My online delivery shopping order was 40% covered in milk. One of the milks was greatly leaking and was inside some bags and on bags and on products which ruined them. Milk was leaking in my driveway and on my front porch. I had to wash down the driveway and porch. The bottle of dish detergent cap was broken off and a third of the dish detergent was leaked into the bag and leaked out onto my kitchen floor.Customer service for online said they would replace the ruined items and do another delivery same day later. No apology was offered at that time. As I continued to go through my order, about half my order was missing. I then made a third call to the store and explained. They found a tote there with all of my missing items. Said they would be sent with the items to be replaced.Later, the delivery came and I started looking through the items and found a smaller size of chicken nuggets was given than originally purchased and ruined by the milk. The cheese slices were the wrong ones, and turkey meat was missing! I could not believe it! I then called the store yet again for the 4th time, they offered to come again the next day but I said no as I was not hopeful at this point that the order would be correct. I asked to be credited for the items. They agreed.In all of my years shopping, I have never seen anything like this! Four times to call the store with issues with my order and hours wasted on this today and cleaning up from the mess. I can never shop from this store ever again as I had issues with a previous online delivery order in the summer but it was not near this bad. The online dept offered me nothing to compensate for this mess and no apology until I spoke with a different employee on the third time calling. I have zero confidence in this store, I didn’t pay to have this mess and to clean up outside and inside my house, to have to call the store 4 times, to then have wrong items and missing items still after all of that. I was shopping online for the convenience and time saved but I did not receive that. How can one store mess up so much on one customer so many times in one day?!

Grand opening occurred I attached photos of the design. I like the upcoming wine and liquor section and the convenient location of the restrooms and coffee machine at the front of the store. The grab and go section is strategically located as well at the front side of the store and makes it easy to self checkout afterwards. It’s very bright to see all stocked items with prices and like items labeled accordingly. The aisles are easy to read as well to facilitate directions. The outdoor shopping cart drop off is well placed. My only complaint is the sour smell in the air hopefully management can address that issue with time. Hopefully it’s just new construction smell.

Initial reaction was that the store was a little small so I won't compare it to the shoprite in Sparta. Although I believe this grocery store is suitable for the size of the community.Key points ☝• There are a lot of organic healthy foods to buy. Meals already prepared to eat. Lots of options.• Boars head location• The isles seemed spacious enough for me. I also liked the irregular layout of the store. Very creative and smart thinking.• Definitely a better place to shop at then price chopper by far. Definitely leveling up with Whole Foods.• The mini shopping carts are a plus too. Makes it even easier to maneuver between isles and markets. The larger ones are optional as well.• Definitely the modern experience for shopping for food. I believe there is online delivery options shipped directly to your doorstep as well. Will be trying soon (updates in near future)--------------------------------------------------------------------------Overall I'll give the store 5 🌟. If I had to change something with the interior it would have been exposed ceilings, HVAC etc all painted flat black for a more open feeling like the Sparta store. But again I'm not comparing. The location is perfect with ample amount of parking. Lots of staff at the location. Very Very clean store. Again lots of food options. Great move for Shoprite Supermarkets inc.Hopefully a place to purchase a preferred spirit arrives the next door over! 🙏

What a Huge Store!Was Crowded when I went... But what could I have expected on Christmas Eve!!But... It definitely didn't feel Crowded..There's plenty of room to shop.. Everyone was in Great Spirits..Courtesy..The staff was helpful and KnowledgeableThank you!!

A beautiful supermarket I love ShopRite and this place is amazing and super big and everything you Can imagine I love it. They even have a dedicated liquor section with all sorts of beers wines and spirits. Better than most liquor stores.

Poorly run. 2 lines open on a Saturday, no produce and what was left was going bad. All of the meats expired today or tomorrow. People stocking block the lanes and give dirty looks when asked to move.

Take the extra 20 minutes and go down to Sussex shoprite, I guarantee you that you will save more than the gas money it takes to get back and forth. This store has worse sales, their cold cuts have zero sales, and their selection is less than Sussex. I can’t stand coming here, fyi, I’m an instacart shopper and an extreme couponer, I know my sales

Update:they have a BEER GARDEN. yes that's right! You can buy beer and drink it in the supermarket beer garden they have tables and a television! Very unique especially those from NYBrand new and HUGE very upscale and improvement in everywhere compared to the older shoprites. Fully staffed deli. Wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options. Grab and go farm to fresh food (heat and eat)

I work 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm. This ShopRite is the only store around whose deli is open for cold cuts at 6am. I cannot say how much I appreciate it.

