I have been shopping at this store for many years. The staff recognizes me and is super friendly. Sometimes (pre-pandemic) I would just got there to chitchat… very helpful crew (especially in kitchen counters, windows/Susan) and many other workers whose name I didn’t catch.Thank you for all your help!😊🙏🏼🛠️ 🔧 🔩⚙️🗜️

The most popular Home Depot is at the junction of PA and NY. Even if you have not been here many times or it is the first time, the staff here are very enthusiastic to greet you and are very proactive in performing their work. Very impressive, the environment is very clean, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is also impressive. Generally speaking, I see that their employees are very happy to work in this place, which shows that they are very proud. This should be inseparable from an excellent corporate culture and excellent management. I've been here many times, but each time the experience is the same as the first time. I highly recommend everyone to shop at this store, you will feel like you are taken seriously. I believe this is not just my feeling. In the end, I gave it 5🌟 good reviews and it is worth recommending.

I went in to the store to shop for an exterior front door. The staff that handle that section were not present. They had, in fact, finished their shift. A gentleman, by the name of Phillip, sought out another employee to assist; after he helped another shopper. I didn't even ask him anything. He came up to me and asked what I needed. I looked through a catalog while he fetched another employee. A few minutes later, Phillip came back with Julian. Julian was very informative and gave me information about when the experts would be working. Julian went to the front desk and looked up schedules, and let me when the gurus were working. In addition, he gave me both their business cards. I want to thank both these gentlemen for going out of their way for me.

Went to purchase a dishwasher tonight. Catherine in that department was extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable. She knew we are getting a delivery on a refrigerator this Wednesday so she made sure the dishwasher matched the finish of the new refrigerator. Something I didn't even think about. She was a big help and I am extremely happy to have had her help us.Gone to several different Home Depots locations and have been disappointed with the employees not acknowledging to help or even a simple hello.

My first impression of this store was initially poor as we waited a while for out cabinets, counter tops and floors to be installed but the store manager Mat got involved and helped to speed up the process. He even helped to find us a new stove and microwave to add to our project. Now our kitchen is one to be admired, Thanks Home Depot!

I was here to get a few awesome supplies. I also needed to get a range light bulb. I had try that other Home Depots and Lowe's with but no luck. Here, an associate help me and it worked. I also need help finding some things and I had gotten great help. The Christmas presents and decorations look really nice. This was a very pleasant experience going to this Home Depot.

Nice Home Depot & friendly staff...the location seems hidden from everything else. You have to turn in by the Hampton Inn and follow the road a half a mile or so, but it doesn't seem to get too busy which is the nice part.

I went there to get plants and flowers for outside of my house. They had good selection from which to choose. My only complaint is they need to oil the wheels on their flatbed carts, so they don't make loud squeaky noises

Every time I go there I get exceptional service. Also: Duncan, the guy at the customer service counter is amazing. He’s always very professional and handles complicated situations very competently. I don’t know him but I’d vote him for president, because he can obviously handle anything.

My business partners and I "affectionately" refer to this place as the Triangle Shirt factory because they never have AC. I don't know how anyone can shop here, it's a sweltering mess. You would think Air Conditioning would be a thing in a home improvement store but it's not. I have accidentally purchased heat damaged parts from here but thankfully was able to get what I needed from either AutoZone or Walmart. 2 stars for the friendly staff, I don't know how they do it.Unfortunately I don't think the numbers below include 85 - 95, only 68 to 78"OSHA understands that a comfortable temperature for one person might be too hot or too cold for another. Because of this, they cannot designate one specific workplace temperature; however, OSHA does have some workplace temperature regulations, stating that employers set the thermostat between 68 and 78 degrees."

Pre order online and pick it up this is the best Home Depot in the world the selection is bigger than any other and always stocked and there's plenty of staff to always help I was in and out and no time with my order then I placed online for pickup

Really bad customer service.Went to the store on July 2nd, around 2 pm, a girl at the customer service was totally sick with virus, why come to work to spread it?She spent some time googling a product i requested in totally wrong dimensions, and could not get it right... Ok, may be she was sick. Though she said she had no idea how to look up this product on the computer, and called a specialist over the phone to come help me. Oh well, in the next 15 minutes that person didnt show up.

One gentleman who worked in lumber was the BEST. HE helped us even though others, who were ALL younger,,, passed us by before coming to our aid to help with purchases. He even came over to where chains are sold by the foot to wait on us. He is an outstanding employee!!!. We spent over $300 . Wish I had his name but he did fill out the chain price n signed his name. This was at about 10 AM. Wish I could give him a raise!!

Daughter went to meet delivery serviceman outside. Asked him to push the one thousand pound plus goods 10-15 extra feet so it would be on the porch instead of the middle of the driveway. According to my daughter, he said "I'm just going to put it right here" and dumped it in the middle of our driveway.My son, daughter, and I immediately spent twenty minutes of manual labor moving a thousand pounds (or more) of home goods out of the driveway, as snow was less than two hours away. All this could have been avoided with 20 seconds of extra effort by the deliveryman who had a hand truck.I call Home Depot and asked if they use subcontractors to deliver, or their own employees. Get told they use their own employees. I explain the situation; they ask me if I paid extra for their "delivery service to move the supplies" by the dictionary definition of a Karen. I am galled - I didn't realize I needed to pay extra money to get my products put on my porch instead of dumped in my driveway. Tell them I'd rather pay slightly more to Lowes than pay slightly less for lazy and rude service.2/5, only because they delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

This Home Depot is a little bit hard to find, and can get crowded during peak hours. But the staff is friendly, and they carry items that you can't get from the Lowe's down the road.

Excellent Home Depot. Most of the time. They have a great and professional staff. However sometimes you get someone who doesn't want to work there and it shows. Stay away from those people. The rest of the staff is great. Very helpful. Answers questions. Gives good advice. And is all around helpful. On my most recent trip I see that they hired more helpful and better staff. That's a good thing.
