Messy store as most Dollar Generals are, but this was the worst I've seen. Cashier left checkout and went to office to talk. I was paying with cash and would have loved to self checkout, but it wasn't open. Cashier finally came out. Younger girl, extremely rude. Receipt said her name was Ian, but I am not sure. Locality is good, but I'll drive out of my way to avoid.

The attendant was sleeping in the back room while the kiosks weren’t working and people were frustratingly leaving. On top of that the most basic iPhone cable I can find was $16, are you out if your mind!

Very nice store compared to others well stocked friendly service I was looking for something and Linsey was very helpful as with all the others there very helpful too I will continue to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I know people get busy and I like when people are enjoying their job listening to music while stocking shelves, but when 3 employees are by the register area when we go to check out and then all 3 magically vanish while we stand there at the register and put our items on the counter, it's a little irritating to have to pick it all back up to take to self check out when nobody comes back.

Dollar General Leeper, PA. Normally a great place to get camp supplies. They "generally" have what you need and are pleasant. Today however was another story. Didn't get her name because she rang me up as "Aiden." Evidently she was miffed that I went through the checkout line versus the new self checkout lane for what she thought was just a bag of chips. Muttered under her breath once about it and then again after she checked out the lady in front of me. When I asked her to speak up and repeat herself, she backed down and said, "nothing." Rang up my bag of chips and then I asked her for a small bag of ice as well (Ice is located outside of the store. You buy first and pick up as you leave.) Don't be lazy "Aiden."

Store and most of the staff were fine. I was “helped” by a lady named Carmen I believe was her name and let me just say, if it hadn’t been for her, I would be leaving a 5 star review. She was rude and belittling to not only myself, but to my husband as well. And this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered her but I thought the other times maybe she was just having a bad day. But I guess not. So if you see her working, don’t try to get any REAL help from her, without being disrespected. She ruined our entire experience and has multiple times. Absolutely will not be back to this location and will be telling others not to go as well. Seems like it’s more work to be rude than it would be to just be kind to others, but what do I know.

Nice DG near camp. Usually has everything we need but have run into times when "camping supplies" were out of stock (marshmallows, ice, etc)- which is understandable as it is a go to for many campers, especially on weekends.

This store is filthy, cluttered, products on the floor! Employees seem to be OVERWHELMED! I have waited in line to cash out up to 24 minutes. More often for the employee having issues with the computer system. More than once or twice I have observed people leaving out of frustration.

The employee helping the cashier was the rudest person I have ever met. I set a big box in the counter and ask if she could check the price of it because there was 2 back on the shelf with the 90% signs. The employee said that has a red triangle the sign clearly states only purple dots! I said well there is nothing back there with purple dots and she looks at me and says very rude and snotty " well what do you expect? It's all sold out cause it was...90% duh" remember all I wanted was a price check not to be belittled or talked down to. The poor cashier just stood there and looked at the other employee. Never will go back to that one. Ignorant employee will make a lot of people not shop there!

Ive been to other dollar generals and they had everything, this location has very limited selection of stuff. I wish there were more options, and wish it was bigger! Also needs better lighting inside!

Rude cashiers especially Marissa.Overcharged me on items and refused to change prices to proper price.At least the district manage helped me out with the problem. Very unorganized shelves. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

This little place is perfect! It is 1 mile down the road if I'm out of hair conditioner, nail polish remover, want a different color np, need milk, coffee creamer to half & half, a new jumbo word search for fil/mil, dog food, tp,to, plates etc... The employees here are friendly,just as all the DG's in other states we've frequented. The only "thing" that this DG could improve on, ahem...is to carry beer and wine 🍷. However, that issue is dues to the state of PA liquors laws. That's the only reason for 4 stars , I know I shouldn't ping DG for following the law, so just my opinion 🤷😉Enjoy!

The go-to place when camping at Cook Forest State Park. It was freezing cold and they had women's leggings for $5, even fitting tall people like me! I bought two pairs!
