I've been here several times and generally found it to be clean, organized, and stocked. I was happy we got a Target here in Lebanon! Unfortunately, the AT&T sales people make shopping here a negative experience. What they offered changed in price and did not seem accurate while they spoke to me, and I politely declined. I try not to ignore sales people because I understand it is a difficult job, but once someone says no, leave them alone. I would usually browse for books and other technology but avoided that entire section, and Target loses out on other sales because people avoid their area based on other reviews I've read. All around uncomfortable.

It's a Target. What can you say? It has a second entrance near the grocery and office supplies, the returns/online pickup are on that side and there are self check out registers. The main entrance is the same as most Targets, with a Starbucks.

Target is the BEST store around. The staff is always friendly and considerate. The stuff in the store is always stocked and wel organized. A lot of people get mad because it’s pricier than Walmart but there’s A LOT more target exclusive stuff there that you can only get at target. Also you have to consider the target circle savings and discounts they have going. If you get a red card you get even more savings. They also donate a lot of money to nonprofit organizations that customers get to vote for. It’s an amazing business chain. I shop there EVERYDAY. Another tip to save money is to go in store, and then place an online order. Some stuff is cheaper online than in store. I LOVE TARGET.

I hate when unsolicited sales people try to bother you. It's surprising knowing you'll deal with this at a place like target, it feels desperate; what's the benefit to permitting people to harass your shoppers?They also turn the music off an hour before closing so you can hear the rats playing poker under the shelves.

It’s a target pretty run of the mill. Selection in this location is fairly limited especially compared to other locations. As long as you know what you need and they have it in stock you’ll be fine.

First off, all the people I encountered have been super friendly. My favorite is the guy who works at Starbucks! He’s so sweet and super attentive. Wanted to tip him but I heard we aren’t able to, which makes me sad because he makes my day brighter! Also, the ladies at customer service who’ve I’ve dealt with were super nice too! Store, is clean and very nice. It’s a lot different and less busier than Wyomissing Target which is usually my go to.

The employees are nice. I like having a Target nearby. The one thing that is troublesome are the AT&T guys. I have been forced to listen to their money saving spiel multiple times. Saying no thanks isn’t enough. They have even stopped my 14 year old multiple times. He cannot change my family phone plan. I avoid that area now.

I love that we have a Target in Lebanon now, I would give it 5 stars but the guys in there trying to “sell” you into changing your phone company will literally harass you where ever you are in the store. Can’t even buy a case of soda without them literally following you and then coming out of nowhere to give you their speech. I avoid the area on purpose where they “post up” so I don’t get harassed but that doesn’t work anymore as they just go around the entire store now. Then they get upset if you say no thanks before they even start their speech and or make comments as you or they walk away. I get they are just doing their job but they need to be more respectful and let’s be honest if someone wants to change their phone company, they aren’t going to do it at Target.

Called day before checking availability of a product, then asked employees at the store fore help! Was first miss directed, but another employee took the time to take us back to correct location and didn't fuss about having them taken off their task!

These AT&T guys are a scam in this store. They were stalking us while we were walking around and offered this ridiculous sales pitch that sounded really shady. So we left and went to the amazing AT&T store right up the street on Quentin Road. They helped us with everything. So I would suggest going there. These people are rude and shady…I don’t even think they’re actually apart of Target. Target itself is awesome.

This is a descent new target, have a lot of products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always a smile and ready for assistance and the best part, when asking for a product, they walk you to the isl and just tell you where to look for

Always come here and they have exactly what I need. Super close to where I live which is super convenient. Their candles are really nice! And their brands Up & Up, Good & Gather, Favorite Day, Market Pantry, Project 62, Room Essentials, Stars Above, Threshold, Universal Thread, Brightroom, and Everspring are AWESOME. I have a bunch of jeans from Universal Thread, their pockets are HUGE.

I like the store. Not as stocked as other Targets but I still get what I need! One thing…get rid of the AT&T guys! Being harassed when you’re just trying to do a shopping trip is so unnecessary. They are beyond annoying!! Haven’t had that at any other Target!

Target is a great place, but customer service nowadays is gone . The associates will look at you and walk by you but offer no help, not even a "can I point you in the right direction" . Those days are gone, but I'll still manage .

Walmart 2.0. Store is trashed already. It's unfortunate that nothing nice can exist in Lebanon. Also, whoever did the layout of this store needs to be fired. There is zero flow or logic to where anything should be located. It's a smaller version of Target, so just like the smaller versions of Lowes and Home Depot that grace Lebanon, you won't have the same variety of products as you'd get in nearby counties. Guess it's better than an empty building, but not by much.

Just opened, hopefully they keep the place well staffed and treat their staff well enough so that they want to stay. The store is really nice so far and has an excellent selection. If they treat their staff well, it will stay that way! Too many places these days treat their workers like trash and then complain “nobody wants to work” when they’re making them miserable.

The layout of the store is very different.No flow in the layout....alot of empty spots, never did find the school supplies section. Very, very disappointed. Only thing it has going for it is employees, very nice.I will be going to the Target in Lititz PA.

went in even before the "official" opening and it was not good. men's bathroom was disgusting already, trash in the dimmly lit parking lot, isles were already a mess. Not surprised in this area tbh basically going to turn into another Walmart. Hopefully they hire the right staff and can clean it up.

Prices are high and not only that they were the one and only store that carried my babies formula in Lebanon and when i went to the register they tell me they don't except WIC. I was furious and thank God for the pregnancy center on 8th Street because they help mothers with free diapers, wipes, AND formula so the lady was kind enough to give me 2 free cans or else I don't know what I would of done.

Not near as much selection as Lititz Target and I did not see any grand opening super deals. Still a better choice then Lebanon Walmart

If you call this store it will ring and ring. No one ever answers. Not in any department. Not at customer service. It rings until it disconnects. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
