This store employees are horrible ! They accuse people stealing on how they exist the store which is crazy . They accuse me of stealing in this store which my purse is more then there outfit on there body. They don't review cameras before calling n making such a accusation. The embarrassment I went throu over these people cause they don't know how to do there fuking job right . They r down right ignorant people I have ever meant. I will make sure these people will be getting introuble for making a false report ! People like this can ruin people fuking job n they think it's funny which I don't. How they act in this store n treat there customers is sooo unbelievable idk where dollar general get there employees but looks like they need some serious training !! Can't wait to get ahold of hr. In corporate!

Not a day goes by where I don't have to maneuver around pallets of merchandise and other (needs to be stocked) items they leave in the walkways. Most others are a mess too but this one is horrible. For two weeks straight I saw the same exact pallets in my way while walking through aisles: I don't think they put anything away anymore. Most, if not all other Dollar Generals, have African American hair products and this store does not. This place used to be friendly not sure if it's just new people or the same agents getting tired of their jobs but they have become very rude and unprofessional especially with the choice music they play on their phones speaker while working. Now it's to the point I almost feel like I have to bag my own stuff depending on who's working. I'd rather drive to the one in White Oak, it's cleaner and the agents are more friendlier.

A big Dollar General. Very clean. A great selection of merchandise especially compared to the one I am used to shopping at. The girl who rang me was very sweet. All in all nice experience stopping in there to grab all my kids ( my dogs & cats) food.

Staff were busy having a conversation about other employees loudly while there was only one cashier with a line of customers. Stock carts and boxes left in multiple aisles making the isles impassable. Manager refused to honor a coupon loaded to DG app that didn't come off. I won't go there again!!!

Love the customer service here. The GM is great with the customer directly and understand that any and all responsibility for the staffing and their actions falls back on her, she shows this with the highest quality response to the customer and this take reflects through her staffing. Dollar General should be proud of the staff here and certainly the management that runs it.

It was 8:30 pm I pulled in I get out start walking to the door and a lady runs to the door and locks it I start to walk towards the door to ask if they just closed she pulled out her phone like she was calling someone I ask did you just close she says yes I say ok and walk away she says what do you need i said I need change she say change for what I said a twenty she says no I can't do that closes locks the door and stands there on the phone. It was just weird and uncomfortable and just strange.

I had the WORST experience at this store. They had a 5 off 30 coupon on gain and it wasn’t working long story short manager I think her name is spelled thia was very rude and made me feel embarrassed. Told me there’s nothing she can do and kept saying “you going to get this stuff or not” then proceeded to say “I got other customers to take care of” so what I’m not a customer?!! I also spent other money and spent a hour in the store for u to not take care of me!!! I just felt so embarrassed that is not how you manage at all you’re just teaching your associates to be rude to customers. This won’t end here I will make sure everyone knows how rude this store is and to not shop here. I can’t believe u would treat any customer this way. I been to other dollar generals and never had a problems and if I did I always got taken care of!! This is crazy I never experienced this and the way I’m feeling is unacceptable!!! If I could give no starts I would cuz one star is to many!!

The store is an absolute mess. It looks like a tornado went through and trashed the place. They are very very shorthanded and in dire need of devent management. I believe the manager checked us out and was on Bluetooth phone call the entire time.

When i shop here usually everone is very nice..the only issue i ever have is that you stand at the check out for a good bit before they see your there.and i had a issue witht he old lady manager thea a few times.one time i was going to get something cause it had a sign saying it was on sale then she rudley told me the sale is not until tm i asked why the signs are up then and she says so we dont have to put them up tm.um nope you shouldnt do that.so i then said i should get sale price since signs are up and there is no dates on the sign she just was like nope and arw you getting anything else. Shes a very nasty woman. I dont see how she still works there.i also seen her being very rude to her other coworkers many times..same on you dollar general for allowing her to be that way.yall have camera check them out youll see it.so i now wont go if she is there.everyone else is very nice that works there!

They need to clean up the store. It's always a mess. They also need to put some wd40 on the shopping cart wheels. I've been in other DG's and this has got to be the worst.

Can't answer the phone ever, I've called at least a dozen times, covid practices aren't being well followed, the entire store is a constant mess, there's no information about what policies they're following anywhere.

My favorite dollar store, especially the one in Little Boston and Lysle Blvd. In Mckeesport. They are always clean, well stocked, organized and the employees are helpful and friendly.

Go there at least 3-4 times a week. Go for one or two things and come out with twenty. But the employees are polite and helpful.

The people here so so helpful not always 100 percent knowledgeable but willing to give it a shot they will look up something if they don't know it i spend so much money here all the time it is a good place to go prices are right keeps me coming back
