My husband had to deal with an employee (same employee 2x) who'd rather talk to the co-workers, be on her phone, & be rude than to help customers who are standing in line to wait to pay! I believe her name is Michelle (with blonde hair). Other than that, store has plenty of items in stock, & OTHER employees where nice & helpful.

Horrible delivery service! Bought a dryer and delivery was scheduled for 11-24-23 between 7am and 11am. Truck pulls in at 6:20am and neither man spoke any English. Didn’t / couldn’t understand them at all and neither wanted to be bothered installing the new dryer.Their first reason was the old dryer was sitting there and they claim they aren’t allowed to touch it or handle the old appliance and the second reason was they weren’t allowed to sit the new dryer on our old pedestal. I ask them what they are allowed to do during install’s as this is one excuse after another not to do the job! They kept pointing to paperwork in their hand and shaking their heads no no no! I told both them to get the hell out of my house and I shut and locker the door! They were more than happy to hurry up jump in their truck and drive off! I called Home Depot to complain and was told it was a “3rd party” delivery company and there was nothing they could do about the ordeal. I ask that my money be refunded and I will NEVER buy from Home Depot again! EVER!!!Do yourselves a favor and buy elsewhere!Total joke buying from a business who hires out 3rd party delivery people who make excuses not to do the install.

Good management.28 days to get refrigerator fixed had to get a technician from York to fix it. .LG APPLIANCES HAVE LIMITED SERVICING AVAILABLE IN LEBANON COUNTY IF YOU BUY HERE.Shelf stockers should be at night.. soo in the way.Clean, well stocked store.Covered loading area home depot yes.Lowes no.the employees are outstanding.Now if only it wasn't the smallest home depot in the state...

Employees are always helpful, I love going here it brings back memory's of toys are us as a kid, now I'm an adult and I get just as excited , they have absolutely everything you could ever need to fix just about anything and the tools ...don't get me started , I see something new every time I go here, 10 out of 10 highly recommended

We had ordered a stand-alone tub from Home Depot at the end of may. It came broken three times and the lack of communication was very discouraging. However, Laura D, one of the managers took a lot of time to fix the issue and resolve it as quickly as she could. She was able to get us a perfect tub within two weeks when it had taken 4 months otherwise. She was great. Overall we love the tub and are very happy with the way it fits into our home. We also ordered a faucet which arrived just on time and was very easy to order!!

Got keys made and picked up some scroll saw blades. The assortment pack was cheaper than Lowe's but it is a different brand so who knows. I was disappointed that they don't have the 0° turn blade that I saw at Lowe's so I guess I'll have to go there. I had keys made and the gentlemen was fast getting to the machine and very helpful in finding the last thing I needed which was drawer liners for my boyfriend's new tool box.

I paid almost $7000k for this windows project to replace 7 windows. The windows I received; Simonton, were very bad quality vinyls, very flimsy, very poor design and they look very cheap and the window doesn't say anything about being a Simonton brand. The interior window trim brand is different from the actual windows that made the interior finish very poor and made the overall look very bad. This wasn't my expectation. I didn't pay all this money to get this bad job. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with the whole process. The consultant never told me about how bad quality will be and about the inconsistency with the windows trim. This is really unacceptable. I really feel I got deceived. Do not purchase Home Depot windows and installation it's horrible. You will be very disappointed. All they care about is getting your money. Then they say they're gonna help you by replacing the windows. The replacement windows are worse than the ones they initially installed. Be smart go somewhere else for windows and installation. I will probably end up having to hire a professional window person to come and do all of my trim on my windows. Sadly! That's what I thought I was getting from Home Depot. (NAF)

The customer service was terrible. I went there to rent a carpet cleaner. The young girl had a bad attitude. Did not greet me. She only said do you have a driver's license. Then she walked away from me to be rude to another customer. She never smiled and acted like she was all that! They need to get people who like their jobs. I didn't rent anything from those, I'm better than you are people.

I purchased 30 bags of mulch today and asked if they have anyone to load it for me. The associate asked me if I can do it myself. I said I have a bad back and should not load 30 bags of mulch myself. She told me that she prefers I load it myself because her guys are busy. As I was digging through the bags of moldy mulch trying to find good bags, the “busy” employees were goofing around and just talking to each other, not working. No one ever offered to help me.

