The person working 3/24/24 around 2:30pm who is overweight and wears glasses.VERY disrespectful and rude. I plan on calling corporate to find out why all other dollar generals have pleasant staff and this one has the bottom barrel of society.This thing shouldn't be working here, reflects poorly on dollar general.

I recently had a terrible experience at Dollar General where the manager displayed highly unprofessional and erratic behavior. The encounter was extremely rude and left me highly dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. It’s honestly embarrassing and reflects poorly on the store.

Great store with a wide variety of items. It's usually pretty clean and I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here about the staff. Some team members are friendly and helpful while others are just plain rude and shouldn't be working there. My suggestion is if you have a complaint to call corporate. They actually listened to me, apologized, and offered to give me a gift card. Corporations need to know about poor service. It's a good store that has the potential to be great.

Poor customer service at check out. We had to wait until the cashier was ready to come to the front, after she said "just a minute." She ignored us while we watched her at the shelving, removing labels on the shelf. The only item available to remind her we were waiting was a dirty toy pig a person has to manually squeeze to get her attention. Disgusting! When she finally came to the front, no apologies, no thank you... It was like we were interfering with her work. There are people out there more deserving of a job than Karen. I do not frequent the store unless I am in dire need for a card at the last minute. Never again will I go there.

This Dollar General has been brilliant to shop at so far! I moved into the area about a year ago, and into my very first apartment, so as you can imagine, my place was a bit lacking in terms of appliances, wares, and all. Well, This place pretty much supplied everything my roommate and I need. Plus, the store's always clean and organized, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, never failed to welcome me whenever they saw me come into the store and always saw me off whenever I was done shopping. 10/10 - Highly recommend!

Store was empty and had 2 ppl working however none offered any help. They had someone delivering monster drinks and who did not work in the store but he offered help when it should have been the store workers. Store seemed to be a bit chaotic and not in order.

The older lady (cashier) was rude to the very young teens in front of us. They were respectful to her and she snapped back with an attitude. The store was easy to shop but that ruined my experience.

Waited at checkout for cashier to appear. She rung up my item and the total was incorrect. I told her the item was on sale. She said the sale ended on the 9th. Today is the12th. I told her I would put the item back on the shelf where there was a sale sign with the sale price. I returned the item to the shelf and the sale sign was gone. While walking out of the store I informed the cashier that the sale sign was there 30 seconds ago. She didn't even acknowledge what I said as I walked out. Now I know why I haven't stepped inside a dollar general in years, and never will again.