1use the shop at home feature and unfortunately for some reason they were backed up on June 30, 2023. I never received communication that there was a delay or that they could possibly reschedule, . When I called, they did not have anybody that I could speak with it of an authority they didn’t have a rescheduled time, so I was just left hanging I don’t find their food, exceptional than any other grocery store, .prices are quite high, but I like the convenience of shop at home I’ll be moving to Walmart. Delivery which prices are less expensive and less Delivery fee

Moved from NJ. It's nice and new, but hard to find things. I guess with time I will get better at finding things. I am impressed that they hired more people, who are really helpful. It's clean and well kept. It has gotten easier to find things. And it's still well stocked.

Catering Departments ( specifically Baking dept) could be more detailed. Received wrong items for an order on multiple occasions and had a few items missing from order and was subjected to sub-par substitutions at the time of pick up, as well as made to wait and exorbitantly long time for the substitutions to be ready. Hopefully they improve. Store is new, nice and well maintained.

I would leave this place minus Stars if I could. I will never patronize specifically this store again. Today, July 14, 2023 there was an extended power outage in the area. ShopRite threw away all their refrigerated food. They didn't donate it to a church or a food pantry or a shelter. They didn't tell Shoppers that they could take it if they wanted to. They chose to throw it in the garbage. Because they're lazy and a garbage company. If they say that legally they are unable to donate it then they are liars. Many other grocery stores do just that. Shoprite you are a garbage company so it makes sense that your food goes in the same place.

Like this store a lot, been there a couple of times now and never crowded. Got a few items that other Shop Rite stores don't have. You can even sit down at a table and have a beer or glass of wine.

The aisles are a little narrow so I was moving around people a lot. The produce section is awesome, but the layout is unlike every other Shoprite Ive been to which I personally found annoying. Small complaints but overall its a nice new, decent store.

Beautiful and clean store, took awhile to get used to the layout where you hit the frozen foods section before the dry grocery aisles. Produce is always fresh and plentiful! Prices are fair as well. I will pass up the local Weis and travel here for better quality meats, produce and better prices. Staff is very friendly, the last time I was there the cashier who I have had several times in the past asked me how I had been lately! There are always several check out lanes open and I’ve never waited behind more than one or two people. All around a great experience.

After having such a bad day, I came into shoprite for a few things before going home. When I curious about finding an item. I was blessed with a worker named Shannon who pointed me in the right direction. Not only did she help me but had beautiful manners for such a young lady! Amazing Work ethic!

Terrible layout. They cut back on a lot of brands that used to be available when they were in the smaller Montague store. Many times the store employee shoppers with their big carts are inconsiderate of shoppers. When checking out there are a lot of small self checkouts but only 2 where you can put all your groceries on and there were only 2 regular checkouts when I was there Wed. I wanted to use the self checkout with the moving counter but the people in front of me were very slow and questioning a lot of items so I was fortunate where I could move my order to the adjacent aisle. I actually checked out & left before those people. If someone had been in line in that aisle I would have been there another 1/4 hour.

1st time I went to this ShopRite I was very impressed a Customer dropped a pag of grapes and the manager of this ShopRite clean the mess right away. You cannot find a managers in the Hoboken ShopRight that will clean up mess that quickly ShopRite in Wharton and ShopRite PA are the most cleanest facility Places I've been to ever since I've been going to different ShopRite checking them out

Looks great and everything is nice and clean and new. I was so hopeful that they would have the scan and go set up but even customer service had no clue what I was talking about. I asked to speak with a manager, but I got absolutely nowhere. In addition, my very first item that I added to my cart, a pineapple, two days later when I cut into it was rotten. So far, well the store is nice my hopes have been dashed for a better shopping experience.

Why not... let's dump a 1-star down here.The app is terrible. They take away your reserve time. Items on there aren't a part of the store. (Don't ask anybody about that either. The employees know less than you do.)Shop from home... hahahahahahaI've never seen shop from home like this. These employees are miserable because management does nothing to help them and in turn, multiple orders are messed up (or forgotten). Substitutions is like pulling teeth. NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR OWN STORE SALES. I usually have to call in during my own work hours to fix their mess.Now for the store. Less items. More confusing. More expensive . Is this what you wanted? Is this what you wanted to do to your loyal customers? Many of us don't like change, I get it. However, you completely changed the algorithm. A lot of people don't know what you really did and why you did it. If they only knew the truth. All they see are missing items and higher prices.You really outdid yourself this time, Michael.

I love this Shoprite! They are always clean and very helpful. I do wish they still offered the mango chips they had on a revolving rack when they were at the Montague location. My very picky daughter loved them.

Shelves are not stocked and a lot of sale items not available. Since this store moved to new location they are always out of stock in addition to now having a smaller selection of items. Each visit to this location results in me having to go to Price Chopper down the road to get the items SHOPRITE didnt have. Each amd every time!

The deli, gut wrenching. 10 people behind the counter only 1 serving customers. Expect to wait at least 20 mins for help. Better off going to local deli. I'd give more stars if you fix deli issue. Other than that it still has fresh stuff and good variety.
