Filed a complaint with corporate on Friday, have yet to hear from anyone. Refused to give me district manager contact info nor regional director.It's a serious issue that online orders that we're picked cannot be unpicked. My countertop I ordered was apparently damaged. I did not receive a call before the order was sent out to resolve this so my order was sent as if it was fully picked and I was charged the full amount. It's illegal to charge someone for goods that you don't deliver first and foremost.Second. Shannon was willing to swap the item but lowes system doesn't allow exchanges nor refunding it to a gift card according to Shannon. I was told I needed to be refunded and then give her my credit card over the phone to charge me again. I should have never been charged in the first place. Their system needs to be redesigned and policies changed if this is all true. A customer shouldn't be charged for a delivered item they never received, point blank.The fact no one has called me lead to a bbb complaint as well since I know the legalities of what was done is wrong. System is flawed and policies need to be amended to not screw the customer over in circumstances like this. I should have never been charged for something I never received I can't stress this enough.

From the smallest nuts and bolts to large appliances and garden supplies, I'm yet to embark on a project that Lowe's couldn't support. The vast selection not only ensures I find exactly what I'm looking for but often inspires me with new ideas for future projects.

Always perfect at Matamoras Store! Employees always friendly & helpful! Des spent time with us answering questions and looking up specs for some electric garden tools we purchased! Very nice!

Tami, who was in the paint dept today 3/10, was unwelcoming and downright rude. When I tried to ask a simple question she wouldn't even give me a verbal response, she just kept rudely nodding her head. She acted as though I was the biggest pain in her a*s that day, despite there being no other customers around and her doing nothing more than chatting with another employee when I politely walked up and greeted her. Tami could stand to benefit from some customer service training at the absolute least. It's a shame Lowes employs her at all.

Lowes is rigging prices and ripping people off. They sell a 2 pack of mouse traps for 2.49. The same mouse traps but a pack of 4 at Home Depot is the same price. Same brand. Except Lowes rigged the price and wants to screw over their customers. This is just one small example. You can’t buy a smoke detector for lest than $40 dollars. And they rigged the pvc pipes. They no longer sell 8 footers, they sell 5 footers for the same price and 10 footers for double. This company exploited a health crisis in this country and now they’re desperate to keep sales up. Here’s an idea, get rid of all the useless employees you have, there’s more employees than customers

So much better than any Home Depot you could ever find I drove 29 miles out of my way to get to the Lowe's instead of going to the Home Depot in Honesdale which is a total junkyard

The one employee named Desiree is the sweetest woman ever. She is so knowledgeable and very helpful! She should really be a manager, she’s one of the few people that I saw was willing to help the customers. Thank you for making my shopping experience so easy.

Somewhat newer Loews with very large parking. Parking lot is maintained along with outside buildings taken care of. Just Lowe's does not have the new smart home extension what does have some of the nicest staff and always gets your internet order right the first time you'll find the inventory to be very spot on in the store. All staff wears the same uniform and is very attentive with a smile on their face

Spent an hour got put on mute, spent another hour on phone with rep and could not deliver item. Just awful store overall this is the reason we need mom and pop shows back in this country and not foreign owned factories.

I had a Lowes credit card with a $5,000 credit limit for about 3 years. Loved to use my card for purchases on a weekly basis. Always made my payment on time. Never late. Had an issue with my bank where 2 consecutive payments got denied, Third payment went through Before the due date. Lowes then proceeded to cancel my credit card. Called Customer rep. She was very rude and told me that it is "Lowes policy" to ban customers in this situation and there was nothing they could do. No warning or 2nd chance !!! Talk about customer loyalty !!!! Its been over a year now and I have not spent a single dime at Lowes. All my home Improvement projects have been purchased at there main competition.

Stopped today to get some flowers for my hanging baskets. Individual plants were a little pricey for me. However, they had a nice basket that would have been around $30 if I purchase the plants individually, but buying it as was, it was only $16. I am very happy with them. Staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience. Need to get bigger cocofiber liners.

