Good selection of meats, cheese, jams. They carry a bit of everyday items like bread, condiments, candy, dairy too. Super glad we stopped in today- even snagged a childhood favorite, pickled baby corn.

If you enjoy smoked meats you won't find a better place anywhere. Fresh-from-the-farm old-fashioned crafted meat of every kind.They usually have free samples so you can try some of the things you may not be familiar with before purchasing.If you want to try something they will always give you a taste in advance of your purchase.I have found things I never heard of that I really like they're like that.They have a smoke liverwurst that is unbelievable. They also have pork roll which you probably won't be familiar with unless you are from New York New Jersey or Pennsylvania. There's is very good. I like the Tangier version but it's impossible to find anymore anywhere. ShopRite used to have a tangy that was awesome but they change the recipe that I cannot find one anywhere. Someday I plan to ask dietrich's if they would make me an extra tangy batch and I bet they would if I bought 50 lb.Quick stop in this place and plan to spend some time they have interesting stuff and will not cheap the prices are reasonable for the quality

6/23 Dietrich’s is not a diet stop. Load up on country cuts of meat and homemade stuff. Finally able to get in parking lot with a motorhome!! Cash only, ATM inside. Lots of help and look at the photos. Priced fairly!!

Great place! High quality and delicious products! I make a point to stop there when traveling south and bring back goodies for family/friends! Their jerky is amazing! Old style liverwurst, Rauchfleisch, freshly butchered meats, and even a nice selection of spices and canned jams and ferments. Highly recommend!

I live an hour and a half away in NJ and a trip to Dietrich's is always a long-awaited treat! I highly recommend their smoked pork chops. Buy the whole rack and have it cut into chops. You can't go wrong with any of their meats and cheeses, hot dogs, wursts, etc. Bring a cooler - you will always want more than you came for lol.The molasses cookies don't usually make it home.Can't wait to go back!

Family would drive 2 1/2 hours (5 hr Roundtrip) several times a year from NYC since 2019. Unfortunately, last 2 times the quality of the smoked pork chops, ribs & service didn't justify the trip or hundreds spent. Smoked chops had a rancid taste unlike before. We ended up throwing out 6 chops & a rack of ribs. The male owner was always helpful, but the older female was shockingly unkind the last 2 visits. I brought my mom who was mortified by the service, bare-handed meat/money handling & ultimately, the inedible, poor quality of the product for the price.

Spent $50 on 2 ribeyes that tasted like trash and made my husband and I so sick. My husband has a steel gut, and this steak is making him pee out of his rear end at full force. All morning he was running out of the shower to jump on the toilet. He had to stay home from work, which he never does. Stay away!

Stopped in here after seeing the billboard on the highway.This place has a very old school look I love it. I know this place is meat store but they are also a country store. I love different jams and butters and this place has a great selection of both I ended up getting a strawberry, bacon and blueberry jams. It's cash only but there is a atm in the place

We aren't in this area of the state often, but when we are, we ALWAYS stop here! Just getting out of the car, you start drooling because of the great smell...to die for!! Just about anything you want, meat-wise, they have. From hamburgers to bison, (marked as buffalo) goat heads to quail, it's there for sale. Lots of other things you want - fresh apples, a variety of freshly baked pies - still warm when they're put on the shelf... I even got a smoked pig ear for my daughter's dog. They even do mail-order! Can't be beat - literally!! I've never found another store like this anywhere. Absolutely the best!!

My problem was the price, cash only sales, sanitary problems and how pushy they were to sell their items. First, they pick the meat up with their bare hands. Second, I get that it's their own farm fresh meat but the price is too high. Third, the old grandma is way too pushy trying to make you buy everything in the shop, even after we were already buying like 7 things including huge steaks. It's 2018 and they still don't accept credit cards? Why? Under the table transactions or something? Not a pleasant experience. Also, don't try to eat too many free samples, they don't like that either.

