Checked in to unload 0930 on Friday, December 15, 2023. it's now 0824 Saturday, December 16, 2023 I'm still here waiting to be unloaded. I have chicken meal, which they say they aren't ready for... my question is, if you're not ready for it, why order it, and put the driver in a position to lose money? This is ridiculous.

Had a 20:00 appointment to unload. Been here since 16:45 on 02/18/24, as of 21:30 still have not been assigned a door for unloading.Update on 02/18/24 23:51 hours, still waiting on a door assignment. Was supposed to unload at 20:00 hours. I'm supposed to be 75 miles away for my next load at midnight. Currently, no ETA for a dock.

I usually don’t agree with reviews because most people write reviews when they only get mistreated. But here, all reviews are happening on me now. DON’T YOU EVER COME HERE.My appointment is on 03/04 at 23:45, And I checked 2 hours earlier and was told to park and wait a phone call. I was waiting all night and day. They gave me a dock on 03/05 around 16:00. I am forced to cancel today’s load, and I don’t know my schedule until. Don’t come here unless you want to do the 34-hour reset!!!

I donated TWENTY EIGHT HOURS to this facility... fortunately, it was a "had to have it Saturday" last-minute load, and we didn't have anything booked behind it. Seemed like they intentionally moved the rail cars to make it extremely difficult to get in the bulk unloading bay, and the Dodge pickup seemed strategically parked as well.. since they pulled the rail cars back to the exact position they were in before I was told to pull in the bay, after I was in there... ya.. AND EVERYTHING all the others have said.. we took this load to more or less help another carrier, and I can find no reason to service this facility in the future. The timing also made it necessary to "bend" things and not blow up a 34-hour restart because it absolutely fell just past the point of no return. Just say no!

According to everyone reviews here was pretty concerned, but it was pretty lucky for us I guess, our appointment was 8pm and got unloaded before appointment time.

I arrived on Sunday, on Monday 22:00 I was not yet unloaded. This is the most anthemic company in my entire career. Why do you keep drivers, why do you order loads. We lose time and money for the interests of others. There needs to be a state inspection to fine these pokemons.

This is my 2nd time coming here and once again they put the trailers too close to each other to raise the landing gear. The yard drivers and rude and don’t want to help fix a problem they caused. Last time I spent 40 minutes waiting for a yard driver to come pull my trailer out and he still gave me an attitude about it.

Professional staff. Real helpful. My only issue is the lot is very tight when dropping a trailer...Update they have upgraded and widening lots on the back rows to drop trailers

Despite the bad reviews I was actually in and out of there in less than 2 hrs. Guard was respectful as well as the lady in shipping.

Half the time, a driver will be told to come to 6373 for a load when in fact it's at 6345. The driver won't know until he touches down. Oh, and if a driver is told that the load is drop-&-hook, that's a gamble in itself.

I was in this company once and never again for any money. Self-esteem has no price. I've been driving for over twenty years and I've never experienced this. Arrogance, rudeness and humiliating drivers as if they are not human is disgusting. You come to unload and you get an answer...we can't unload you today, come tomorrow...maybe your turn will be in the morning or maybe in the evening. At that moment, there were four trucks waiting for us. Two arrived for unloading as scheduled the day before, the third at 4.00am that day and I arrived at 9.30am. I got a reply come tomorrow morning...we will unload when we unload. CDL drivers are treated like they are not human....maybe we are slaves?

Before i got here i red a lot of bad reviews and got kinda mad thinking of my wasting time when i get there. My appointment was next day from 06.00 to 22.00 but i got here 11 o clock the same day and guess what the guy by name Mike got me unloaded in 15 minutes and leted me go. Thanks for great service. Very good experience.

Trailer yard is a mess. None of the aisles are open-ended. So if you are looking for a spot to drop and don't find one, you'll have to make a very tight u-turn to get back out of the aisle (I took every inch of space and still couldn't get turned around without backing up the tractor in the middle of the u-turn... next time I might just drop the dang thing along the aisle and let them handle it)And as other reviewers have commented, the trailers are all too close together. A suprisingly friendly yard dog had to pull my loaded trailer out for me... and because the trailers are so close together, squeezing a trailer into one of these spots for a drop won't be pleasant... note: other trucks will be trying to drop/hook too, giving you even less space to moveIf the trailer yard didn't suck so bad this would be a 5 star drop/hook - I would have been in and out in 15 minutes.

02.25.2021 I came to live pick up broker rushed me and I came to pick up 2:50pm and I'm still waiting 8:20pm they still loading my apartment to the delivery 6pm to 157 miles to Cranbury NJ Petco my load got let for tomorrow now because of this people. Shame on this place they are to slow 🐌 live load supposto be faster then any other load.

I was very worried about all these reviews and didn't even book the next load to have enough time for this delivery. But despite all the reviews we had a very positive experience. Driver arrived yesterday at around 2 pm, waited for the dock for 15 minutes and was empty in 1 hour. Not sure, maybe we hauled some product that they needed or they were not behind with the receiving, but still much appreciated! Thank you team!

Had a delivery appointment @1800-2000. Truck checked in on time and was told to park for a door assignment. It has been 20 hours so far, and counting. The reason given is the facility does not have space to receive the product so they need to manufacture some pet food using the existing inventory to make room to receive new shipments. I do not recommend this place unless you need to reset your clock with 34 hours off-duty or in the sleeper.

They took me 2 hours before my appt time. Unloaded me and I was in the sleeper 30 mins later.They do have overnight parking and they take you as the product is needed so blame your dispatcher, not the receiver. I'll deliver a load here anytime! If you're not happy with your company/dispatcher, come over toIssa logistics LLC. Out of Romulus, Michigan and find out what real dispatchers are like.

I read the reviews and was a bit worried about the wait time for unloading a truck load, but I checked in for my 3 pm app on a Sunday and by 4:17 pm I was closing my doors and leaving the facility. The lady in the receiving office was nice so can’t complain! In and out, great facility!

William (security) & Kim (shipping) were polite and professional. The yard had lots of maneuver room and was clean inside and out. Drivers must wear Hi-visible gear and a helmet.

After 10 hrs got a dock once I told em I can't do this and was taking the load back. Now let's see how long unloading takes. Avoid or stop letting these shipper/receiver take advantage of you. Just lose the money and let the broker lose a customer as well. Remember it's your truck and no one can tell you what to do with it. Carriers provide a service not Entitlement to truck.
