Good luck getting to anything in the coolers after 8:30pm. They drag all of the junk from outside and leave it in the aisle. It's like 8 full L carts.Idk why they don't take to the back. Or wait until later to pull it inside. It looks bad since the giant pile of carts is the first thing you see when you walk in the door and it prevents sales.I've been prevented from buying my preferred beverage on multiple occasions by the junk pile because they're only available in the cooler.

I used this particular location for their FedEx service center. It was really easy to do, which I appreciate. Just wait in line, the worker scans the package, ask you for a phone number or email (for proof of mailing receipt). I'd consider using an email address as the receipt came right through. I tried the text option first and I never received it. I walked around the store for a few, waiting for the text receipt and noticed the store was a bit of a mess. It kind of reminded me of a scene from the "Walking Dead" lol. But I suppose dollar stores aren't known for their organization skill 🤷‍♂️

I'm in the store at least five times a week. The staff is so nice, an whenever you need help finding something, or have a question they are always willing to help you. Tina is the Manager, I've got to say she is by far one of the nicest people I know. Working with the public is a hard job. To is an extremely trying time while on the clock. 2nd visit from out of town. Found everything I needed and then some. Workers tearing the place up stocking as fast as they could manage. Whether it was stocked, clean, or put together, that store always has the nicest most friendliest staff and that is not only refreshing but rare. WTG.

It seems like the place homeless schizophrenics and tweeks would hang out..BUT.... you're going to have to put in the work to find what you're looking for...the store is unorganized and a mess. But overall, great and reasonable prices and a very wise selection of products.

I went to dollar General to drop off a FedEx pkg. Yes dollar General is a FedEx drop off location. 2 women walked in and 1 said "you can't ever buy just 1 item at a dollar General" I told the clerk that I can go to dollar General and actually buy 0 items. Ha ha. As I'm leaving I see this lion doll on my way out and it's 50% off. How do I pass that up. I end up buying not 1, not 2, but 3 items before I leave. Guess that woman was right. You can not buy just 1 item at dollar general even when you go with no intention of buying anything. Darn you dollar General!

Great prices! I wanted to donate dog and cat food, along with case of bottled water to relief efforts for Carolinas shelter animals. Prayers to them all. And thank you Dollar General for lower prices so I could give.

The dollar general in taneytown MD is one store that if u don't want to feel totally judged, uncomfortable and being followed around, than do not go in here. Cuz everytime I walked in this store they did this to me. Never did a thing, they judged me and went with it. Went with lies and spread them and than made it look as if I was a bad person or a criminal. It's totally un-businesslike of a store. I can see they will have a huge lawsuit by someone if they still have the same managers their.

This DG was very disorganized with enough boxes in the aisles to give every fire marshall in PA a heart attack. The shelves were well stocked, however.