I love this family. They are amazing. Been going 8 years and just decided to get half steer and half pig. EVERYTHING is so fresh and we love it. It was like Christmas morning packaging all the meat. Thank you and see you soon. ❤️❤️❤️

They have the absolute best scrapple I have ever eaten! I bought a brick of it yesterday and cooked it up this morning. The scrapple had such a nice crust on it and amazing flavor!! Will definitely buy it again! My whole family also loved the snack sticks! We tried the sweet and mild and both were super yummy! Such nice folks with yummy food!

For us it's bit of a trip, 40+ miles, but well worth the investment and time. The quality and tast of everything is amazing. This is our goto stop.Another very successful trip today.Another positive trip today, mid-week, mid-morning. Had the place to ourselves to shop and explore. Don’t buy their ham bone dog treats. They make your dog sick. I should have looked it up first…a quick search tells ya never feed your dog pork bones, my bad. I Think they should stop selling them…Wonder how many other poor dogs got sick.

Very best Scrapple I have ever eaten. Been getting it there since the 70's. Dad used to get it for us when we were kids. Wonderful meat sticks in many flavors, smoked and fresh meats and poultry of all kinds, homemade cakes and the very best pies, ice cream.. A must stop and see.

What a gem of a find! Worth jogging off the mainline to find this!! Amazing assortment of incredible quality, natural & nitrate free....AND family owned! We purchased a variety of ground Lamb, sausages, smoked meats, pies & an apple turnover. All delicious!!!! Highly recommend if you are nearby!!

I was in today and I got an apple dumpling .... BEST EVER. soon I get back home from vacation I'm stopping by for more and the pumpkin pie hopefully there's more 😭😵 meat selection is good the meat is amazing here, nice candy selections they even have the classics like the yoohoo bars, glass pop with some awesome flavors aswell as some good teas I recommend the apple mint!!! Whether your coming home or passing through for a vacation this place I cannot reccomend it enough staff is always so lovely which is hard to come by these days and the older lady my goodness she's such a kind soul ❤❤ I love her. They accept cash only but best part is an atm is inside so no worries 😁😁 please give them a try after you do you'll always return.P.S try the steaks.. 😵☺

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and this place has gone down the drain. The customer service is bad. They advertise that they serve free samples, yet when you ask for it, they get annoyed and are rude about giving it to you. Meanwhile it was the older woman whom I believe is the owner told us to ask for some samples. The people working there look miserable and pretty much only care about making money. Quality and quantity has gone down. This was the last time for my family and I.

We go here regularly to but miscellaneous items. The prices are fair and their products are great. They have a massive selection of meats. We purchase our lamb through them and the quality is excellent. Proud to have these fine people providing great products to the public.

My family & I have been stopping at Dietrichs on our camping adventures for several years now, especially for the pork knuckles for our furrgirls. NOT EVER AGAIN!!! The RACISM is beyond words. My husband & I (he’s Puerto Rican, me white) just stood in line/at the counter for over 20min waiting to be served. After serving all the white customers in front of us, all employees disappeared! *POOF* gone! And then when they came back, they continued to walk back and forth behind the counter as if we weren’t standing right there. I bit my tongue (can still taste the blood!) and walked out!! Disgraceful!! And no, this is not the first time we’ve experienced this at this store, but it will definitely be the last!

If you like smoked meat and sausage this is a must stop if in the area. We've been coming here for years and wouldn't miss it. Beef jerky, country sausage, Lebanon bologna, etc. It's all great. Bring cash though as no cards accepted. ATM on site. We love the snack sticks for munching while driving down the interstate!

Amazing farm store for all kinds of smoked meat and fresh.great prices and smoked ready to go ribs amazing..large size too..hot dogs and bacon.. sausages of sorts!!also many PA Dutch food items.friendly staff and cash only but onsite ATM..I be back..this is my smoked meat and other destination for sure.... ✋ s down
