I can’t thank Copper Ridge enough for taking care of our dog, Red. Dr, assistants, front desk and everyone in that office are beyond friendly and I can always tell they all truly care about our pup when we are there. We just recently had a mass removed and a couple little scares. They were so understanding and made sure to call me after hours before the weekend from his biopsy results to tell us the good news because they knew how worried we were. Finding a clinic that treats your pet as if they are their own is all we’ve ever wanted and to know our Red is being taken care of. I’d trust them with anything he would ever need and can’t say enough good things about the office. Dr Shanaberger and every assistant we’ve had treat Red with such love and compassion, it gives me so much relief and a little less stress for every vet visit. We’re so glad we found them and recommend them to everyone!

Cooper Ridge is amazing. I'm so glad I chose them for my family's puppy. They are so reasonably priced and they love and care for our animals as if they're their own! They are flexible and professional, but also treat you as if you've known them for a long time. If you don't have Cooper Ridge as your Vet, then you're missing out!

My 1yr old Finlay had her stomach tacked and she was spayed. Everything was explained post surgery and I took her home with pain meds. She is 1 week post surgery and doing very well. I highly recommend Copper Ridge for your pets veterinary wellness. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and treats you and your pets with kindness and respect! Could not ask for better care! Everyone was super nice. Feels like a true sanctuary for animals. The vet made sure to take as much time as was needed to answer any and all questions. You can tell she has a major obsession/compassion for animals as she has many pets of her own and you may even see some of them roaming around the office. Thank you!

The staff at Copper Ridge are great with my dogs, a German Shepard and Great Dane/St. Bernard. They were very accommodating with them and handle with care.

My veterinarian was out of town when my cat developed a UTI with bloody urine. The friendly receptionist worked my cat into the schedule. Once I arrived a fantastic vet tech took us to a very clean room and she took the history and symptoms. She let my cat be free in the room to reduce her stress. They did bloodwork and gave me printed results. Dr Shanaberger explained everything so well and was so kind and knowledgeable. From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Copper Ridge!

Well all I can say is this office and every employee in it is simply awesome when I walk through the door every person turned around acknowledge me and every single employee had a smile on their face which made myself and Christmas tree feel welcome and loved. Every person that I spoke with was kind took a minute to listen to me and I can be a talker and the doctor she knows her stuff she didn't try to force anything on me for my pet AKA my son with four legs and the doctor well she is just simply amazing the care and compassion that you can hear in her voice and see in her eyes is so reassuring a remarkable office these people are true and sincere and they definitely work from their hearts. ❤️❤️❤️

Took our sweet 82lb reactive baby boy in today. Called ahead to make staff aware to please put all the house cats away and no clients in view. They were super understanding. Once in our room the staff couldn't have been any better! Thank you Copper Ridge! ❤❤

Dr. Shanaberger and her team have been so helpful in making sure our boy gets off to a healthy start in life, physically and socially. They have also been very supportive anytime I've needed to call, especially post-surgery.Highly recommended!

Dr. Shanaberger took such great care of our senior, frosty -faced Doxie for a number of years as she declined. We knew her compassion for animals, so there was nowhere else we would have chosen to take care of our new puppy. We can't say enough about our first visit. It's been almost 19 yrs since having a puppy, and she went over everything we need to know. We would recommend Dr. Shanaberger and her staff for excellent care.

I was given the most kindest, compassionate care. I was able to get my sick dog in pretty fast and felt I received great quality care. They also have reasonable fees versus going to a animal hospital. I found our pet family a new vet!

I brought in my kitten and they seen his lips were pale and he cried all the time, he had bloody stools, and crust in his eyes alot which I told them, they gave him stuff for sugar and dewormed that’s about it. I went in again because he would not stop crying and I was worried, they gave him laser treatment on his belly and bum and I left. 2 DAYS LATER, I came home and he wasn’t moving all. I rushed him to west v emergency clinic, They told me he had panleukopenia, toxoplasmosis and an upper respiratory infection. They didn’t think he would even make it. Going to the emergency clinic saved him. He was there for a week. They were all very nice but Counting on cooper ridge as his vet almost killed him. Rito is now healthy and normal and we go to Paw prints and they are AMAZING