The better of the big box stores.Very good experiences w products and on line ordering including delivery of materials for projects. Found them helpful and lumber and materials delivered at no cost.Easier and cheaper than picking up yourself, also lumber was better than I have ever picked out at any store. Enclosed garden materials (all) was delivered in one delivery to my driveway. Very pleased.

I have bought 2 houses of appliances from Lowes. I bought 6 appliances and 3 rooms of flooring 2 years ago for my townhouse. I’ve been a loyal satisfied customer until now. The employees at the store are helpful but their customer service has changed and it’s the worse I’ve ever dealt with. I will never buy any products there that needs any kind of purchased warranty. The store has no records of purchases past 6 months. I purchased service plans on all 6 appliances. My dishwasher warranty was canceled by mistake from the store and when it broke it was a nightmare. They never refunded us for the amount we paid on the service plan and never got the service.

Nice employees but could be better trained to be more knowledgeable about their products and in-store product locations. In the gardening section merchandise was available and appeared robust and organized. Not a bad experience but I prefer another DIY store.

Yea! I did some shopping yesterday afternoon. Just moved in Port Jervis and I'll pass. Store is clean. Staff is alright not many friendly people in that store nor much staff in the afternoon maybe they all take break and lunches together?.Especially no help in lumber and the guys wearing the safety vest ignored me when I was asking a question. Some hipster with a beard and glass kept smiling gave me the creeps. They went outside to the back of the store laughing!!!!!Over all rude workers and seeing a skin head in the store barking orders at people. Yea not very friendly I will be doing my remodeling at Home Depot.I don't know how this place gets 4 stars or has business? Everyone I talk to complains about the lack of help and staff. Oh well I'll pay a little extra for some care at Home Depot.

Terrible customer service.I purchased a washer/dryer. First delivery attempt, truck never came.Second delivery attempt two days later, the unit was bashed in.Trying to call to see when a new unit will be delivered, the store manager was uncooperative and unhelpful.I called the dispatch and have been on hold with elevator music for over 1-1/2 hours -- and it is beginning to seem they will never answer.I will NEVER buy anything from Lowes again if I can at all help it.

Store seems under staffed but that is just today's working ethics. No one wants to work.With today's economy stores are scrambling for help. This stores help are excellent. You can generally find what you want or another way to accomplish the task. Low stock is not the stores fault. Suppliers and transportation are at the root of the problem. This store deserves five stars for trying.

I said up a VIP account today and walked out. Limited supplies even more limited staff and those that are there don’t know what they’re talking about it seems. The people who are there to help set up a pro account are really nice but after that it was all downhill.

Terrible customer service for the installation support! Their support is absolutely horrible. They take advantage of everyone! They take your order but their contractors do NOT follow through! My elderly parents bought a very expensive shed & installation. The contractors they hire could care less about their customers. My mom is still dealing with the aftermath 2 months later and it was purchased! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S!!!!

Just bought a generator at the Matamoras, Pa. store. I got extraordinarily good service from Rollin who helped me understand the differences between generators and pointed out that getting a Lowe's credit card would save a lot of money on this purchase.Rollin showed tremendous patience in helping me through that credit card application process and finally helped me load the generator into my car. It's been a very long time since I received service this good at any retail establishment.

Except for the very snotty lady who double charged us at the spot by the refrigerator, I love our store, then when we went to regular check out the young man was very pleasant. I called the store the next day about the issue and the manager was very pleasant and helped right away without hesitation.

So I really like this Lowes. My experience with Rick in the appliances section was very excellent. I needed a washer dryer combo it was very busy and he was all alone. I must say other than the wait I got what I was looking for the information from Rick was outstanding, all my questions were answered and he was extremely busy. Thank you Rick outstanding customer service!The store was well lit and clean and just a great experience. Thank you Lowes!

Found outdoor outlet boxes. photoelectric sensor and all ancillary parts easily. They had everything I needed. There is a much better selection here than @HomeDepot
