Very disappointed in the drive up service lately. The wait has been increasing my the week in the recent months and the items are very often missing or wrong. Last week I received someone else’s bag and had to drive back to the store. What made it worst was the bag had a sticker with my name but the items weren’t mine so I’m assuming someone else may’ve had the same experience. Today items missing from the order again and rotten bananas as well. I think the order pickup/drive up department needs some work. Very disappointing recently.

I love this target always . This is not my first visit and my visit always been fulfilled and joyful. Store is always clean , fresh , friendly staffs, inside Starbucks etc., . Ample car parking and surprisiny I saw the carts were pulled out from the track for the customer and does not need to pull it out from the cart train, this is small thing but I love the detail of concern they are attending for customer. All the racks are always restocked. No complaints and would recommend this target to anyone who wants their shopping needs to be justified.

I could use the bar code in my target wallet to do all of my returns without looking up my order (as I have been asked to do on previous visits). This was quick and easy.

[pickup order] The person who brought my things out was disheveled. Touching his face/nose/eyes/hair (we are STILL in a pandemic and should reasonably treat it as such), his clothes were dirty/loose, hair was visibly dirty, and he didn't even speak to or acknowledge me/the order/the exchange when he walked over to the parking lot. This was absolutely ridiculous to be honest and more like Walmart behavior or better yet Family Dollar minus the lower prices!

I bought a game at Target online and was worried that they really didn't have it in stock or when I got to the store to pick it up, they wouldn't be able to find it. But none of those things happened. The game was bagged and waiting for me. It took about 3 minutes to retrieve and it was the right game. I was very pleased with the whole process!

This target store has a good vibe. I like to shop here. Its clean, it has nice range of items you can buy and it has Cvs in it. I specially like red card and its 5% discount on all items.

So grateful that we have a Target in Malvern PA. Had a good experience with a return, and completed a satisfaction survey - which lead me to this review page. But, happy to take a moment to share my thoughts. Overall, the employees and management at this facility are great. The store is clean and bright. They work hard to keep the shelves stocked. Even the customers are kind and respectful of one another. We are fortunate to have this store in our area.

Racism. Wouldnt exchange items i paid full price for but were damaged. Claimed their policy was "if it leaves the store we dont know what happened we cant exchange it." Went to another target, hot it exchanged no problem. Why would i want the same game twice? Isnt the customer always right?

I LOVE Target, but on this recent trip I was seriously annoyed. I needed something off a bridal registry that they had in stock but it was half off if I ordered it online. So I had to buy the other items I found, skip buying the online item (even though it was right there on the shelf), order it online, and go back later to get it. I’m not sure who that benefits? I’m in the store but I have to place an order, have an employee pull it from the shelf I was just standing in front of and then wait 2+ hours to be told it’s ready for pick up?? Not cool Target.

Target really needs to stop advertising that pick up orders will be ready within 2 hours. Once again I send my husband to pick up after 2 hours and they cannot locate the order and haven't bothered to put it together yet. This is very frustrating especially since some of the discounts are only available when you pick certain methods like pick up. Prices also aren't always accurate.

Awful Target. Called to see if a "hot" item was in stock for my daughter's birthday. I've called other targets in the area before visiting and they were very helpful. Malvern hung up on me 4 times after trying to reach multiple departments to talk to anyone I could. Incredibly unprofessional location.

This is probably one of the best Target locations I've ever shopped at. The staff here is exceptional - very friendly, very helpful, go out of their way to make sure you have a good shopping experience.

I worked in Paoli for a long time and frequented this Target on many occasions. Always well-stocked, always helpful staff. I always liked that it never seemed "picked-over" like many other Target stores. The clothes were always neatly folded and organized, not disheveled like at other locations. Was always able to get what I went there for and was in and out in a few minutes most times. Always plenty of parking!

