We always stop here for the Hill’s brand of dry food for our senior cat, everyone is so nice when we shop here. Tonight we were surprised that we were chosen for a free bag of cat treats, toys, and food from their Cinco De Meow event. Our babies love their new toys & it was so nice of them to do that! ☺️

I love my local Pet Supply Plus. I stop by often to bathe/pickup items for my service animals, Brady Bunch and Marsha. Each time the staff at Lititz are very helpful and friendly! It’s like my own extended pet family!

I love this pet store! We live in Lititz and absolutely love bringing our dogs here to get a bath! It’s clean, affordable, and they have a variety of shampoos and conditioner for your dog to choose from and also have clean towels, treats, and a blow dryer!

After taking a walk through Lititz early in the morning, I discovered I had dropped my phone/wallet with all of my ID and credit cards somewhere along the 3 mile route. Arthur, your employee was actually driving to work when he spotted it alongside the road and stopped to retrieve it and tracked me down. The way he went above and beyond, stopping to retrieve it, trying to locate me, keeping it safe, says a lot about your employee's honesty and integrity. That is the type of person I would trust to give me the right advice on my pet's needs. Thank you, Arthur!

Decent selection of the gourmet foods that our sick cat will eat. He has heart and kidney disease, which profoundly affects his appetite. It’s nice to be able to find Carnivore Cravings and OMG Gravy without having to go all the way to Petsmart. We can easily return unopened foods he won’t eat, and the staff are always friendly.

I cannot believe how nasty I was treated today by an employee named Arthur when I went to check out. I had a coupon and I was trying to find it. Handed it to him and he says, “ I need to ring your stuff up first!” Then he grabbed my phone for the coupon. I especially didn’t appreciate the phone grabbing. I could’ve read the number to him. What a miserable character. I’ll be shopping at the Golden Triangle location from here on out.

We have had many great experiences at this store, but our experience on Saturday night was really great! There was a young lady (I THINK her name was Maggie) and she really went the extra mile to talk with my kids about animals and the right things to buy!

This just opened and took over a spot had very little if any, cat supplies and mostly dog and horse supplies. When I walked in there were several aisles of cat supplies which was a total blessing! There's a dog wash station where you can wash your own dog and the employees have always been both interested and kind. I'm actually really excited check out their Vet Clinic which happens at the end of each month. Overall they seemed far more committed than the other pet spot that was in this place!

The club and coupons make for excellent savings. Friendly staff always greet you and answer questions about products. Large variety of brands for cats, dogs, birds, and small mammals. I saved an extra $20 with my points on a recent trip.

I called to ask questions about their dog bathing area, specifically if it was open (due to both new ownership and COVID) and if I needed a reservation. I also asked how much it would be. The woman answered my questions. When I showed up at 5:15pm to bathe my two dogs, I was informed that the baths closed at 5 (they close an hour before the store closes to be cleaned). That would have been a helpful hint on my phone call three hours earlier! 😖

Staff was not helpful when asked 3 times where a certain item was. Just points in the direction rather than actually helping me. The young fellow spent his time complaining about all the supplies coming in and all he would have to do to stock it.

The store still being worked on, but clean. Says in front of store looking for friendly employees.Well they should hurry up, cause the guy whos working in there is far from friendly. Two people walked in and said hi, including me. Not even a tiny bit of acknowledgement.Anyway I will be back and hopefully it keeps to thier word of friendly.

Great love go to.this one in lititz. So much closer and great location. Ppl need to go get pet food here.its not as big as Lancasters but they have plenty in there. Ppl are helpful,courteous, and polite. Always have a smile on there face.over all a great store for pets and location. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible
