I met a friend for lunch and it was our first time at Zig’s. I ordered a Turkey pesto sandwich, a cup of chicken corn chowder and a bottle of kombucha, around $15. My food was ready in 5-10 minutes. That’s pretty good considering how busy they were. The sandwich was served with what I assumed were homemade seasoned chips and they were both fantastic. The chicken corn chowder was also homemade and could have used some salt for my liking. I will definitely be back!

Good locally made food! Staff is friendly and prices are fair. They have an adorable inside seating area & it’s very quiet + peaceful inside. Would recommend for a light lunch/brunch with friends or alone. A cute place & good to support locally owned businesses!

Nice quiet little Cafe. We had a croissant chicken salad sandwich potatoe chips. Everything was amazing and I'm pretty sure the chips were homemade. Also had a side of potato salad that was also delicious. The setting in the basement of the barn is also very nice. We will definitely have to stop in again soon.

While zigs food and drinks are always fresh and delicious their service can be only described as " chaos " as soon as they get slightly busy the wait times are horrible ( even with 4-6 young girls / a guy ) working if I was the owner I would visit undercover during any slightly busy times and quickly they would realize they need better management when it comes to keeping the work flow moving. And not wasting time, many people waiting for food and drinks were rolling their eyes at the lack of organization, there needs to be a better system when ordering and waiting than the chaos mess we experienced, the good food and drinks and friendly people keep customers coming back but the lost potential I feel is large. What could be an amazing lititz spot is turned into just a "good place " to get good food but with better management, the potential for zigs is limitless

This food was as good as any Deli in New York or bakery from anywhere in the world... flavors were robust and delicious.. prices were cheaper than fast food. And just look at it... set in a idyllic country town. You should go out of your way to find it, you will thank me for the drive.

Zig's is AMAZING! We ordered cupcakes and a 6" cutting cake for our wedding at Brick Gables (upstairs), and they were so delicious and beautiful! Zig's has amazing staff who are kind, detail oriented, professional and easy to work with. We got to taste many flavors before ordering, and our items were displayed perfectly at our wedding. Thanks, Zig's, for making our day so special!

Went to the Lancaster Central Market to get pecan pies from Zigs and cleaned them out but needed one more. So we took the 25 minute scenic drive to Zigs Bakery and oh man, they did not disappoint. We got another one of the best pecan pies my family has ever had, some cookies and some other items. So good!!!! Everyone was so nice. Just wish it was closer than 2 hours from me.

My fiancée and I came here for a mid afternoon lunch and loved it. We each got a hot sandwich with a hot drink before going into Lititz for some pre-holiday shopping. The food is fresh and made-to-order. They even have a shop inside for picking up premade food and snacks. The inside is very cozy and the outdoor eating area is very nice as well.

A beautifully renovated barn with wonderful flag-stone walls and wooden beams throughout. Nicely appointed serving and ordering areas with good service. The coffee was good as was my toasted bagel breakfast sandwich.

First time here, passed it all the time. Employees ARE SUPER friendly and helpful, and the prices are pretty solid. It genuinely tastes like everything was made same day, the pepperoni snack rolls are amazing. We loaded up on lunch and baked goods for friends all for under 25$! We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, not the best experience. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a simple iced caramel macchiato.It took three people to make one drink. It was a bit strange considering they were each so concerned how the caramel drizzle looked on top. Almost like they were in competition with who can create the prettiest drink? That’s fine. Take pride in your creations, but after watching and waiting for them to perfect the drizzle, they actually forgot the ice and espresso. Two of the main ingredients….I was left with lukewarm milk, caramel sauce, and whipped topping with the prettiest caramel drizzle in Lancaster.

Such yummy food shouldn’t be possible! The blueberry scone I had was soft and had so many blueberries! Both the iced chai and iced lavender latte come highly recommended. :) I’ve also tried many of their soups and have always loved, loved, loved them!

We live in Lititz and had come to Zigs bakery about every 4-6 months. Very disappointed as service has significantly decreased to the point that I am not sure if management cares to keep the reputation or train employees. ( see other reviews on Google and Facebook).Negatives:All 3 employee we encountered tonight were not helpful and gave me wrong information about availability of ingredients causing more confusion to redo our large order. They used to have hot meals but now they can’t even warm up Sheppards pie or beef BBQ in microwave for the customer ( I asked because kids love those meals). Why, why would I want to come back when choices are limited and service is not available/good?Trash cans are fullPositive is: baking good are very tasty and yummy with reasonable price.Final thoughts:Example of small business that was about community and customers but is not currently.

A true PA Dutch “salad” bar of options: egg, chicken, ham, tuna, pork bbq, potato, pepper slaw, red beet eggs, chow chow. Also baked goodness. Eat outside or take to go. Strawberry pie FTW.

I frequent the Central Market in Lancaster and have bought their angel food cake, apple dumplings and apple cake. Everything but the apple dumpling was delicious and well worth the money. Please put a larger apple in dumpling.... it was mostly dough and wouldn't buy it again.

I have come here many times with friends. It's a prefect place to meet with friends for a nice coffee date. Their coffee drinks are amazing and the food is great too! They also have lots of baked and deli items to purchase and take home.

A lovely cafe & bakery!I greatly appreciate the friendly baristas and attendants for my morning coffee, or for pastries for the office in the morning! I love the scones, muffins and chocolate cream cheese cupcakes.The patio is a great spot in the spring and summer for lunch- sometimes there is a tent providing shade which is nice on hot days.Additionally, the deli options are great to grab for a quick dinner with delicious bread or rolls.
