I leave the drugstore.

The pharmacy has a very bad problem answering their phones. So I went to their pharmacy. So I went to the pharmacy they said they sent out for my medication and I’ll be ready tomorrow well tomorrow came. So I went back to the pharmacy and they said they have the medication but they did not take it out of the box and it’s processing and I’ll be ready again tomorrow well it’s been a week later. So I try calling now repeatedly when somebody picked up the phone they hung up. It’s not the man behindOr woman. That wears the white jackets it’s the ones that are wearing the blue jackets that have the biggest problem of taking care of people they don’t like doing their job. So now I want to transfer all my medication to CVS. They are the worst don’t fill your medicine there cause you might Never get them. And I’ll be too late because you’ll never get your prescription One time

They took my prescription and billed my insurance then randomly closed without actually filling the prescription forcing me to pay cash for it at another rite aid if I want to get it today.Not only that, they actually texted me that it was ready so I took a 30min detour from work to come get it only to be told after I arrive that the pharmacy is closed and it can’t be transferred.I’m so done with this company playing bureaucratic keep-away with peoples medications like the letter of their “policies” are more important than our health.Shame on you.

Switched to this pharmacy because it was close to our home. However, I neither enjoyed my interactions with the pharmacist over the phone or in person. Would be understandable if I were dealing with the same person. The problem is of the 3 people I encountered 2 were not remotely friendly. Deborah was friendly and welcoming I appreciate that.New Post: I had to go back 7 months after the above post. While I will not change the rating above or the words. Today's rating is a one. THE WORST EXPERIENCE.. I will be writing the corporate office to express my concerns. Disgusting people work there. I thought it was because I was young and black (still could be) but after reading these comments it seems to be their business practice to be short, Rude and unwelcoming. Close the pharmacy and start fresh.

This pharmacists seem to be bothered when asked to do their jobs. Even calling there seems to be too much to ask. I just waited on hold for several moments and when someone picked up the phone instead of a 'Hello, thank you for waiting,' I got a ' Name and birthday?' in a dry unfriendly voice.The last time I went into the pharmacy the Pharmacist was listening to very political talk radio on an iPad.I've never experienced such unfriendly, unprofessional service in my life.

While the store is nice just like every other Rite Aid the pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. I get the same script filled every two weeks. One month ago I was told it wouldn't be ready till the next day, and that is fine with me. After three days I have to go into the store and wait ten minutes for them to find the paper script that I had dropped off! Not one person bothered to fill it for four days total! I should have known better but I went back again thinking that level of unprofessionalism was a once and done. Nope! I get a call saying it will be two days until it can be filled. Then on that day I get a text saying they don't have the meds and it will be ordered for Monday night. Now it is nearly a week late getting my script! When a medication is medically necessary not one person should have to wait nearly a week for a prescription because the pharmacy simply doesn't care.

Terrible pharmacy. I went there for several years, and it consistently takes them at least 3-5 days to fill common prescriptions. Then when I went to pick them up they would say, sorry we don't have it, come back tomorrow. I ended up having to make 2-3 trips to get each prescription. The last time this happened, the employee told me, "Well that's just how it goes." Also they "couldn't find" my prescriptions multiple times. I actually had to bring it with me and show them the old bottle so they could find the new one. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. My experience with the Giant pharmacy has been much better.

The pharmacy here is unfriendly and unprofessional. You stand in line and no one greets you or tells you they will be with you in a minute. I stood in line for 10 minutes while someone kept filling scripts at the drive thru. A woman who was at the front saw me waiting and said nothing. I was about to leave when a guy from the back came out and helped me. The entire time the woman at the front was laughing and making unprofessional comments. I would never go back if I didn't need to fill scripts. Guessing I'll just do drive thru from now on.

I was disabled by a severe knee injury. I pulled up to the pharmacy window, because getting in and out of my car on my right leg was agony. I asked the pharmacist Tenner(spelling?) if he would bring two over the counter products to the drive thru and he did immediately. The pain he saved me by not having to exit and then reenter my car was great. Thank you for your assistance. He is usually the one who fills my scripts as well and they are always on time

Only came in for immunization. That's my only experience with this location but was much more positive than the location on Carlisle Pike. Waited no longer than expected and staff was receptive cordial.

I switched to this pharmacy because the pharmacist at the CVS down the road apparently lacked the competence to properly enter my prescription coverage info time and time again. This pharmacy got it right the first try, and is always a breeze for me to deal with. Thank you for your help!

I love rite aid but some of the workers can be Karen's and nobody likes a Karen. The men are usually alot more polite than that one woman in there, but either way I love rite aid and I find alot of necessities here! So big daddy approves!