I love shopping to there but when I worked at target I had to resign for 2 reasons. 1 I worked full time but I was still labeled as part time so they wouldn't give me any health benefits. 2 there used to be a manager there was who was extremely rude to me. Sometimes verbally abusive. She would get in my face and poke her finger at me and yell at me over something that was not even worth getting so mean about. She rolled her eyes every time I would just walk in the room. She even laughed about me behind my back and when I asked her a question she would turn and yell what? As many times as I put myself at that cash register and been threatened by customers including a few gift card scammers I never deserved that kind of treatment ever. I stopped a lot of scams. One time the scammer went as far as waiting for me to leave for 30 minutes. I didn't feel safe. And to have a manager that just didn't care I applied for another job and left. Everyone else at that target employee wise is very friendly and helpful. I made a lot of friends there. The manager I am talking about left a few months after I did. I still shop there sometimes. But I never want to see her again. She's just so disrespectful. she doesn't know this but as someone who used to suffer from mental health issues all I can say is one day she will make the wrong person angry at her. When she would yell at me I sometimes cried in the bathroom. She never apologized. She just stood there with her favorite people and smiled. My dad at that time was also diagnosed with cancer. And she Bullied me regardless. Despite working at a new place I just have so much PTSD and her behavior is just not acceptable. I worked there in 2021.I left 2022.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! The prices at checkout are much higher than the labels in the store because they don't keep up with them. Spent 2 hours having to re-check out with label prices. Also, not enough registers open when I saw many employees in the adjacent aisles goofing off.

Had make a quick stop looking for any shirt with fruit on it. Should be easy enough, but being a mans small it’s challenging. I was assisted by Monique and she spent a significant amount of time looking for me. She searched what was on her floor and the back. She was super helpful. It was service you wouldn’t in Walmart. Also a shout out to her manager at least i think she was one. I didn’t catch her name, but she was also helpful and really friendly.

I've been noticing more and more that with many products, the price charged at the register is more than what is listed in the aisle and sometimes even more than what's listed on the app.Recently I did an instore pick up and triple checked the ingredients listed online for my daughter's allergens. When I took the frozen entree out of my freezer tonight I noticed the ingredients did not match what is listed online and on my order. It actually contains my daughter's allergen which she's had an anaphylactic reaction to previously. I contacted Target and they said they would issue me a refund. The product was $7.99. Instead they ended up issuing me a $5 Target e gift card. I guess they really needed to keep that extra $3. And I guess I don't need to be racking up hundreds of dollars on my Target Red Card every month.

Service was exemplary.The only issue I have, and not just with Target, is that many retailers now have higher prices in-store than online. With brick and mortar retail becoming a dinosaur, this is not good practice. I'll bet you can attract more people in-store with lower prices.

The Malvern Target had exceptional service. Every employee I walked by was kind and helpful. Our cashier was outstanding! She recently started working at this location and went above and beyond with her friendly conversation and thorough cleanliness of the register area prior to our grocery check out.

Just left Target after trying to ring out three times because they have recalled items from certain electronics manufacturers still on the self. I know we live in crazy times but that’s dangerous and scary. Even more scary because I had to chase a different employee down to notify them and I still doubt anyone is going to do anything. Be careful Great Valley.

Hard to really review a Target. I needed something, I went to Target, and I got it. It was a fair price, and it was presented to me in a straightforward way by a nice young sales associate. It was as pleasant an experience one could hope for when going to Target. I'll definitely be back the next time I need something

I ordered online and drove to the store to pickup my calendar. The employee came out very fast and dropped off the products in the backseat of my car. She was wearing mask and was very professional. The location at Malvern Target is awesome and specially the pickup area.

We came here to get a few things while traveling for work and stopped at the CVS inside too.We only needed a few toiletries and they had a large selection of travel toiletries (which we appreciated).We were also looking for some disinfectant wipes which we didn't find. Given that this was right before things got really bad with Covid-19, this wasn't surprising.Like most Targets, they have self check out which is always bonus points in my books.The parking/entrance is a little strange. You have to drive around the whole building to get to it. It seems like this could have been thought through better.It's a pretty standard Target and you know what you're getting.

The representative helped me load the pickup item into the vehicle. You’d never expect that from any other store including Walmart. This experience positively changed my perspective about Target! I’d go back to this location to shop.
