Do yourself a favor , Assemble it yourself. 2nd time, I let them assemble something, and it was wrong. They need to hire real techs and have someone test and sign off each assembly. Brought a 27-ton splitter they left off some very important parts. So the unit didn't work. Called champion and ordered the parts under warranty, finishing the incomplete assembly myself.. see photos..
