Gentleman with long hair in food service, working at 6:13 on 3/6/24, saw a person trip over a wet floor sign. Instead of being quiet or saying sorry, he decided to laugh. Every time I come in here, which is nearly everyday, while he is working, there always seems to be attitude with customers, laughing behind their back, saying things under his breath, etc. He also tends to screw up my orders all the time. I really don’t know how hard it is to make a quesadilla. I write this in the most cordial way possible, please do better with your hiring. I know it’s difficult, but there are better people than this. I hate that this has to be one of my only reviews I have written, but hate to see someone like this working. I feel bad for his coworkers. To clarify, male with long hair in ponytail, slender build, glasses. Didn’t catch his name though since he never wears a name tag.

Nice place for quick stop and refuel, little bit to hilly for a big truck especially way out at the traffic lights. Store packed with the products and food, everyone was happy and nice. About 5 available trucks parking spots and fuel as well. Pretty easy to get in/out

Cashier was extremely courteous, greeted me with a smile, and apologized that it would be a minute before she could get my propane, which was a very short wait. Very polite and smiled the whole time. This was around 4pm Oct. 24th, I wish I had gotten her name so that she can be properly thanked for her service. We definitely need more like her everywhere.

I am completely distraught that I ever had to experience this. It is very apparent that this location laughs at and disrespects customers who use food stamps. This happened a while back. I haven’t spoken on it because I knew how much trouble this women would get in if I did speak out about it. However, I was in this location recently and saw that same women working there so I thought I should just say something. It was day time and I was wondering around the front area looking for something. While I was looking… some customers went up to pay for their items. They walked out and everything was normal. But after they walked out. I over heard an employee re-print the previous customers receipt and what sounded like her making fun of and shaming the customers for using a food stamps card. Trying to see how much they had left on their card. I was completely dumbfounded that this was happening right in front of me. I assume she forgot I was there or didn’t notice me I never wrote a review before because I did not get that women’s name. I couldn’t see her name tag the at the first interaction. but when I went in this most recent time I saw her name tag (Brenda) look I know everyone has their own battles to deal with but I cannot even on my worst day image acting this disgusting and fowl. Whoever that women is I pray that she gets help…

The chicken salad is made with miracle whip rather than mayo (should have both imo and give customer their choice)... whoever was in charge of the mustard went hog wild today. Not just my order, my father's order as well. Other than that, food came out quick, and the place was rather clean. Bit disappointed in dinner was all.

Food service can be a little hit or miss, some days there will be a line of orders and I only have to wait 10 minutes, other days I can be the only one in there and have to wait longer. Other than that, most of the staff is friendly and helpful.Update: Food service seems to have gotten worse, last several times I have ordered a large or family sized side I get a smaller size but in the larger container. I used to like Rutter's a lot, but the food service at this location is just appalling, just the other week I waited 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and watched as they made the food for three other orders that came after me "Sorry for the wait"... yeah thanks, how about don't skip around my order next time. I will be avoiding this location as much as possible.

Their milkshakes cups are terrible. Not suitable for kids, cars or just nobody. The lip comes off by itself and creates a massive amount of mess in your car . Second time happening

Assistant Restaurant Manager Patricia has an attitude when preparing our food because we asked her to change her gloves due to a food allergy to mushrooms. She had previously made an order that required mushrooms using the same gloves. She abruptly threw my shrimp taco in the trash stating you see I washed my hands and put on new gloves to prepare a new taco! Acting in such a manner in front of new employees it appeared to have been training.It’s bad enough that we are living in a pandemic but more importantly there should already have been a policy in place for food allergies! I suggest not only changing gloves more frequently but possibly having some type of spoon or scooper to pick up toppings etc. instead of using their gloves hand to prepare food.Really not sure what the issue was but we definitely aren’t returning!!

The food here was fantastic! The service was quick, and courteous. Will definitely stop more often! Would love to see an option added to the menu to add extra sauce or extra toppings. That's my only recommendation. Keep up the good work!!

Food used to be good when Calhoun was in the kitchen. Now they cant get anything right gave me 5 mozz sticks instead of the 6 I was suppose to get. And didnt grill my wrap when it said right on the receipt it was suppose to be grilled. It's sad when you see a place run so well then when one person leaves the place just falls apart. These new kitchen people need training for sure. Worst part is they didn't even make it right.

First the bathroom was ckesn. Thst is the first place I headed sfter tiding in the 28 wherler. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Ethan. It was not too busy so he came from behind the counter to ho me order the food he was about to fix me. Great suggestions, he is a burger connoisseur you know or at least that is what he told me and the buger was delish. Very nice staff... options on the meals. I was pleased

They are very convienent and friendly enough. I will say food service is not fast so best bet is to grab something hot already prepared or be patience. Overall I have been very pleased. Well stocked and ultra clean.

The ordering system is horrendous, it takes forever to drill down into the categories on the do it yourself computer kiosk and at no time can you see an overview menu or prices until you add an item to your cart. Then after that agonizing ordeal when you are left questioning whether or not you really got the item you wanted you receive mediocre food that is far from worth the trouble and necessitates that you never attempt that ordeal again. Save your time, money, and stomach and go somewhere else.

Alright, this place sucks. Its expensive, the manager is rude, and I feel bad for the poor workers who are not allowed to even have a break to eat and yet they are not allowed to eat at their registers. I worked here for a year and Brenda was an on and off manager who yelled at employees constantly and talked about them behind their backs to other employees. She treats her second shift workers worse than the first shift, who do virtually nothing in conparison to what the second shift are responsible for.

This location has had multiple credit card skimming incidents where they've let their equipment be hacked and people have lost money because of it. Instead of investing in protection for their customers, they've double down and now added a casino to the facility so that people can willingly have their money stolen.Gas prices are consistently higher than any other location. Staff is great though!

So, im updating from 3 years ago...still good food and service, but why is gas here 20 to 30cents more.per gallon than the stations within a few miles...seems like the proximity to 83 is justifying a price hike...you can save a few bucks going a fre miles in any direction...get in line Loganville..

Food service is slow as dirt. Staff working has lots of hair and hats that are to small. No chance it doesnt end up in my sandwich

Today I was in the store going to buy food; when I heard what I can only assume to be the manager call one of the employees with blue hair useless. It was extremely unprofessional and I won’t be going back!

The employees are very unorganized at this store they are not properly trained doesn’t seem to have any real management at this store there always out of something couldn’t get eggs one day because they forgot to unthaw the carton simply and stupid mistakes mostly because the employees govern themselves smh I hope the at least processed my refund correctly
