This is without a doubt one of the dirtier most disgusting poorly run stores in the entire chain....The store is filthy....The Departments are all a mess....out of product everywhere..When I entered the store I attempted to use a handicap cart...There was only one and it had a sign that said it was fully charged...It had zero charge...there was a Walmart Greeter close by and I let her know...Her responce...OK...and she continued talking to these two people...I got a carriage and went to get some Walmart flavored water...They were all on the top shelf so I went to get help...The fellow came to help..On the way there was cardboard lid on the floor...He kicks it partially under the shelf...I asked him why he didn't pick it up...His response...not my job!!!Bathrooms have had no attention for quite awhile...see picA horrible storeI HOPE THEY FIX IT UPUpdate a month later...This place has got worse...No management...no pride by lazy employeesNew pictures added

Went to self-checkout and the man in front of us shoplifted his whole cart of groceries! He went to self checkout and instead of scanning, just placed everything in bags and back in his cart! Couldn't find an employee there to tell so we went right to customer service. They said, "oh sorry" and DIDN'T CARE A BIT! This makes me never want to go back there! It's not a safe place to shop if they don't care about crime. Plus the place is messy and dirty and no one seems to care. It's like anarchy in that place. I'll never go back again :( Take control of your store! You can't just let people steal left snd right. Before you know it, you're store turns into complete chaos! What's to stop more and more people from freeloading your shelves! And if the employees don't care either, don't you wonder what they're stealing from you? Or if they're letting their families and friends take whatever they want while they conveniently turn their backs at the registers? What is more important, catering to the criminals or the paying customers? The correct answer is the paying customers.

Has a wide variety of items and casual speed for shopping. For the most part, employees are nice, but checkout lines are really long, and you have people breathing over your shoulder when you're in self checkout.

Wal-Mart in Lebanon is helpful and convenient for us. Needed mouse traps late at night. I was able to buy them at a good price.It's too bad they don't seem to be able to keep it clean. I'd imagine they have issues with staffing that make it hard. The parking lot and side walks are a mess with garbage. Inside is better but still not well kept. Really, it's not just a Walmart problem. It's sad that people make such a mess and just don't care enough to keep things clean.

I would give this store less than one star if it was possible. Their shelfs are almost always emply. They either don't have the product to stock their store or don't have people who work there to do it. Also, DO NOT go to the auto center. I went there today to get a new tire because mine has a slow leak. First they ask for the lug nut key, which I didn't know it needed one. They then asked if they could look in the car to find it. I said yes. Then they came out and said the tech looked and could not find it, but that I could go to a Ford Dealership to get a replacement one for free. And that they put air in my tire to get me by. They did not put air in the tire. And when I came home to look in the car myself to see if I could find the key, I found it. In the glove box. The tech never looked. I guess this store does not care about making a sale. I will never go back again.

I'll say it again, they need more regular check out registers available. Not everyone loves self checkout. Also if you're going to ask to see a receipt, do not give the option to not get a receipt at the register! Problem solved! Common Sense!

I was at Sporting good since 330 until 6 and then GIgi as the coach manager came accusing us threatening the an young employee without asking but came from the middle of the store saying we need to stay shut cause we are unsafe for the employees when we been there since 330pm to 6 waiting for the cashier to come and then to get failed accused, when I call the customer service from the store four to five times and still the guy Mike never show up, we left with an anger no apology from a GIgi I hate this Walmart and I have to drive one hour away , Lebanon Walmart show close down or out responsible people as leaderTo bad I have to put a start but the worst

I had to return an item at walmart New Years Day a young man asked me if cash back was ok another employee a young women said to the man isn't the up doesn't have the price on it. I said alot of the items weren't priced. The woman replied well I was talking to him anyway and something in the line of so you shouldn't be saying anything. and during this the man hissed at me a few times just to chime in. She should report to someone about the prices not being posted someway .and they shouldn't be ugly or rude to the customer especially a senior citizen. that was just rude disrespectful and not professional.

