Bought a 562 Husky chain saw, was a lemon, took it back they replaced it with a new 572 XP for no additional cost to me Beth, Brandy, and Greg were just absolutely awesome !! Will be my #1 farm store from here on out !!

This is basically a smaller version of a Tractor Supply that had a respectable pet supply section. The employees greeted us kindly.

yay they have my dog food! I have really picky puppies and they love their nutri source dog food and glad to find a local supplier that has this for me. Great news they can actually order in any variety of one that they stock.

I can not believe the insult this company shows veterans. If you are going to offer a discount to veterans then do so, year round. I was told they offer it only on Memorial Day (10%). I wanted to purchase a trailer, then find out they offered the (10% off) for everyone, a week early. The company will again return the price back to full price. They then will try to make themselves look good by offering veterans the discount. Personally, a veteran, feel like this is a slap in the face.

Took my Australian Shepherd to be groomed. Had some serious hair issues so he was shaved. Came out looking very handsome. My dog had no problems with the groomer and it only cost me $50 for a 2 hour grooming session. Bath, brushing, shaving, nails, etc. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

I called ahead looking for a specific item and asked if they carried it. The lady I spoke with knew right away what I was talking about and knew that they carried the item without having to go and check or look it up in their system. Apon arriving to make my purchase I had difficulty finding thw item and asked an associate where it might be located (the same associate that I had spoken with on the phone) and was cheerfully taken right to it by her. Very polite and friendly and the store had a nice atmosphere. I will keep shopping here if I need to buy certain items.

Was in the gun section, just looking. But was there for at least a half hour and nobody came by or asked if we needed help with anything. I still give it 4 because they were pretty busy and there is an option to ring for service if we decided to actually purchase anything. Though there was a lady that I do believe pushed the button for service, but nobody came to help her by the time we left.

Fantastic service!!! The people are great, and the prices are right. Never had so much fun shopping before. Glad they introduced their own line of dog food, the one manager really knows her stuff. Highly recommend pet owners to stop in, they may learn a thing or two from her. The store is clean, neat, priced and the crew genuinely wants to help. My new favorite store

This was my first visit to the store. I was greeted when I entered the store and as I was browsing was asked if I needed help finding anything. The shelves were full of product, including the sale items. I didn't see any aisles cluttered with product and the store was very clean. I will be returning to the store, even just to do more browsing because I was on my way to work and didn't have time to look at all the types of items they stock. Friendly employees, reasonable prices. My only negative comment is that I was asked if I had a rewards card and when I said "No" the cashier didn't offer one to me.

Everyone at the store is very helpful! They always have the parts and tools I need for my hobby farm and home goods from stovepipe to trailer bearings no need to order and wait for it to arrive! Trisha has customer service skills and attributes like no other! I’ve yet to raise a question she couldn’t answer and she’s always willing to go the extra mile! I haven’t felt more comfortable anywhere else knowing no matter the circumstances or needs that I’ll be taken care of and get good information to get me going! I won’t take my business anywhere but This store!

I love this store, its better then Tractor Supply by far! The prices are good, and the customer service is great and vary friendly to an helpful, but I have been waiting since end of January to a Taurus 9mm green/teal G2C. From my hubby as a birthday gift. He got a rain check to luck in the sale price on February, 11. an now we are in march an still no gun.. :( I'm about to give up on getting the Taurus at this point. I'm vary disappointed that it has not come in, its been well over a mouth. I hope whatever is going on the gun shipments can be fixed, so other people don't have to wait as long as we have and still waiting.

Expensive, some prices are not bad, but for a woman's coat to expensive, $80 is a tad bit to much for a lousy coat. But a lot of other products reasonable prices I guess. Only bought a pop lol. Nice store probably will go back when I have a lot of money.
