I was there two days ago to get the 3 free pretzels if your name started w the letter J . The workers were so nice to me but I feel so bad bc they don't have AC. Just have the front door open. Was hotter inside than outside. We're having like 100° week Please get your workers AC they deserve it.

I pre-ordered for Super Bowl Sunday. I walked in and the place was absolutely jampacked. Everybody was working so hard and diligently to get everything out the door, and I overheard the manager saying “keep it up, we’re almost done”.They were like a well oiled machine. Cranking out pretzels! 🔥🤘🏼🇺🇸

A friend got a vat of the nuggets from here. They were awesome! Old style pretzels with a great crust (reminding me of old school German soda pretzels) and good dough. Even cold, there tasted great!

There at early lunch time. No steak or hot dog pretzels ready, would have to wait. Bought what was available the sausage ones. They were tasteless and spicy. Cheese sauce on side cold. No bag offered to carry items. Plus it must had been wear your worst t shirt to work day for employee behind the counter. If you happen to go there good luck !

I ordered a party pack and mustard yesterday 12/16/21 for delivery today 12/17. I paid, tipped and had confirmation for today between 12:45 and 1:15. At 12:15 today, I received a cancellation that they cannot fulfill the order. Are you kidding? I am 2 hours away trying to surprise my brother on his birthday and you wait until the time of delivery to cancel my order? This is terrible, terrible. This should not happen. Thanks for ruining my brother’s birthday and my day as well.

I love these pretzels. They also offer special deals if you sign up for a rewards type program. I get 1 email every week advertising a great deals and savings on pretzels. The staff is very friendly and I recommend this place for any occasion.

Philly pretzels!!! Great tasting items, love the cheese steak baked in a pretzel. Friendly staff, I go every Friday to get the "Crowd Pleaser" for our office. Last batch had more salt than I'd like, so I mentioned it and the young lady baked a fresh batch for me in under 10 mins.

Several months ago, I entered an empty Lititz store, only to be ignored by the store personnel. I was greeted by the young man making pretzels. But he continued on making pretzels. A young lady stepped from the back, saw me, then ducked back behind the same door she came from. I waited a minute or two, locked over, and the young man making pretzels was now gone as well. The young lady eventually came back out, saw me, and went back behind the door again. I came home and immediately sent an e-mail to corporate. Their response, well, I am still waiting. I used to receive coupons every Tuesday via e-mail. They stopped after my letter. As someone who was a Customer Service Manager for Verizon for over 30 years, I would be embarrassed if I offered up what Philly Pretzel in Lititz, and their corporate partnership served up.

The pretzels are amazing, but there was no customer service. You could tell that the blonde girl working did not want to be there. She was absolutely miserable.

Visited this location on 1/25/2020 around 4pm and received horrible customer service. The young lady at the counter was very unpleasant towards my husband and I. She never made eye contact with us as we asked her questions and when wetold her that it was our first time visiting there for options, she did not offer any additional information.

The soft pretzels are large and cheap, but not really hot or near a temp of fresh pretzels. Not bad in its cooled down state though don't get me wrong.

Soft pretzels were cold and hard/crunchy. Had to take home to revive w some steam. Not enough dip for quantity, however quantity for price was a steal.

Always stop and pick up a pretzel or cup of pretzel bites for my toddler before a long Wal-Mart trip. We have avoided many hangry meltdowns this way. Good snack!

We bought pretzel nuggets. I think they mix old (stale) with fresh. The majority were not soft. We threw them out. The cinnamon pretzel we bought was good.
