The contractors Brian and Brandon were extremely professional and very skilled at their job. My basement and both bathrooms look amazing! This crew was always on time, respectful and easy to communicate with, kept all materials and tools organized and the spaces were always clean after each job was completed. They are absolutely the best and we highly recommend them! Top notch workmanship! Dakota as well deserves a shout out for helping us with all our questions during the whole process. He was always available to talk to us and we really appreciated his input. Our family is very happy with all the work done to repair our previous flooded basement and bathrooms. We absolutely love how the remodeled spaces turned out! Five stars!!!

My family and I had a fire back in October of last year.. 3 days after we moved into our new home. It was very traumatizing.To add to it, we had the worst experience with this team.They charged insurance $27,000 to clean the smoked damaged house and remove debris.The itemized bill stated multiple items in my house that didn't even exist.Also, during the cleaning process, they didn't show up multiple days due to "other obligations."Then, to add to it the busted out window from the fire, they let glass lay in my yard and took out the window. They removed the remaining insulation from the wall, pieces of the wall, the window, and my drop ceiling. Just to tell us, they couldn't come back until the spring to replace anything..It's been a real feel of -10 here many nights now. They only put insulation in my window. The gaps had let in a lot of cold. We had to finish closing it up and plastic wrapping the whole frame around it. They also painted the wall.They left a lot of my windows dirty and light fixtures.I wouldn't and don't recommend them for anyone suffering a dramatic loss already.

We experienced a tragedy in our home and we had Servpro come do the cleanup. They were very professional, understanding, and caring of the delicate situation my family was in. The crew leader was extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure my mother was well informed and protected her and the families well being above all. We recently had Servpro come and give us an estimate on a bathroom remodel! Gerry was very professional and immediately hit it off with my husband and I! He was kind and very open minded to anything that we wanted! He def. puts his customers first, and did what he could to makesure we were pleased with the final outcome! Rusty and Rick were a two man crew, who primarily did all of our work! They both were very exceptional to work with! They spent a lot of time on the details, and making sure we were happy with everything before they would even start certain projects in the bathroom! There were some minor issues that they ran into with it being an older bathroom. They overcame any obstacles that they faced with this remodel! We had an image of what we wanted our bathroom to look like at the end, and it is definitely what we wanted and always wished for! I only had a electrical fire only on the bathroom and some outside basement and attic I’mDisappointed because they tore both my beautiful kitchen up and dining room and my beautiful ceiling , and took things they shouldn’t of had. Charged my daughters insurance 40,000 ! And the estimated my house. Fir 20,000. And there’s more damage than that ! They broke my counter top in the kitchen and took the bathroom door. The stuff was in my house was very expensive ! I found I broken window . Broken blinds ! This was my deceased brothers house. What was so little became so big after Servpro. Was there Bret was a good guy. ! Just so costly !! Wasn’t worth all the money they were charging !! I never believed someone about Servpro but after they left I went and saw all they did and my questions were always why ?? It’s now 4 mths. Out of my home . I’m sorry I would not recommend them .. they had good intentions but. Not good enough,Kyle was also a good guy but he wasn’t there , to watch was going on .

We recently had a water line freeze and break and flood our kitchen. Servpro did a great job of drying up the water and removing the damage. We also used their construction division to repair our kitchen back to its recently remodeled state. Joe Yingling and Braydon (and some days when needed, additional crew members) did a fantastic job from replacing the ceiling and flooring and everything in between. They were very respectful of us and our home, and were neat and clean, professional and willing to work with us to make sure we were pleased with everything. Gerry did a great job estimating the job and helping us navigate the insurance process, and Jason was quick to respond when I had questions. I came home from work to find water through out the first floor of my home. I called Servpro and they were there within 40 minutes. (We live 35 + minutes from them) Chuck and AJ work amazingly to get all the flooring up and got things going to dry out. They came back the next day along with Jackson to check on how things were drying and to finish removing everything that was left. The next day Chuck and Josh came to check readings and to remove all the drying equipment. Due to them being so diligent they were able to save everything except the flooring in 5 rooms and one sheet of plywood subfloor. Highly recommend this company and now I can’t wait for them to repair everything. I can’t say enough great things about them. I can't recommend Servpro of Ebensburg enough. We have used their services a few times over the years, and always have had a great experience. Most recently, our refrigerator leaked, causing damage to our newly refinished hardwood floor. The floor buckled due to the water leak and within a few short days, Servpro was able to bring the floor back to the way it was. Chuck Rager and his team were awesome! After a sewage backup in our finished basement, Chuck and his team responded with 2 hours to begin the tedious cleanup and disposal of damaged items. They were very professional and reassured us, in our time of distress, that they would do a thorough cleaning. And they did! They stayed until 10 pm to make sure that everything was sufficiently cleaned and disinfected. Chuck also took pictures of damaged items for insurance purposes. Chuck and AJ did a fabulous job of removing a heavy and hazardous waste situation from a kitchen, finding creative ways to maneuver the item out. This was a job that orher companies declined to take on. This team was respectful and very pleasant to work with.
