This place has been going downhill for a couple of years now. It's a shame because it's literally a minute from my house, and I will still choose the Giant down the road. They never have more than one cashier and fully rely on self checkout after like 6 pm, and then they close at 9 pm. It's horrible. The produce department needs to work on rotation because all the food is either overly ripe or way under. Just hire more people already. It's like 1 person per department doing everythingand it shows, and now that they let the homeless guy in lititz walk around there all day it just seems trashy. I go in a pinch, but like I said, I'll usually pick Giant.

I don't usually shop at Weis but I had a gift card to use. The store is very unorganized. They layout is awful. It was hard to find what I needed. When I got to the checkout, they apparently only have self checkouts. It doesn't even appear they have real check out lanes anymore. Not one person ringing people up on a busy Saturday afternoon. I had a full cart and had to ring and bag all my own grocery. Will not be back.

I guess this store is really not any different than any other big stores short staffed you have to wait forever for somebody at the deli you have to wait for somebody at the seafood counter or even at the meat counter I just think it's really really crazy however we do find some good deals there every now and then. And now the service desk is only open through certain hours and then if you're there in the evening and that desk isn't open it's hard to find somebody that has a clue of what's going on so I don't know

Although a little farther than my local Weis, I don't mind traveling to Lititz to go to the store. I don't believe one store is better than the other in appearance it's the service of the employees. They seem more approachable and knowledgeable of their store. Thank you, Lititz, for producing hard, dedicated workers!

Zero stars. The posted "sale" did not ring up and I spent another fifteen minutes of my life waiting for help that- once arrived, left to help someone else on the way to NOT finding a solution to the problem. I had to do basic math for them, (20% off) and likely could have said anything. Afterwards he still couldnt get the AI POS to work. I have not ONCE visited this location and had a seamless, error-free experience in the forced-to-use self checkout line. This time was absolutely no different. It is pitiful that a customer can't ring through two different products (skew numbers,) pay and be on their way. Good luck running a whole cart through. You know the drill, "please place your item in the bagging area," where there is only enough room for three gallon jugs. This my absolute last visit to Weis.

They have lunchables on the rack that expired in July of 2023 and many others that are very out of date. Make sure to check anything you get from this Weis. Seems a lot of stuff is expired by months!!!!

I did the self checkout. The price of the item was way more than what was listed as the sale price. So I went up to customer service and stood there maybe 20 minutes for someone to help me. No one showed up, even after several employees saw me standing there. Only to see a manager taking selfies with other employees. I decided to just leave.

It's a grocery store. It has groceries and all kinds of stuff a grocery store should have. The carts mostly have working wheels.

Great grocery store! Friendly staff and quick service! I always go in the self check out lines and if something scans wrong they immediately help correct the issue! Also, fresh meats etc

The experience at Weis varies from location to location, like many other stores and restaurants. The lititz location has a good culture, decent selection, and always clean. I'm a bit unhappy that we lost the partnership with Sheetz, for gas points.

EXPENSIVE & LEAN on PORTIONS... The to-go items at the deli are not comparable to some other stores we've been to shop. The items are LEAN on PORTIONS and EXPENSIVE!!!We drove a little bit out of our way to see if this store sells Spring Glen Amish macaroni salad because our local store stopped carrying it and decided to check out the other items around the deli and produce sections since they are the areas near the entrance.We were disappointed to discover that this is yet another store that does not sell the Spring Glen line of goods that we love! We've tried the stores' options, but they just do not taste as good as the Spring Glen products!Thought to ponder: How much food in your deli and produce sections is wasted because it goes unsold???

Warning when buying baby formula, they won't allow you to return unopened formula even though most other stores allow it (Walmart, Walgreens, Target, etc.). When asked they didn't explain why or have a good reason.Edit: Don't be fooled by their veil of concern below. I called their customer service line as they suggested, expecting to get a refund worked out, and instead got the same answer that they don't accept returns. Pretty much just wasted my time and clearly don't take "feedback of this nature seriously" enough to help me out with a return.The take away here is know that if you buy ANYTHING at Weis, you will be unable to return it, unlike most literally any other store, so keep that in mind before making a purchase.

I am being kind giving you a star, the lititz store is a mess. No help shelf are a total mess where is the produce. Check out is a chore to help an please don't introupt the chasier to ring groceries out don't expect any help at deli. Please realise there are plenty of other stores to shop at Bye Bye.

Clean and well stocked! Four stars only because I have had cashiers on three different occasions that were inattentive and seemed to be bothered by having customers in their line (twice were young kids running the check out up front, and once was an older woman in the adult beverage area). Other than that, this Weis is a very nice one with a slightly better selection than others in the area.

The fresh depts are always closed by time I get off work so you can't get waited on & I hate the fact that there's only 2 regular registers & the rest are self checkouts. A glorified 7-11.

Extremely disappointed to overhear a (male) manager at this store embarrass and berate an employee in front of the self checkout, calling her a "young lady" in an extremely paternalistic tone and ask her why she didn't see the customers in line that she ~could be helping. It was very unprofessional, frankly sexist, and has seriously made me question returning to this store if that's how employees, and especially woman employees, are treated by their older male supervisors.

This weis is my favorite in the county. I would rather shop here than Walmart or Giant. Everyone is always very nice and willing to help. I always know where to get my items and they stay well stocked despite the pandemic. The deli staff is always so wonderful, and the cashiers are always friendly.

Beer area is nice but I'm so tired of the rule that you can only get 1 pack or bottle at a time. Prices for everything are skyrocketing. Everything is usually in stock for the most part. I'm not a fan of just about everything being self checkout. The last few visits there's been 1 maybe 2 cashiers working register. Staff is really good but it depends who you run into.

Reasonable prices and fresh quality foods. A good pharmacy. This is a good place to shop anytime in my experience. I would give them 5 stars save that their quality management seems a bit fatigued and isn't striving for excellence. This almost always is because the store is part of a corporation with a corporate culture devoted to flattery of upper management as the top priority; with leadership and customer service considered permissible but not vital.

I LOVE Weis Markets!!! We have three major grocery stores in my area, but my favorite one is Weis. It is well lit with wide aisles. It is always very clean and their staff is really friendly and helpful. And you can't beat their prices!!!
