Whoever the older woman was in the light red shirt working on 9/14 at around 11:30 pm who denied me alcohol even though I’m 22 years of age with a VALID drivers license needs to get booted. So rude! It’s just wild to me that I was able to buy alcohol an hour before her shift started by someone else. Next time, I’ll just have to wait until the cops come and tell her my age just to embarrass her. No alcohol needed (:

This Sheetz makes very good food and they have great staff. I've never had a bad time in this store. I wish there was a better spot to lock my bike up but for the most part I just walk here. The sweet tea hits the spot too if it's out it's because it's very popular.

EDIT: I was looking to see the rating i gave it on my first review but i see its already at a 1. Nothing has changed. This sheetz gives all the others a bad name. So unorganized and sloopy. Once again i ordered coffee, so maybe its my fault at this point thinking they might get better. I ordered 2 large iced coffees one needing to be decaf. Online order, still not sitting out when i got there 15 minutes later. When they did hand me my online order one of the drinks were in a hot cup instead of the iced coffee cup. Those are not the same sizes so i was gyped. Then the guy "was confused" and didn't know which one was the decaf. Ita important to label the drinks. This is the only sheetz I have been to where the only consistency is they always screw it up and are messy with both food and drinks. Clearly nothing will change.I love sheetz. However, this is the WORST one I have ever been to. I live in littlestown so it's convenient to go. The drinks are always done sloppy and pretty sure they gave me regular coffee instead of decaf a few times because I got massive anxiety after a couple sips. Breakfast from there is alright except this morning where the fried items were either left down to long or they haven't changed the oil in awhile. I ordered a platter and nothing was hot or made the way I requested. There were items missing. Just a let down. Makes more sense to drive the 20 minutes to hanover or taneytown where quality actually matters.

The food at this Sheetz is so disgusting! I've never seen or tasted a hamburger so disgusting. It looked like it fell on the floor, then stepped on, then wrapped back up. Everything is undercooked. And how hard is it to add ketchup?!?! At one point the food was decent here. Now it's become the worst possible, even worse than McDonald's. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and go to Royal Farms instead.

If negative stars were possible this store would get -10. ALWAYS out of stock of most things, and barely can get an order correct. Simple things really go a long way. Most of the late night people are rude and 9/10 every order is wrong. Teach your line people to read a ticket properly.I just want to clarify, the day people are spot on. I believe his name is Matt, but this guy always makes the experience good.

Ordered supreme tacos. No lettuce, no sour cream and greasy as all get out. Very disappointed. Use to love this place but it is going down hill. Quality control is no longer there.

Absolute dumbest people I’ve met. Ordered 2 hotdogs, canceled the order because i wanted 4 instead of 2. Then ordered the 4 hotdogs i wanted with the rest of my food, paid for the 4, and it took fighting with 2 people and 10min to explain to them to make 2 more of the EXACT SAME THING and then STILL didn’t end up giving me the right amount. It’s really not that hard to make 4 hotdogs instead of 2. Guess they’re working there at their age for a reason.

Nice sheetz, friendly service, surprised, happily, to find it in this little, quiet, town...Was staying at a near by hotel, ventured out late, to the closest Denny's, which was 30 min away, upon driving by sheetz, we easily decided to stop and eat there...instead of making the longer drive. Which brings my only complaint...no where to sit and eat, inside nor out. Most all sheetz I've seen has at minimum, seats outside. Woulda been nice, as I said, that's my only complaint. Being not so far from the hotel, we drove back, and ate there, on the outside patio (awesome hotel btw-Country Inn & Suites by Carlson)...yay Sheetz! Enjoy, we did.

I've never had any issues here. This is where I fill my tank. Staff is always friendly and there is good food that is prepared quickly and efficiently. Recommended.

Fuel up, grab a red bull, and get the best breakfast on the go! My order is never wrong, and the staff is extremely friendly. Prices are a bit high on the MTO but it is worth it!

Smaller of the sheetz I’ve been to, so the selection is this smaller, but they have the basics and they sell CBD, which some do not. Overall it’s a decent location and I’ve never had an issue with anything.

Terrible customer service by the cooks, they’re slimy and I saw the girl pick something off the floor then touch other food, I will not be going back, after I said something to her she said “we always do this, it’s fine”