Went to try to buy an area rug. I heard they may have some mis cuts for sale for cheap but could not find the area. The first associate I asked simply said no and kept walking without making eye contact. The next person I asked told me it wasn't their department but would find someone to help me. 15 minutes of standing alone made me think he lied. Waste of time and terrible customer service

Service here isn’t great. Came in today to ask about some washing machines. Pink haired female employee wasn’t very friendly or warm. Had very little knowledge of anything and looked totally bothered to be asked for help. Treated us like she just wanted to hurry us along so she can just get rid of us. We weren’t even being difficult. Just politely inquiring about availability.

The clerks were very friendly I was getting gardening shears to trim some tree branches and they questioned me to see what I needed to use them for suggested different ones and gave me the pros and cons of each choice. They also didn't push the most expensive ones on me.

I find it difficult to believe that store #4141 lets their employees rob right under their noses. In receiving associates have things in the back that they don’t throw away and instead they take them out back and some of their contractor spouses or even other employees take the merchandise that was supposed to be thrown away since the beginning and take them home for their own benefit. There are also other employees, like supervisors, who give discounts to people they know, even though they are not supposed to give discounts to the general public. Additionally, associates and Pro Desk members offer discounts to relatives and friends, or provide them with free products. In addition, employees with contractor spouses have extra benefits through the Home Depot App because of Pro Extra. As well as giving discounts on paints to their friends and other employees when they are not supposed to, employees also get those paints for a low cost of $25 or $50. As well, I've seen Home Depot products resold at auctions rather than Home Depot itself. As for employees not doing their jobs, they simply run away from potential clients by running around the store. When these things happen in front of an LPS, something is totally wrong with their skill set. They need to be trained thoroughly. Home Depot lets all of these slip through without doing anything about them, so stop letting these employees get away with things like this. Home Depot, please put more focus on these things so “Doers Get More Done”.

The thing I love about Home Depot when compared with Lowe’s is that the moment I walk through the door someone asked if they can help me. As I traverse the store I am always greeted with helpful and available sales staff who know what they’re talking about. I wish I could say the same thing about Lowe’s in Lebanon and Palmyra, but it’s just not the case. Home Depot is a bit further for me to drive, but the service is worth it.

This location sucks! In there at 6:30 to grab a ladder that shows they have 3 and two lights.I’m leaving at 7:08 !I was one of 3 customers and nobody could find anyone to help us.Then the lady that rang me up was a real C#%+ which honestly almost made me just walk out.

Sold us a Fridgedare oven. Didn't work out of the box. They would not replace and forced us to use their repair services. They have replaced the motherboard and other electronic board, and the stove is still not working, and they refuse to do anything more at this point. They essentially stole our money at this point.

Held on for 10 minutes for availability for dryer, said they were looking. Was outside when started phone call. Enter store while on hold, was told no dryers in stock, they had 4 to sell. It's was later in evening so everyone wanted to go home, but don't lie. Sometimes nobody work a shift is better than someone who doesn't care.

Associates will do anything to make a sale. Went a week ago to purchase a washer and dryer. Took pictures of my hook up area in my home to make sure that the washer/dryer set that I wanted would match with my outlets. The associate informed me that everything would fit great and there was nothing to worry about. I did my due diligence of asking prior so I wouldn’t be in the situation that I am in now 😡. Just had my washer and dryer delivered and the delivery guys say that the outlet that I have in the home does not match with the washer machine’s cord. I call customer service to explain the situation and now I have to get an electrician. This has been the worst experience and I will never use Home Depot for major appliances. Hire knowledgeable associates! Now I have to put an additional who knows how much to fix THEIR mistake.

Had an appointment for carpet installation- just to get the measurement of the room. We said the room is a simple square and we had those measurements, but they said the still needed a tech to come measure. Appointment window was incredibly long (10am-4pm), but we overlooked because we were excited to get this project done. We rearranged plans, took time off work for the appointment. The morning of, we were called to reschedule. We asked for a different tech to come out since it would be difficult to reschedule with our work schedules. The woman on the phone said we can take the next appointment or leave it as she didn’t need to know about our personal issues. Rescheduling is an inconvenience, but the horrible customer is a deal breaker. Spend your money with people who care.

Haven't had a bad experience here. Dogs are allowed which is awesome! Staff is always friendly and try to be helpful. Check out always goes smoothly. Typically have what is needed or can point you in the right direction.
