This sheetz is pretty average in terms of sheetz's. It's generally clean, and I like the self checkout they've added. Also the beer den is nice in a pinch.But the food is just totally unpredictable. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes you get someone else's order, and sometimes it's just not good. But still, it's probably one of the better gas stations in Lititz.

This is a great place to buy food! Always has great food! If you need a good drink suggestion try the energy infused Oreo wake shake!! It is truly amazing 👍🏻👍🏻

There is an employee at this location named Harold that makes our whole family happy every time we go there. His upbeat personality, smile, laugh, and willingness to help everyone is a total win. PLEASE keep him! We love him so much!

I placed an Online order long before I had to punch into work. I get to the store wait for double the time for the food, to find out the food was never placed on the Online order shelf. So now I'm late to work with Cold Food. Then when I go to eat the food, I had no silver wear. Like what the heck!!! I get cold, late food and have to eat my food like a caveman. Like I understand mistakes are made but like 3 mistakes in a row?!?! At this point No one care about the customer.. Really unhappy because I just wasted my money on unsatisfying food...

Less than 2 minutes from the counter and this Peanut butter & chocolate shake is WAY over mixed. Blended into a liquidy mess. Going back to DQ for my shakes from now on. McDonalds has also been making very poor shakes like this.

I just ordered the two breakfast burritos deal and drove home which is 5 minutes away and the burritos were ice cold. So you could not take 20 seconds to heat up the PREMADE BURRITOS

IN SHORT: If you’ve had a bad experience here, you’re not alone. It’s dirty, the food is gross, and the employees are rude.This is the dirtiest Sheetz I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a lot. The floors and counters were sticky and littered with trash. I ordered mini hash browns. They were soaking wet—with what—I don’t know; I couldn’t eat them. The older gentlemen working at the register was super rude. It was just bad all around. Go to a different location.

I ordered a chicken wrap from here and the green peppers included in my order were completely spoiled and rotten. How could they not notice the food being that spoiled I called and spoke to the manager Stephanie before being put on hold and hung up on. This is disgusting I ate almost half of the wrap before completely noticing. Avoid this place they are unsanitary and disgusting.

hey, i don't know what's going on with your people but they just absolutely refuse to do grubhub orders. every time i try it gets delayed several times before i need to cancel.they're definitely doing this on purpose. i've ordered on multiple occasions to test it and it happens every single time.

We enjoy the convenience for fueling, quick lunch and snacks. Had a challenge with the touch screen on Veterans Day and a young lady came out from the kitchen and very kindly help me out.Becoming our preferred place for the aforementioned conveniences.Thank You staff for your support and kindness.

This location was good before the renovation (Total replacement of old building) Now it is excellent. Staff is always helpful, friendly and curious. The only issue I have had is that the pumps can sometimes be quirky, but I have hit the same issue at other locations.

This was my favorite sheetz, emphasis on was. I ordered an app platter, among other goodies, with the one and only Dr Pepper bbq sauce on the side. When I got home, the bbq sauce had escaped and made its way onto every item in the bag. Ruined my mood and the table I had put the food on. You can make it up to me with a whole gallon of Dr Pepper bbq sauce, my email will be provided upon request.

I ordered a large boneless chicken bites with some Dr. Pepper bbq sauce on the side, when I received my order there was one sauce. When I asked for more sauce, the manager rudely intervened and insisted on telling me it was "corporate policy" to give only one sauce unless I ordered more, which of course is an extra charge. I was unaware YOU WILL ONLY GET ONE SAUCE, regardless of the size of the chicken bites. Completely ridiculous, McDonald's does better than that. Not to mention the swearing I heard from employees and their blatant disregard for customers by having full blown conversations amongst themselves while customers are trying to check out. Its a wonder this specific site is still open. 1 star for the Sheetz brand, -4 stars for the horrible customer service.

So I ordered two burger wraps and a small serving of bonless bites. I didn't get wraps I got sliders which ive had before and im not a fan. I noticed the mess up when I was half way on my walk home So I wasn't trying to walk all the way back and wait for the guy to remake it. I work in fast food and its understandable if you mess up an order when it's really busy. I was one of maybe three people in there and I was the only one getting MTO. Now with my food I wanted a f'real milkshake/smothie. I grabbed a strawberry banana smoothie and put in the machine and pressed the button. The machine didn't blend my drink it just spit it back out so I placed it on the counter in front of the thing. The manager asked me if that was mine and I said yeah but your machine isn't working. He looked at me like I was stupid and shook his head. I've had problems with the same manager before. He has a terrible attitude, and always looks pissed off. Not sure he should be working in customer service. Im sorry dude but if your machine is down put a sign on it to let everyone know. During the day I've never had a problem but at night it's always something. Not sure if I wanna come back at night at all.

They sell cigarettes to minors age 16. They care more about money than the health of young people. The reason for the age law is so you’re an adult when you decide if you want to destroy your health. The law is no good unless it’s enforced.

I won’t even bother coming to this Sheetz anymore. I used to come here all the time but they obviously have stopped temping their food (AGAIN) because everything that’s supposed to be hot is cold in the center. The one south of Lititz is so much better.
