They are my go-to if I need hardware or tools, especially hard-to-find items. Prices are reasonable, but the main reason I shop here is because I can depend on their having what I'm looking for. They also offer a broad array of services not offered by smaller stores: Custom glass and screens, lock rekeying, power tool repair, and so much more! "One Stop Shop," for real!

Excellent customer service! Great products that you're not going to find at the big box stores. Awesome Stihl, Milwaukee, and Dewalt products and service. You will find numerous items, including standard and metric screws and bolts, drill bits, welding supplies, farm supplies, steel and pvc pipe, and safety products. They also make hydraulic hoses with a large assortment of fittings. It's a great full service hardware store!

This is my 3 year old nephew's favorite store if that means anything to you. Also, the staff is very helpful and it's a great place to find those odd pieces the big chains don't carry.

I am totally disappointed with the service and atmosphere at Paul B. Just about every visit my order is incorrectly checked out at the register. Their mask mandate is totally unscientific and I hear it is harming their staff. There are multiple reasons AB Martin is my favorite hardware supplier in Ephrata.

Good supply store with vast assortment of nuts, bolts, and washers. They also have a good selection of cordless power tools from top brands like Milwaukee, Dewalt, and Makita. They also directed me where to get warranty for my Gerber multi-tool. Please be aware that in response to Covid-19 on Saturday morning from 6AM to 7AM they are open for the high risk and elderly.

Came out from NJ where there’s no hardware stores as big as Paul B. I was amazed at the size and the variety they have. Employees are attentive and prices just about match big box stores. Also some other well known name tools that you can’t find in big box stores. Wonderful place and I’ll definitely stop here again when I’m out this way.

Best place in the area for tools and hardware. If we need tools or hardware I don't think the big box stores can compete. The prices are a bit higher but the service here more than makes up for it. The only thing I've found them lacking a bit is lumber. They only have the basics when it comes to that. They've had a few expansions and moved things around since my initial review so they're now carrying more tools and hardware. Still the best place to go locally.

They are sometimes out of the stuff I need but I'll blame that on the fact that so many people shop there, that the good stuff moves really quick. I wish they would open a store on the east side of Ephrata. Overall, this is probably my favorite place to shop and I do recommend it.

I never post reviews but I was truly impressed with my first experience with Paul B’s today. Incredible consumer service. Staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and went out of their way to ask if I needed any help. Will definitely go back to this store over big box hardware stores. The manager of this store should be proud of the team they have there.

They have pretty much everything you would need for your home or job. Top notch tools,paint department,plumbing department,electrical department, tool repair, lawn garden repair, too many to list. If you have never been do yourself a favor and go!

They have almost everything I need for repairs and stuff. They are not as stocked as Home Depot and Lowe's, but they are good for local hardware and tools. Nice to have people stationed around at multiple help desks for directing customers where to find what they need

Great store! I will say as they grow their service gets worse. This is not a complaint just a noticed fact. No other hardware store like it. I enjoy meeting the Zimmerman's in the store don't lose that as the next generations take over.