Again another Walmart we stopped in for for supplies.. 😁🤨😁..And again 🤔 🤔 🤨😝same thing with the water this time we had to get the one gallon sizes, cause - it's all they had....I don't know if other items are on the same hit and miss basis as the water is as we travel... We feel the managers that order this stuff should really be paying a lot closer attention to the amount being used and order appropriately....But overall they still had water and that's good.. We picked up other supplies too..At this location we got a NY sub and some snacks - so on and so forth... The one thing that stuck out at/to us - was that there was a little aea where they had packets of mayonnaise, packets of ketchup, packets of mustard, packets of other condiments for those subs and utensils sitting there too for salads and other things..We did not know they had that stuff and that impressed us... Specifically remember that situation exclusively cuz when I got back to the motel room at about 2:00 in the morning = that NY sub was really yummie.😁😁😁😅😂🤣🤣..it's a Walmart - hard not to recommend somehow / someway...

Overall it’s pretty okay. Wouldn’t go out of my way to shop there but it’s fun to go to when you have nothing else to do. Selection can be iffy but hey it’s Lebanon what do you expect

Walked in asked the gentleman who stands at the front doors (the worker) If there were anymore handicap carts, because my grandfather was in car waiting and he wasn't able to come in unless I got one of those. He can't walk great at all, and this gentleman was amazing by far he walked all around the whole store to find one I needed for him. He was so kind and patient and determined to help me. He even drove it out to my grandfather for me in parking lot helped him get in the car and just overall A+++++ no doubt!

I placed an order to be delivered to my house yesterday morning via the Walmart app. Not only did they not fill the order (I know this because I had to deal with Walmart customer service which is worse than talking to the government and they claimed they "couldn't find my order"), Walmart then lied and claimed they attempted to deliver the order which never happened. If you're not going to fill the order, at least don't lie to me about it.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. No one would help you with anything. I ask an employee to page someone for me and was told no. And they walked away. An other employee looks at me and keeps walking. I customer was standing there she she had been trying for twenty minutes to get service.

Edit: this Walmart has completely fell to ruin. Nothing is ever stocked, it's always messy, I'm not sure how they manage to keep the lights on. It was always a bit ratchet (it's Lebanon), but it's really took a nose dive this past year.Let's hope that new store manager turns it around.-------------------------------------It's Walmart. What more do you want? It's nearly a one stop shop. Grocery, clothes, electronics, toys, furniture, housewares, health and beauty, and lawn and garden. If they sold cars and appliances they'd have everything you need.The store is usually stocked, decently organized at most times, but it's a large Walmart that's visited by a large area so it tends to get busy and a bit choatic at times, but I can't blame that on Walmart.

Very dirty appearance. Not upgraded, every other line was blinking red and self checkouts only took card. Disorganized and merchandise was already in the floors before 7pm.As an employee from another Walmart my fellow supervisors would freak out in this store.

I went into walmart last evening for some spray paint. After searching 15 minutes for an associate who had a key, I asked electronics to page someone and he gladly did. Unfortunately once again no one showed up. I went up to customer service to then be told they didn’t know if anyone on that shift had a key. Manager said she didn’t have one right there with her. After waiting about 20 minutes for a page again I just left. Such a shame to even need to lock up spray paint.

I was at this location around 8:30am on 8/22/23 to purchase a balloon for my friend’s birthday. All the balloons were deflated. I went to ask an associate and there was no one around. I saw a pick up lady, which I thought she could redirect me if needed but boy I was wrong. Not only did the pick up girl name Vilmarie could not help me because she “did not work on that dept”, one old lady in the checkout basically told me to shut up and wait til she was done with her customer (yet she was talking a manager) and when I went to the customer service desk to ask, what happens with deflated balloons? Do you filled them up? The customer service manager, employee and some random employee had the nerve to say “we don’t inflate them”. So I asked “do you sell them deflated then”? They said “yes but we sell the tank”. What?! That’s crazy, this location is always a problem. The employees don’t wanna work and the customers are the ones the suffer. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Absolutely wonderful experience driving through the parking lot which was very crowded with parked cars. Never went in the store...just drove through the parking lot on my way to Home Depot for a furnace filter.I am sure this particular Walmart Supercenter is a quite representative example of the average Walmart Supercenter...which means it is full of strange and bizarre creatures, some of which may possess a passing resemblance to human beings.

What amazing & super-helpful employees!!! There was an on-sale item that I had on my list, that was out of stock on the shelves, I saw what I needed pallet-wrapped in the back of the store, under 3 heavy layers. The stellar staff were able to get me what I needed without delay!!! I always ♥ Walmart but today I 💘 Walmart even more. I hope all the workers there can get raises for their exceptional customer service 👏!!!
